Everything was fine, nice Quiet campground except it is so close to fort Drum there are helicopters flying over all the time, so not as Quiet as it could have been. Great staff and friendly campers.

Campground was clean and kept up despite it having old services. Site was very large! It would have been a quiet weekend except that there were many dogs that barked frequently throughout our stay.

Our stay was very pleasant until the group of barking dogs came in on Friday. I was able to find everything i needed at the camp store. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Park is very nice. We have a watchdog surge protector that monitors for brown outs as well as surges and it was constantly tripping. We even switch what we could to propane and still had issues. The only thing that would of help was for everyone else to also switch what they could to propane. We were too far down the grid that we were not getting adequate power.

This place wasn't over crowded. The spots where well spaced out, it didn't fell like you where on top of your neighbor.

The place is beautiful but the campsites are to close. We have children that like to visit and when they came were charged $2per person to come to visit. Continued to be asked to sign in. Even after we said that they would stop on their way out and sign the visitors book. If you are not in the back of the park it is continuous traffic all day and evening. It is one of noisier parks I have stay.

Several times we had voltage measured below 107 at the campground box (by camp personnel). And twice lower than 104 where OUR system cut power. The campground says that 110+/-10 is acceptable - WRONG! Based on ANSI C84.1 nominal service voltage should be 126-114V (120+/-5%). Very friendly, helpful staff. Great activities for the children. Bathrooms were clean and attended to. Will recommend and book there again.

Not a kid friendly place very disappointed in this koa. Employees were drinking and partying inside store as it was open. All we could smell was sewage everyday site was so small my awning went over fire pit so couldn't use fire pit playground outdated and broken pieces. I would be ashamed if that was my koa the workers also were drinking and partying at the dj dance party very unprofessional

Being the one Doing the music for the dance I can assure you I was in fact not drinking as I have not drank in many years and the same goes for the store. One employee had a drink AFTER HOURS. If you didnt change your dates so often you could have maybe gotten one of our larger sites.

It was not a family oriented place at all. The workers were drinking and partying when operating store. My kids noticed it and said thats allowed we have been to several koas and we were very very disappointed by this one. Nothing fir kids to do. The playground was very small and outdated. Sites are very close that my awning went over fire pit no room to park our car. We will not be going back

I apologize you rented a tent site and no one was around you, so not sure how the awning was over the fire. Your reservation was for Friday-Saturday, the rest of the people in your party attended every activity that we had, had you stayed another night you could have joined in as well.

Very nice campground. Large sites. Only thing they need to do is to replace the old picnic tables. We couldn’t use ours it was in such bad shape. Definitely would go back.

Tables are on our list to do! Unfortunately being a VERY rainy season it has done a number on a lot of picnic tables as the wood isnt able to dry out properly. We have plans to fix/replace what needs to be in the near future! Thank you for staying with us!

We spent two nights there. Quite a few amenities, but we are into hiking and birding, which there wasn't. There are quite a variety of camp sizes and choices, and we were happy with our large area.

Im not sure if you spoke with anyone in the office but we could have directed you to some state property with walking trails! Unfortunately we are in a little bit of a flat spot outside the Adirondacks so no mountains to climb but beautiful forests with tower pines all around!

Site is great. Full grown trees provide shade everywhere. CampK9 is medium sized. Just enough for short sprints to wear out the dogs. Can't hear traffic at site. Would like for them to add garbage pick up at sites and dog waste container hadn't been emptied in some time. Short drive to Alexandria Bay.

Everything from top to bottom was great about this place! Karl and Donna are fantastic hosts providing my family with fun around the campground and telling us where to go to Kayak and see beautiful waterfalls! All the bathrooms and pool were kept very clean ! We will definitely be back to this KOA and highly recommend you to bring some family for a great time!! Thanks again Karl and Donna!! See you guys next time!!!

Amazing KOA Karl and Donna are the best! Providing my family with fun all weekend! Also provided information on the where to kayak ( less than 10 minutes away ) and where to see some really beautiful waterfalls! The campground itself was very well maintained with lots to do! Bathrooms, showers and the pool were very clean throughout the whole trip! We will definitely be back again!! Thanks Karl and Donna!!!

The campground is extremely well managed . In the 30 years we been travelling and used KOA,Good Sam and etc we have never met as friendly owners or staff as this place have.We will definitely coming back in the future.G Burton
