Always enjoy out stay at Watkins Glen Koa, The staff is so helpful, enjoyable, courtesy, and very hard workers. The camp grounds are well maintained, and clean. Can't wait for our return trip.....

Not enough facilities for campers. Lacking in toilets and showers. The laundry area was old and did not have change machine or ability to buy soap (we did laundry after main store was closed)

it was basically great. they need to mattresses for the k29 cabin. we've stayed in a few cabins and these are pretty bad. my pet peeve is when a store just up & closes. came back from the track snd all we talked coming back was ice cream and you were closed. 3 cars pulled up wanting firewood, ice cream and ice and you were closed. feel 4 the ones who had to fight race traffic to go get ice, etc.

Some nearby campers were noisy after 11:00pm. Cabins should have an outdoor outlet or two to plug in to use electric appliances insteadofrunningan electric cord outside. It would be nice to have more than one free outlet for occupants to use. Please enforce quiet time for campers that want to go to sleep after 10-10:30pm. Staff was very friendly.

As usual the Watkins Glen KOA has been a wonderful place to stay. The staff are friendly, the campground is clean and well cared for, and it's close to many attractions. We'll definitely be back!

We stayed in the “quiet area” and it was wonderful. Beautiful patio, great firepit and very nice table and chair set instead of a picnic table. Staff was very nice and the indoor and outdoor pools were great. Lots of things for kids to do. Had live music one night, which was enjoyable and gave us an opportunity to talk with other campers.

Emailed and no response to email about loud music well after 10 p.m. Disappointed as iemail wasn't addressed or music.

Very nice cabin that was well stocked with towels and linens. Kitchen included dish soap,sponge and towel. Shower had shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a hairdryer(all things I brought because wasn't sure what would be there). Futon could be upgraded as it leaned back almost too far to sit on comfortably. Visited another cabin and futon was fine. Would stay in deluxe cabin again.

Well maintained campsite with many things to do. The bathroom was not cleaned enough for the usage. Toilets often backed up and garbage not changed frequently,

We enjoyed the campground and the community feeling. Communication on activities could be better communicated. Seems if you’re not in the office at the right time, you don’t get the information. Perhaps handout activity sheets at check in with an itinerary. The young lady that entertained on Saturday night was good. She needs to be better organized and keep the music moving.

When we check in it was a little busy. I had to go to Rv to get the license plate number so was interrupted the clerks routine so I didnt get all the papers and info of what was Going on (food truck info) Our dog got loose and your staff was very helpful They called the number on her vest/harness. We stayed in K87 and it was PERFECT setup for our 5 guests + 1 small dog. We have stayed at this KOA a handful of times and it continues to be one of our favorite KOA's as it is clean, friendly staff, great activities for our kids - they love the outdoor/indoor pool + the water slide. Only a short 2 hour drive from our home so it's the best weekend getaway. We also loved the Luau themed weekend!

It was our 1st stay and it was GREAT!!!!!!! Location is perfect so much to do in the area. Staff very accommodating and friendly. A BIG shout to Lavender. She has a smile that lights up a room. Great band!

Very nice campground. Plenty of activities to do while staying there. Staff is friendly. You are in wine country so if you have the transportation you should get out and explore the area.

Site (A-127) was fairly level, gravel covered, and plenty long enough to accommodate my small motorhome and towed vehicle. There was definitely some puddling after our numerous rains! Due to the weather (rain) we didn't get to use any of the outside amenities but there was an abundance of them! The campground is located conveniently to local attractions.

Excellent campground with a lot of amenities. Clean bathrooms, indoor pool and hot tub, mini golf, gym and more. Conveniently located to Watkins Glen, Ithaca and more..

I have stayed at many different KOAs and I have to say this one is one of my favorites. There are so many activities to do there. The staff was very friendly and helpful as well.

We stayed for 3 days in one of your deluxe cabins. We had a good time fishing the pond, swimming the indoor and outdoor pool. The campground is conveniently close to the town. Any issues we had with the cabin were promptly fixed. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. We will definitely use your campground again :)

A great place for an active family lots of water things to do they would have a blast — However we were in what I would say was the overflow area across from the slide —the sites and wide dusty road need work it was like being in a parking lot — to be clear we are grandparents not traveling with kids — but did enjoy watching the families.

Clean and level but the little fences at the site are cute but they serve no purpose except to make pulling into the assigned site very difficult. I damaged my coach, lost a tire on the trailer pulling in.

It is a beautiful park My only negative is they don't pick up the trash at I would definitely go back.

We upgraded a bit to a stamped concrete patio in the A section…it was a great site! It was apparent that this KOA had renovated throughout the campground in recent months. Accommodations were available for any type of camping/glamping. There were sites that had the fire pit and tank dump really close to the adjacent site; some dumps were right next to neighboring patios…so beware

Campground very clean. Pools exceptionally clean and in great shape. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Quiet hours were well observed, but even before there was little noise and very few sites with excessive lighting. Navigating the campground with a 37' TT was easy. LIve entertainment on Saturday night was great. Overall can't say anything we didn't like or would change.

We always enjoy the indoor pool and hot tub. However this time we couldn't go in the hot tub because there were a bunch of children playing in it. I thought the hot tub was just for adults.

We loved the deluxe cabin, ideal for our family of 3. The campground had so many amenities and was very clean. Watkins Glen is beautiful and we will be back!

Internet slow and can't pick up local channels. Internet goes in and out. Store could use more variety. Not enforcing golf carts to stay at speed, as well as too many on golf carts. Light poles, half didn't work. Love Bands on saturdays.

Campground is well kept and has a ton of things to do for kids. Kids asked to come back next year, before we even left!

It was nice and clean. Only negative is the golf carts passing by all day and night with a lot of young kids who are very loud.

This is a wonderful campground offering Halloween celebrations on Columbus Day weekend. Our grandchildren had a blast!!

First time at a KOA in 30 years. While I did not bring our RV, we rented a cabin. I was suprised how clean it was and the grounds around it. Rented a golf cart to check out the whole park and it is spread out. Indoor pool and hot tub were a bonus. We will definitely be back in the summer when the activities are in full swing... One more thing whoever makes the cookies that are placed in the cabin, was the best surprise
