It seemed the park wasn't ready for the public when we arrived. There were installers putting locks in at the pool and etc, a number of the sites' picnic tables where not setup (no seats attached/ resting up against trees), the camp store wasn't completely ready (no prices on merchandise, some things were set up). The staff was friendly and the sites were large enough.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Thanks for joining us on our opening weekend... and glad you were able to take advantage of our Care Camps $20 special. We had all hands on deck ready for our new season and our contractor was onsite through the weekend replacing freeze damaged pipes in our pool rinse showers discovered a day prior.

Very clean and safe place to camp! The owners are so friendly and have made so many wonderful upgrades to the place! Nicely stocked camp store, fun family activities and just an all around great family campground! This is our favorite local campground!

Lovely place to stay. Lots to do and see in the area. They had halloween for the little and big kids. Tractor ride through a haunted trail.

I stayed at the koa while I was working at Watertown hospital. The hospitality was fantastic. Everyone is very pleasant and helpful.this was the 1st time travel with my RV and I locked myself out on day 1. Staff had a locksmith there in a minute. The campground is spacious,clean, great. I can't say enough good things ! I will definitely be back next year.

Nice place to stay as an overnight. Not a lot of frills but the WiFi is the best!! Spots are clean and well spaced. Peaceful place and friendly staff!

Great staff! Very helpful and friendly. Helped move me to another site that was more suitable for my truck and trailer. Nice campground with well spaced sites. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to be back again.

We had a good stay at this campground, the staff were very friendly and accommodating, the location is great for cross border travel, has excellent Wifi. A drawback is the artillery & bombing noise from the Military base in Fort Drum. We are not sure how often this occurs, but it was very constant and went on after midnight. We feel that if someone suffered from PTSD it would be very concerning.

One of the nicest, well maintained KOAs I’ve stayed at yet. The old oaks and walnut trees were especially pleasant as a lot of camp grounds cleared of everything when they built and planted new trees which are just not there yet.

We love staying at KOA in Natural Bridge. It is normally peaceful and tranquil. Owners are very attentive. Always makes us aware of what is going on and making us aware of any news for the park.

Super friendly staff. They kept us updated on events for the weekend. Our site was a bit close to our neighbors. We were over charged for our stay which the staff caught and we are currently waiting for the refund to hit our credit card. Thank you.

Everything from top to bottom was great about this place! Karl and Donna are fantastic hosts providing my family with fun around the campground and telling us where to go to Kayak and see beautiful waterfalls! All the bathrooms and pool were kept very clean ! We will definitely be back to this KOA and highly recommend you to bring some family for a great time!! Thanks again Karl and Donna!! See you guys next time!!!

Amazing KOA Karl and Donna are the best! Providing my family with fun all weekend! Also provided information on the where to kayak ( less than 10 minutes away ) and where to see some really beautiful waterfalls! The campground itself was very well maintained with lots to do! Bathrooms, showers and the pool were very clean throughout the whole trip! We will definitely be back again!! Thanks Karl and Donna!!!

The campground is extremely well managed . In the 30 years we been travelling and used KOA,Good Sam and etc we have never met as friendly owners or staff as this place have.We will definitely coming back in the future.G Burton
