Stacia and Jimmy made sure that we were comfortable and had everything available from coffee to firewood. Laundry Room was always clean. Bath house was very clean. They are awesome hosts. This is our second stay and we are already looking forward to staying there next year.

Had small kids. Would have been nice to have playground at both ends of the camp. Also, with no lifeguard why does pool have to close so early? If did something during the day, little time to go swimming when got back

So glad you and your family could join us for Father's Day event weekend... and thank you for the recommendations. Our pool unfortunately falls under NY requirements of no dusk/night swimming. For the holiday, we did extend by an hour our normal 9-7 pool hours. Hope you were able to take advantage.

James & Stacia Madden are excellent hosts! We thought the text communications were outstanding and kept us in know of the all the happenings! I would have no reservations recommending Natural Bridge/Watertown KOA to anyone!

Was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay even though it rained most of it. Only thing that bugged me was we were asked to move the truck which was fine but that did not happen at every site. Directly across from us a pickup sat on the lawn all weekend and never once was asked to move. Believe it was someone that ran the campground as a KOA kart was there alot. Overall, good trip

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the location is quiet and beautiful and had way more amenities then I expected for a Journey. Thank you for a wonderful time.

I stayed at Natural Bridge KOA on a cold and rainy night. From the moment I arrived the owners made me feel welcome. They went above and beyond to assist me, I have some mobility challenges. The campsites are small, but there are mature trees between & around them. The bathrooms & laundry room were clean. The park was well maintained. I will definatley go back if I’m in the area.

Shower house was clean, campground was quiet. I felt the price for a tent site was very high. People were very friendly with allowing me to check in late and showing me to my campsite in the dark.

This was one of the nicest KOA we have been to in a long time, the grounds are very well maintain as well as the bathrooms always looking clean. Sites where very spacious. The hosts where very accommodating too!

We had a fantastic stay here. The owners are so welcoming & kind. The sites are huge, pretty level & wooded. When they are not as busy they work at spacing the trailers with a space in between it seems. There are really no seasonal campers with permanent structures such as large wooden porches attached to their trailers. I was here in 2020 and this visit 3 years later was even better. Kudos!

Great campground. Not a large mega campground with a let of people. Very neat and tidy, the new owners, since the last time we were there before Covid, have really stepped up and made many improvements. Will definitely go back!

we spent three wonderful nights at the KOA. People were very friendly and helpful. Loved the sites and being in the woods. Quiet and peaceful...Can't wait to come back next year...

I appreciated the help in setting up my little camper, I believe the name of the fellow that helped me was James. The assistance at the check-in was A-1. The park was extremely clean and enjoyable. I believe I had the best site in the park! Lots of privacy and looking out at the woods, not at other campers. It was the best!

Beautiful campground, well stocked store, beautiful area, and clean. The campground is fairly close to Clayton and the Thousand island area. Stacia and James were awesome. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you

i thought it was absolutely awesome. Only thing I thought could change is that if you are going to have activities they be a little cheaper. Other campgrounds have arts and crafts provided in the price of the camping price and are half the price of KOA to stay at. I pay the price because I love the camp grounds and the people who run it. Most friendliest around.

Very clean and organized. The hosts were SUPER nice and friendly, so helpful as well! The pool was clean and well maintained. Our kids loved the playground and activities. We will definitely be back!

Surprisingly quiet and peaceful for the fully booked campsites! Had a pretty, wooded site and friendly neighbors. Noise promptly ended at 10. Manager super friendly and accommodating.

This was our second stay and it was wonderful! Campground is remote, clean and easy to maneuver in. James and Stacia Madden are the best hosts! We will continue to visit. Can't say enough good things about the site and the people.

Everything from top to bottom was great about this place! Karl and Donna are fantastic hosts providing my family with fun around the campground and telling us where to go to Kayak and see beautiful waterfalls! All the bathrooms and pool were kept very clean ! We will definitely be back to this KOA and highly recommend you to bring some family for a great time!! Thanks again Karl and Donna!! See you guys next time!!!

Amazing KOA Karl and Donna are the best! Providing my family with fun all weekend! Also provided information on the where to kayak ( less than 10 minutes away ) and where to see some really beautiful waterfalls! The campground itself was very well maintained with lots to do! Bathrooms, showers and the pool were very clean throughout the whole trip! We will definitely be back again!! Thanks Karl and Donna!!!

The campground is extremely well managed . In the 30 years we been travelling and used KOA,Good Sam and etc we have never met as friendly owners or staff as this place have.We will definitely coming back in the future.G Burton
