With the new owners of the campground, they work very hard making sure that every guest has everything they need. The campground is well maintained. the bath houses were always clean. If you are looking for a place that is quiet, it works even with Fort Drum off in the distance making some cannon fire, we were able to tune it out. Great wineries, hiking.

My 3 night stay with a friend was absolutely fabulous. The new owners go above and beyond to accommodate their campers. The campground and all amenities are kept very clean. It was a great relaxing and quiet experience. I recommend this campground to anyone that is traveling and wants to enjoy a pleasant. Owners are friendly, outgoing and very helpful. Top customer service. I wish them luck

The location was beautiful and the owners were very friendly and accommodating. We should have stayed more than one night for sure but now that we know about it we will be back!

Clean well maintained. Loved the entire site it. Mature trees ensure that all sites are shaded, sites are big and the disc golf area is super!

Our stay at the KOA Natural Bridge/Watertown was exactly what we needed expected. Donna and Karl were very accommodating and took care of everything. We will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

Our stay was amazing. The new owners really make you feel like part of the KOA family. So many memories made with my grandchildren. The site and campground was clean and well kept and the activities were on point for fun.

We stayed here last year and loved it so much came back again this year! Owners and staff couldn’t be nicer and always checking in to see if you are enjoying your stay. The park is clean and well kept. Our pups love it too!

Great stay, and didn't feel like a parking lot with the trees. Staff was awesome. We usually stay at sate/provincial parks. Although the extra few amenities were nice, we would not be likely to stay again for the price compared to our usual campgrounds.

Donna, Karl (the owners) and Deb, the host, were so welcoming. The site is so quiet and relaxing. The lots are spaced apart so you don't feel like you are right on top of someone else. One of the best parts, they RECYCLE!!!!!!!! I wish more KOAs did that.

Donna and Karl were very friendly and helpful with anything needed at the campground. They are new owners and actively listen to all guest on any suggestions for improvement. I enjoyed the disc golf course and played some horseshoes which I haven't done in a while. The campground was a good base camp for the surrounding area's activities as it was centered to most areas. Definitely would return.

Karl and Donna were fantastic!! We had the unfortunate event of locking our keys inside our trailer and Karl came to our rescue. Can’t say enough good things about them. The sites were spacious and lots of things to do. We’d definitely go back next time we’re in the area.

New owners, she is terrific. He needs to relax. A bit of power in the wrong hands comes to mind. I had asked to be near the showers….site was very far from them. Whatever happened to free coffee?

Bath houses were very clean, pet area was very nice,sites were level and well kept. Grass was mowed and flowers were planted around the park. Not lot of things to do in the area for seniors. Would be great for a 1 or 2 night stay. Great to have an indoor heated pool. Kids would like this place.. Owners were very friendly ask us many times if we needed anything and always waved and said high.

Donna, Karl, Snickers and staff were very friendly. Donna and Karl were very accommodating while we stayed for a job we were working on in Carthage. Definitely recommend this KOA. Very clean and peaceful.

We were on site 51 beautiful site next to the dog park , very quiet not a lot of campers . But it was well maintained and Karl and Donna were great. Always going around and chatting with the campers .one of the best koa yet

Everything from top to bottom was great about this place! Karl and Donna are fantastic hosts providing my family with fun around the campground and telling us where to go to Kayak and see beautiful waterfalls! All the bathrooms and pool were kept very clean ! We will definitely be back to this KOA and highly recommend you to bring some family for a great time!! Thanks again Karl and Donna!! Amazing KOA Karl and Donna are the best! Providing my family with fun all weekend! Also provided information on the where to kayak ( less than 10 minutes away ) and where to see some really beautiful waterfalls! The campground itself was very well maintained with lots to do! Bathrooms, showers and the pool were very clean throughout the whole trip! We will definitely be back again!! Thanks Karl and Donna!!!

The campground is extremely well managed . In the 30 years we been travelling and used KOA,Good Sam and etc we have never met as friendly owners or staff as this place have.We will definitely coming back in the future.G Burton
