Stayed out of town for 3 nights for work. Staff accommodated me by allowing me to drop off my camper early and also allowing me to keep it there a couple hours after check out at now extra charge. Campground was clean as were the bathrooms as well as good sized sites.

Beautiful campground with tall mature trees, nice gravel roads and level sites. They are extremely concerned that you are happy with your stay.

This is a very nice campground. The indoor pool is very nice and the kids love it. The campground store is very useful and comes in handy.

Loved the park and grounds, just beautiful. They had lots of activities and the indoor pool was great. It was a great place to use as a platform to the Adirondacks and St. Lawrence River.

Great campsite. It is up to KOA's high standards. My only complaint is that you need more public toilets and showers. While you may think that you don't need them because every RV has a bathroom, unless you have a large class A, most campers don't want to use them. In my 20' RPOD we only use the toilet for an occasional middle of the night pee and do not use the shower.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

So glad you could join us for your overnight stay, and happy we were able to shift your site to our nearest restroom location. Though we exceed requirements for facilities, we have plans to add another bath house at the other end of the campground, which should improve convenient reach even more.

Our first stay at Natural Bridge KOA. Not alot to do in the area and that's why it's a Journey KOA. Perfect for overnight stays. The pool closed way too early and the mosquitoes were vicious....I know, we're camping outside...right? But we camp all summer and have never had so many mosquitoes. Other than that the staff was friendly and the campsites were nice.

So glad you and your family could join us after our extended July 4th holiday celebration. We do spray throughout the season for mosquitos, but this has been a wet year for the area. With Thousand Islands and Adirondacks activities, we hope to see you again as we grow to becoming a Holiday.

The first day I had issues with knowing which electrical box to open and use bc I never used electricity before on a campground. I always had a tent site. This time I got a non tent site but put a tent on it so I could be close to my mom and dad. The one woman there actually walked down with me and showed me which one. I was very grateful for her. Very nice woman. Texts they send out were perfect

Nice place to stay. But if you are all the way to the back the wifi isn't so great

Always a pleasure having you guys out... and loved being part of your anniversary celebration. We pride ourselves on having good streaming internet throughout the park, and wish we had known you were having issues. Typically it is a simple fix. Next time you're out - we will ensure connection.

Stayed for 6 weeks this summer. Host/owners and staff all very friendly and helpful. Clean park and very clean bathrooms. Close to mountains and lake Ontario. Wonderful stay!!! .

Park is nicely laid out with good Internet. Hosts couldn’t be friendlier!! We were escorted to our site - a service becoming more uncommon. I have stayed in 6 KOA campgrounds this season and this one is amongst the top of my list.

Staff were very attentive and concerned regarding the deluge of rain that caused a lot of large puddles around are campsite to assure us that they would dissipate after the rain stopped. We were conveniently located near the dog park area which helped during our stay!

Excellent customer service! The owner was very helpful and even took our picture when we asked. This campground was in a quiet place in a small town, and we enjoyed the wooded area and the peaceful setting.

Despite the initial weather of rain storms and wind we had a great time. The indoor, heated swimming pool was very nice and the general atmosphere of the Natural Bridge KOA was great. We didn’t get a chance to hike trails or do some of the things we would have liked too but hopefully next time we’ll get the chance to partake in those activities.

Great campground! Not real big and a great place to stay if you are looking for some peace and quiet!. Bathrooms & showers are very clean and the hosts were friendly & courteous. Sites are good size, clean & level. We have a 35' toy hauler and we had plenty of room, didn't have to unhook our truck. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything from top to bottom was great about this place! Karl and Donna are fantastic hosts providing my family with fun around the campground and telling us where to go to Kayak and see beautiful waterfalls! All the bathrooms and pool were kept very clean ! We will definitely be back to this KOA and highly recommend you to bring some family for a great time!! Thanks again Karl and Donna!! See you guys next time!!!

Amazing KOA Karl and Donna are the best! Providing my family with fun all weekend! Also provided information on the where to kayak ( less than 10 minutes away ) and where to see some really beautiful waterfalls! The campground itself was very well maintained with lots to do! Bathrooms, showers and the pool were very clean throughout the whole trip! We will definitely be back again!! Thanks Karl and Donna!!!

The campground is extremely well managed . In the 30 years we been travelling and used KOA,Good Sam and etc we have never met as friendly owners or staff as this place have.We will definitely coming back in the future.G Burton
