Difficulté pour se stationner avec notre camion et notre bateau. Dommages faits « supposément » par notre chien chargés exagérément.

We're sorry to hear you had trouble parking your truck/boat even though we accommodated you by parking in guest parking lot since we don't allow vehicles on grass. We sent pictures showing damage to the mattress cover & didn't keep your whole $100 damage deposit & only enough for new cover.

Very nice campground, quiet, clean and owners very helpful. We have stayed at many KOAs over the past 4 years and this was the 1st that attraction materials were not given out-had to take pics of material they had; key attractions were 75-100 miles away (we should have researched this better). Great place to stay for solitude though.

we are glad you liked our campground but a little taken back since we did offer you suggestions for attractions in area that are less than 100 miles. We had you take pics of things I had printed from our website. Like you stated maybe you should have done more research for things you may have liked

Donna and Karl go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Very clean campground. The grounds were very clean. The bathrooms are immaculate. Filled our propane tanks. Store carries a wide variety of goods. Purchased a new hose for the camper. Got some tips about the area from Donna and Karl. Dogs enjoyed the campground. Quiet area. Beautiful area to explore; saw loons, saw a bear at one

Quiet campground. Cabin was clean and bathroom was spotless. Best Wifi we have found at KOA

The hosts are wonderful and the campground is very well kept. There is not much to do around Natural Bridge. The camp lacks a pond or stream, which would help.

There are things to do in area if you checked our webpage or asked. Just because we don't have a pond/stream on campground shouldn't rank a low rating. You should have researched campground prior to booking. We take pride in our park and amenities. Other campers find a lot to do in araa!!

Donna and Karl are great hosts! This was my 5th stay since they took over the campground. They are very personable and attentive hosts. The campground is a nice, quiet getaway. Nice sized sites to spread out and relax. Definitely looking forward to my next stay with them!

This was our third time staying here. This campground and the owners are great! It's very clean, and offers a lot of fun activities. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Super, super clean! Pool was very nice, crystal clean as well. Stayed just one night in a cabin. No bathroom...but it did have a mini fridge and a super cold ac unit!

Had a great stay at Natural Bridge . It was nice to sit and listen to the sounds of freedom coming from the army base. Thank you Karl and Donna for providing a comfortable and relaxing weekend always love staying here.

Beautiful, clean campground with large camp sites. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. Lots of things to do close by including trails, wineries and breweries, US Army base nearby, St Lawrence river, lake Ontario, small harbor towns, and lots of history dating back to the 1700 and early 1800’s. And they welcome Canadians with open arms. We loved the Mexican restaurant nearby!

Although rainy , Donna & Karl were able to have a huge list of activities for all to do on the campgrounds. They are both so friendly it made me feel as though we knew each other already! Looking forward to my trip in July! I hope it will be ���!

Nice campground. Only problem is it's in the middle of nowhere.

Thanks for review. Even though our campground is not off highway-is not a fault of our campground and shouldn't be rated low due to this(campers need to research areas they reserve). Our campers love the tranquility and peace within our park versus hearing traffic from highways.

Owners/staff were very warm and hospitable. The campgrounds were well kept, like a golf course. Cabin was comfortable, affordable. We will be back.

The cabin was warm and cozy, the bed was the best we have had so far in one of these. The indoor heated pool was great especially due to some rain. We took a boat tour at nearby Alexandria Bay with Uncle Sam’s to see Boldt Castle. We would stay again if in the area, What a nice and accommodating host.

The hosts went out of their way to accommodate our stay even though they were still in the process of getting ready for the season. The campground is easy to get around in and the pull through site we had worked out great. Very quiet area too. The laundry and bathrooms were clean and they have a nice children's playground in a big grassy area near the entrance. We were pulling a 35 foot 5th wheel

We stayed on night , but would have enjoyed staying longer . Staff very friendly ready to help. If you love nature this is the place. Very clean and the view is beautiful. Worth the detour �

On our way home to Ontario Canada, towing our 5th wheel trailer ,we were in need of a place to park for a couple nights until a big freezing rain storm passed through onour route . We were lucky to find this KOA in upper state NY could accommodate us. Electric and sewer was greatly appreciated. We had water onboard. Cozy, rustic park in the woods. A big thanks to Karl, Donna and Snickers

Les chemins pour se rendre à notre terrain de camping étaient bien dégagés de la neige. Nous avions seulement l'électricité mais nous avons été prévenus d'apporter de l'eau avant notre séjour. Les toilettes et les douches étaient ouvertes et propres.

This was our second time here this year. Donna and Karl are just awesome hosts. Go out of there way to make sure you got everything you need. The haunted hayride was a nice touch. Just a wonderful Koa. See you next year. A special shout out to Deb and Ed.

Really enjoyed our stay at Natural Bridge. The owners are very personable and connected with their campground. They work hard to make the stay enjoyable but still have time to chat with campers. They also value their assistants by taking the time to introduce them to us. Great leadership. The events were a nice touch - we attended the Halloween event which was nice for both kids and adults

The Halloween weekend events were the kids highlight of the stay. The communication was excellent and expectations clear.

Had a nice stay at this KOA, the new owners are working hard to create a great atmosphere for their guest and had lots of planned activities even though it was low season. Will go back again for sure.

The park owners are amazing. Stayed for a week in October for fall foliage. The weather didn't cooperate but the owners had enty of suggestions for things to do in the area. Clean park and the sites are larger than most KOA's I've been to. When in the area, a nice place to stay.

We have stayed at Natural Bridge before but this time we noticed some very nice changes. First the grounds were cleaner and well groomed. The management Donna and Karl went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable. The other bog change was there were always things happening to keep the kids busy and interested. Donna And Karl made us feel right at home while we were there. Will be returning.

Great host, very nice campground. Only recommendation for the host, if the campground is wide open, it might be a nice gesture to upgrade your guest to a pull thought spot vs. a back in.

Everything from top to bottom was great about this place! Karl and Donna are fantastic hosts providing my family with fun around the campground and telling us where to go to Kayak and see beautiful waterfalls! All the bathrooms and pool were kept very clean ! We will definitely be back to this KOA and highly recommend you to bring some family for a great time!! Thanks again Karl and Donna!! See you guys next time!!!

Amazing KOA Karl and Donna are the best! Providing my family with fun all weekend! Also provided information on the where to kayak ( less than 10 minutes away ) and where to see some really beautiful waterfalls! The campground itself was very well maintained with lots to do! Bathrooms, showers and the pool were very clean throughout the whole trip! We will definitely be back again!! Thanks Karl and Donna!!!

The campground is extremely well managed . In the 30 years we been travelling and used KOA,Good Sam and etc we have never met as friendly owners or staff as this place have.We will definitely coming back in the future.G Burton
