We stay in KOA as our "go to" for camping and we loved this KOA. Although it is a "journey" it is SO beautiful and peaceful. Sites are not close together and the treed setting is fantastic. New owners since only June, have big future plans for this place. Bathrooms are old and need redone but are VERY clean. Did not use the indoor pool so cannot comment there. You just get a good vibe here!

Thank you for your nice review. You should have mentioned to us about the bathrooms since we have a unisex bathroom in middle of park which is near your site. The main bathrooms are a little further. Yes, Fort Drum can be noisy at times; but this is our Freedom.

Stayed here for a week to explore the Upstate area. We enjoyed our stay, staff was very friendly as they drive by and during interactions. Helpful and accommodating.

Excellent campground. Everything was neat and tidy. It was really nice that the campground was not full of seasonals. The owners were welcoming and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly stay here again.

Super friendly and welcoming owners! The campground is so inviting under towering pines. Very clean and well maintained. Well-stocked camp store and plenty of on-site activities available with the pool, game room, playground, and other amenities.

This is one of our happy places. Lovely campsites amidst mature evergreens. New owners are helpful and friendly--working hard to improve the campground even more. we look forward to seeing what they will accomplish!

Their checkin is 2:00. I arrived at 12.15 and was told I have 20 dollar fine. I sat out front till 1:30 and was reluctantly allowed to register. Not cool.

Our stay was wonderful, We stayed at one of the cabins, we didn't take our camper this time, and we found it clean and comfortable. There's plenty of things to do including a fabulous indoor pool. The new owners are friendly and accommodating and will work to make your stay great

The owners of this campground were very welcoming and efficient. The bathrooms are clean the heated indoor pool was phenomenal.

This is a very nice campground with abundant shade and beautiful trees. The campground hosts were so friendly and helpful. The grounds were well kept and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

The camp grounds has very nice shaded sights that are well groomed and maintained. The service from Donna and Karl was excellent. It is not the most inexpensive stay but still a good value. I was not happy that my niece and her husband were charged $10 apiece to come visit us on a cool rainy day. The charge was explained as; guest have access to all the camp ground amenities. It was 58f & rain!

Donna and Carl are some of the most accommodating and nicest people that my husband and I have ever encountered ....We are first time campers and they went out of their way to make our journey smooth, fun and easy to do. There is a 100% chance that we will return to their KOA or any other one, will be measured by the KOA at natural bridge New York

Very clean campground. Only stayed one night but would stay again if in the area. Staff escorted us to the campsite, which was a nice touch.

A wonderful camping experience! The grounds are absolutely beautiful and the owners are so nice and attentive. Really could not ask for anything more. Quiet with stunning views in the area. This campground is top notch! Our dogs loved the dog run which was safe and meticulously kept. Thank you for a great stay.

The sites themselves were good and spacious. The idea of an indoor pool sounded fantastic but the pool itself was too cold and the depths was too much. More importantly the change facilities and the public showers/washrooms were old and desperately need updating in comparison to other KOA campsites, even though rates were close to being the same

What a beautiful camp, the trees are magical, and the owners/staff were super attentive, responsive, and friendly. We weren't there long , only 1 night, but felt very welcome like family. It was also our 1st experience with an indoor pool at a camp. The whole experience was super. Thanks Donna, Carl and Deb!

The owners were amazing. They kept up communication on activities, and store hours with text and check the campgrounds all day. They had a slight issue with one of the water tanks on site and we lost water for a couple of hours but they kept us up to date, let us all know what was going on, and checked on every camper to be sure they had everything they needed. We definitely want to stay again.

Excellent stay. Very quiet and relaxing campground. We really appreciated that the owner, Karl, took the time to help us backing up our trailer.

Really nice, quiet campground. Lots of shade and, although we didn’t swim in it, a beautiful indoor pool. Hosts were very attentive and welcoming and sites were clean and easily accessible. A great spot, but a little off of I-81 for some.

I spent the weekend there in a rented camper. Everything was in excellent condition and as advertised. Karl and Donna were the greatest hosts for the weekend, they are very accommodating and put all the campers at ease. I enjoyed every minute of my stay and will sure to be back. It was an excellent and fabulous weekend.

Very enjoyable. Karl & Donna were not only friendly but also very accommodating. I highly recommend this campground. They went out of their way to make our stay a very special time. Bingo night was great even though I didn't win lol. Hope to get there again next season.

Fantastic hosts and a nice clean campground w/ dog park my companions loved running around in . Our site was in the woods so there were a few mosquitoes ( to be expected ) but campfire kept them away. I had read reviews that mentioned ‘ booms ‘ from nearby Fort Drum but they also were few and not obnoxious. All in all a very pleasant 2 day stay.

I had a very enjoyable stay. The park is very clean and well maintained. The new owners Karl and Donna are very friendly and caring that the campers needs are meet. Ded a worker at the park is very friendly and helpful. I will be returning.

This KOA is a hidden gem in upstate New York! The owners are amazing people, They treated us like family coming for a visit. The campground is well maintained, quiet, peaceful and CLEAN, They definitely take a lot of pride in making this campground , be the best it can be, with Amazing owners, location and hospitality! The owners (Donna and Karl) are exceptionally pleasant and will go above and beyond to help their fellow campers! Come on out and Stay at this KOA and you won't regret it.

The owners made our stay excellent - we were there in Mid Sept and had electrical problems - our issue. The owner took extra care to help us and checked on us later that night to make sure we had what we needed. We also enjoyed the car show on site and the food truck. Really nice place to walk around with my dog too - the dog park was really nice. Sorry they lost their pup. Nice stop on way to Niagra.
