This KOA is under new Management and works very hard to improve campground . Lots of space between camp sites. They are very nice people really fit into the camping experience. Ps the indoor pool is great

Not much around area to do have to drive about 20-30 minutes to do anything

Our campground is centrally located, w/many popular attractions, hiking, lakes, waterfalls, & the Thousand Islands region within a 20–30 minute drive. Many guests enjoy using us as a peaceful basecamp to explore the area. Sry the certificate for free 2 nite stay didn't meet your needs.

Nice campground, sites are a bit close, but adequate. Wish there was an outdoor pool. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly! Would definitely stay there again!

Smaller campground owners do most of the guest relations themselves. Decent sized sites, peaceful, dog park all the way at the back so if you want to use it ask for a site back there.

We just did an overnight stay passing through. Was a beautiful quaint campground, easy pull through in & out. It’s a little far from highway. Very quiet, clean restrooms, I would come back again.

Lots of activities (can you say Frisbee Golf), extremely friendly staff, lovely wooded area, nice indoor pool.

Amazing location and absolutely beautiful. Kind of felt like we were on egg shells all the time with the owners and no matter what we did wrong, such as a quick turn on a one way to ask them a question when, turned into a rule book explanation. Same with the pool. Albright they were doing the right thing, it was like that with everyone. Constant surveillance and go cart check ups. Uncomfortable.

Fantastic stay, owners are extremely friendly and accommodating. Quite good size spots. Very close to the lake. We had to reschedule due to a death in the family and plans changing Labor Day weekend. They were able to do this for us easily with no hassle. This was very much appreciated and we will be back

The park keepers were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure campers were happy. The grounds are well kept. Most sites have sun and shade. I really enjoyed my stay.

This was our second stay at Natural Bridge KOA and just like our first stay it was great! The owners and staff are top notch. The campground is very well maintained and the amenities are also well maintained and very clean. I’d recommend this campground to everyone!

This KOA is the hidden gem of upstate NY. Owners, Karl & Donna, were fantastic. The campground is exceptional, large, shaded, quiet, extremely well maintained, and perfectly located between Alexandria Bay for boat tours on the St. Lawerence, and the Wild Center at Tupper Lake. The real surprise is the heated, indoor pool. Clear clean water & large enough to swim laps. We will be back in 2027!

Pretty place with lots of trees. Indoor pool, nice bathrooms, level space, good hookups, friendly staff. We only stayed one night because we had other reservations in Canada but we slept well, it’s quiet and peaceful there.

Donna, you were very nice throughout the process of our check-in. Thank you. :) Our one, only one, complaint is site 42 did NOT have adequate power to the pedestal. Our Watchdog brand surge protector monitoring shut down our power before we went to bed, indicating, "Error in Line". We noticed that your power pedestal dropped under 104 volts at times, shutting down our 30-amp power.

Natural Bridge/Watertown KOA was camping like I remember it 25 years ago - spacious sites surrounded by tall pines! The owners, Karl and Donna were very friendly, helpful, and dedicated to ensuring your stay was as a vacation should be - relaxing with no worries! I will definately go back!

Very nice sites among the tall pine trees. Easy getting into and out of the park. Nice dog park. A very peaceful campground and the staff are kind. I would stay there again.

Although the weather was not the best I had a nice stay. Karl and Donna make you feel very welcome. The campground is always nice and clean. I like the peacefulness it provides, and it is reasonably priced. Would recommend it

I love Journey KOA. More personable and not huge places. This place is perfect. I wish that I could of stayed again. I did recommend it to my sister in New Jersey to come stay. Staff is AWESOME!!!!!

We had a beautiful wooded campsite, the pool was wonderful, and most importantly, the campground manager was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was fine. We have been coming to this KOA for many years but the price increase is a little much. We did reserve with the 50% off discount but I was not happy that we were put back by the dog park when the middle sites were open. We were treated well and the store looks great.

We actually lowered our rates this year (the discount you used was not 1/2 price-but a flash offer, and our system auto���assigns sites to give campers space. If the site wasn’t ideal, we’d have been happy to adjust it during your stay. We appreciate your kind words.

Loved our quiet wooded site on Snickers Lane. Exactly what we wanted! Had fun playing LRC in the Rec Center one evening with Donna and Karl, owners, and a few other campers. The office store had all the necessities, many games in the rec center, indoor pool … We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful grounds, very clean!! Overall amazing time!!! Lots of activities within and beyond the grounds. Owners and staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing!!! Couldn't have asked for more hospitality and friendliness. I will most definitely be visiting this campground again!!

Donna and Karl are amazing hosts from start to finish! So many things for both kids and adults to do! Easy kayaking access minutes away and beautiful nature walks near some even more beautiful waterfalls! Very Clean campground!! My Family and I will 100% be staying with them again! Thanks again so much Donna and Karl for supplying my family with endless amounts of fun during the weekend!

This is one of the most beautiful, rustic KOA’s! We have been using KOA’s for the past 12 years and have decided this is our top spot. Peaceful, pleasant environment, nice pool and facilities and within 1 hr of many, many attractions and natural areas!

Have stayed at many KOA's. This was easily our favorite. You are not crammed in like sardines, sites are large, clean, and shaded. In door heated pool is clean and a good size. Owners are incredibly nice, and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Natural Bridge/Watertown KOA and would definitely return. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the check-in process was quick and easy. The campground roads are wide and easy to navigate, with plenty of room to maneuver larger RVs. Our pull-through site was more than long enough for our fifth wheel and truck, and we really appreciated the generous spacing between sites. The campground was surprisingly quiet with very little road noise, making it a relaxing place to spend a few days. The only thing worth mentioning is that periodic gunfire from nearby Fort Drum occasionally startled our dog. It wasn't constant, but if your pets are sensitive to loud noises, it's something to keep in mind. We especially enjoyed the nature trail. It's a beautiful feature of the campground and made for wonderful morning walks filled with birds singing. The trail could use a little maintenance near the disc golf course, but overall it was a great place to stretch your legs. The path leading to the tent sites is also a peaceful and pleasant walk. Overall, this was a fantastic camping experience. Friendly people, spacious sites, a peaceful setting, and enjoyable walking trails made for a stay we'll remember. We highly recommend the Natural Bridge/Watertown KOA and look forward to visiting again.

Very friendly staff. Very nice campground. Bathroom and showers very cleaned. Very peaceful and quiet. Upon arrival taught us we needed to get extended amp you have for future hookup. Donna so nice to move us another spot. We did have mishap, no fault of KOA it was from mother nature. 5 Star comes for friendly staff.
