The setting of the campground’s location was peaceful and quiet. While we didn’t take advantage of the amenities this trip, we certainly will on our next stay. The owners were great to deal with.

That has nothing to do with the campground! It is up to the camper to research where they are camping and our webpage states "Near Fort Drum". Your review should be on the campground and not surroundings which is beyond our control!

It was a nice quiet campround, fort drum is near by so there is base noise but we stayed long enough we were used to it. Karl and Donna were very nice and helpful through our whole stay. They had many activities for families to do.

Beautiful, well kept campground. Owners were great and always wanted everyone to enjoy their stay here. Hay ride, bingo, and other games to make for a great time and able to meet your neighbors. They also had a nice chicken dinner available for a nominal fee. Definitely coming back!

Really beautiful spot. Lots of trees in the campground. Every site was shaded. Close to Watertown. Quiet community. Staff were friendly and helpful. Checked with us several times to see if we needed anything. Facilities were clean. Laundry facilities also clean and reasonably priced.

Beautiful campground in the Fall, quiet and peaceful. Hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Only a few minutes from Baker Preserve, with lots of great hiking trails. Highly recommend this campground.

Love it at KOA Natural Bridge. The owners are friendly and accommodating. This was our 2nd visit and would go back.

The reason for the 6 and 4 rating is because my husband and I have been staying at KOA campgrounds for over 40 years and we have never gotten charged for early arrival. I know it’s states 2 o’clock check in but if the spot is ready they would always be kind enough to let us set up without an extra charge. I was charged $15 for an hour and half early arrival and the spot was ready.

sorry you feel this was not right; but it is on our webpage/policy and other campgrounds chg also. It is not only if spot is open--we have meetings; webinars to attend and when campers come early it takes away from workers doing what they have to do. Hopefully you enjoyed your stay.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The showers need to be upgraded…the water pressure was very low, the hot water scalding g if not cooled when it arrived, and the military base nearby was noisy with fighter aircraft and large detonations.

Thx for review, sry you feel not enough h20 pressure but there is 50lbs of h20 pressure going in. Bathrooms may be old but CLEAN/FUNCTIONABLE. We even moved you from your booked 30amp site to a 50amp. Campers need to know where they book re: Fort Drum--It says it on our website also.

Beautiful and very welcoming campground. Couldn’t have asked for more. Clean, accommodating, fun, but also the peaceful retreat that I needed. Donna and Karl make guest feel like welcome family!

Super-pleasant campground and hosts! Well-maintained. Great to camp in a lovely grove of larch trees. karl and Donna put on a special dinner event while we were there--never tasted such yummy pork and salt potatoes!

We had the most wonderful camping experience! The owners and staff are so friendly and helpful! The campground is beautiful and bathroom facilities were so clean. Lots of fun things to do! We loved every minute of our stay and will be back!

We own an RV but their cabins were perfecr for this adventure! He is an avid disc golfer and Im an avid chatter so we were both able to enjoy ourselves at camp. Bingo was a blast and I loved the crafts! Perfect location too! We were able to take a boat tour and visit Boldt Castle one day and hike in the Adirondaks the next.

Quiet and peaceful. Pretty setting. We loved that it was a small campground. Checkin was easy which was great since I am unwell and for a reasonable extra payment we were allowed to check in early so we could get settled and I could rest. Friendly staff.

We enjoyed a very comfortable stay in a camping cabin. Facilities were great and the hosts Donna & Karl were wonderful, checking if we needed anything after we settled in. Looking forward to visiting again in the future.

We enjoy coming here to Natural Bridge NY KOA since we are always treated like family. We enjoy all their activities including their food events. This is definitely not your typical Journey and would definitely recommend this campground to anyone.

Well kept beautiful sites. Sites are spacious, wonderfully quiet. GREAT INTERNET & WiFi. Wifi that actually worked unlike many camps that say there’s WiFi but doesn’t work Staff always out cleaning sites, mowing, weed whacking. Highly recommended

Big, spacious campsites, in a beautiful setting, surrounded by big mature trees. Fast wifi, fun activities, and an indoor pool! All run by caring owners, and a friendly staff. We'll be back!!

Very disappointing experience, especially for families with children. The cabin was smaller than expected and the bathroom location was inconvenient. The pool experience was particularly disappointing for our kids, with rules that felt inconsistent and unnecessarily restrictive. We raised our concerns with management, but nothing was done to address them. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this

Thank you for feedback. Our cabins are clearly advertised-primitive cabins when booking. Bathhouse location is part of our campground’s original layout-we’ve never had concerns about its location raised before. Pool rules are clearly posted, & we did address repeated jumping/diving during your stay.

We were escorted to our patio site which was spacious enough. The fire ring, was far enough from our camper & screen tent to prevent direct spark damage. 16 &7 yr old enjoyed the game room. Nice disc golf course. The owner was helpful with options during the Tornado watch. The entire park seems well maintained. showerwasclean. We didWild Center, Burrville Cider Mill & Natural Bridge for ice cream!

The Perfect rv to have as my Hotel and amenities were more that we needed for Four days and Location was excellent for us to Explore and get to visit and enjoy what we went to See.. the castles & the thousand Islands Region!!! Fantastic and a Must See!!!

Donna and Karl are excellent hosts, curating one of the most picturesque and serene camping experiences in NY! The campground is situated between the Adirondack Park and the Thousand Island region. In fact, our small group enjoyed fishing in the Adirondacks and touring the Thousand Islands without ever having to change base camp. 20 min to anywhere in the middle of nowhere, my kind of camp!

We loved our stay. Our campsite was very quiet and peaceful. Karl and Donna were lovely and incredibly attentive, helpful, and welcoming. We had an issue with our trailer at night and Karl came immediately to help us out. Donna gave us great recommendations for the area. I would only comment that the bathrooms and showered be upgraded.

This KOA is a hidden gem in upstate New York! The owners are amazing people, They treated us like family coming for a visit. The campground is well maintained, quiet, peaceful and CLEAN, They definitely take a lot of pride in making this campground , be the best it can be, with Amazing owners, location and hospitality! The owners (Donna and Karl) are exceptionally pleasant and will go above and beyond to help their fellow campers! Come on out and Stay at this KOA and you won't regret it.

The owners made our stay excellent - we were there in Mid Sept and had electrical problems - our issue. The owner took extra care to help us and checked on us later that night to make sure we had what we needed. We also enjoyed the car show on site and the food truck. Really nice place to walk around with my dog too - the dog park was really nice. Sorry they lost their pup. Nice stop on way to Niagra.
