We were expecting to put up our tent on a grass site as advertised. It was a pine needle site which disappointed us. The stay was comfortable just the same but this KOA is geared towards RV’s. We had a nice stay just the same.

Glad you guys enjoyed your overnight stay. Wish we had known you were using a tent, with your reservation type listing as an automobile. We would have ensured a more tent friendly location in our upper ridge tent & popup camping area. Hope you guys had a great time on your remaining trip.

We have stayed at this KOA many times and love this place . The new staff are great and we will be going back again next year .

Although a little out of the way, this KOA is definately a hidden gem. The campground is well maintained, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere, featuring large campsites situated under the towering pines.

I liked it. It was clean well mannered. Not a lot of drunks running around screaming and yelling at each other all hours of the night... I like quiet, well ran establishment.. pet/ family friendly and bathrooms were extremely clean!

The facilities were the cleanest of any campground I've ever stayed in. The hosts were great. I would highly recommend this campground.

Loved everything about it....staff were very kind and helpful, responsive to needs especially when we were given green wood that wouldn't burn, super clean campground and loved how quiet it was. We will be back!

Loved our stay here, other than some annoying Deer Flies that tend to come out between 5-8pm! The park is quiet, well maintained and everyone was very nice. Nice large sites as well. Will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay there. The campsite was wonderful and as private as we could want. The laundromat facilities were clean and worked well. A very good location.

We really enjoyed our visit and everyone very pleasant which made for a wonderful stay. Everything was well kept and clean. Beautiful tall trees and quiet grounds. We have already booked for an few more visits and plan to continue in the future. Thanks to all at Natural Bridge/Watertown KOA. Regards Maurice

I enjoy staying at the Natural Bridge KOA. It is peaceful, the staff are very attentive to all your needs. If I had one thing to change is having more activities like you have for special event weekends .And also the pricing per night should include these activities. If you have guests come then a price should be asked to do the activities. I don't think guests should have to pay to visit us.

The sites were huge and well shaded. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the indoor pool, especially on rainy days. The game room was also great!!! There is a small cabin bathroom in the woods that looked sketchy, but was nice and clean. The Wifi was super. My two suggestions for improvement are: 1) Fog for mosquitoes. They were terrible. 2) Have the pool hours the same as the store.

What a beautiful little gem! I like that it's set in beautiful pine trees, and not close to neighbours. Because they are almost all pull-ins, they allowed us to buddy with our friends aslo camping. Friendly staff and knowledgeable! We will definitely be back. Thank you

Staff were amazing, facilities very well maintained, sites were spacious and pleasant. Our only issue, still, is having to pay the $14.00, not that we couldn't afford it, but in all the 25 years we've been camping this was a first, especially when the sites were not occupied. Just saying, a first for us, we'll have to be better aware next time and arrive on the exact time of check in. Jim

We had a great time. Even with the rain the staff was more than helpful. They offered to come and help campers clean up their rigs etc. We were one of a few sites that flooded. More work will done on surveying and grading. Thank you and we will be back. Shawn and Val Gallant site 18

The campground was very nice and quiet, but if your bringing school age kids, there isn't much to do. They have an indoor pool, a playground and disc golf. It's a very hands-off type of place - you have to make your own entertainment. And there isn't much to do in the surrounding area. If you are looking for a place to just decompress and relax, then this is it.

Very rural, quiet setting. Bathrooms were always clean, laundry was great. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Road in needs some work, but the new owners have already made great improvements. And the inside pool was used daily by campers!

trying to eat lunch outside when zero turn lawn mower started to cut the grass next to us . very dry ground . clouds of dirt all over the food. he was in that location for approx five min . mosquitoes were really bad at night you could not set outside with a camp fire. I dont think the heating system was working in the heated pool the day we went to use it (thursday)

The campground is very well kept. Staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. The heated pool nice, not too warm. They had activities planned on the weekend which was nice. The staff would stop by your site just to visit and get to know the guests.

What a joke. Told me 3 different prices. Then told me I was good and paid until the 7th, then after my 10 year old was bitten by another campers dog at 6 pm they call and tell me I have to pay 500 dollars to stay any longer. Place is a circus and we will definitely not be going back. Oh and there is poison ivy everywhere

Glad we were able to fit you in for a last minute extended stay over the holiday. Pricing was agreed into the reservation, with adds from kampstore. Unfortunately, lack of parental supervision and sneaking out in the middle of the night made it difficult to resolve any outstanding debts.

We have stayed at this campground in the past but not since the new owners have taken over. We were impressed with the changes they have made but the only issue with this place is there are not enough restroom and shower facilities available. Otherwise it was very nice place to visit.

Was great to have you guys back to The Bridge. Sorry to hear you would have had a better experience with more restrooms and showers. We do meet standards for facilities, but never want to stop at base level. Plans are to include a third bathhouse (with shower) at the back of the campground.

The staff was friendly and our site was clean. They don't trust you to drive and park on your own, so you have to wait for a guide for some reason. The electricity wasn't sufficient for all campers, and our electricity dropped several times per day. That being said, I enjoyed the text updates about the park and events. I'd say more, but they don't give enough room here.

Everyone was so great. We loved getting the emails with updates on pool openi gs and closing. The sites were beautiful and the showers and bathrooms were always clean and neat. We will be staying there again.

The sites were incredible: wide and tree-covered to provide shade. The bathroom and laundry facilities were clean and efficient. The wood and ice delivery service to the site was a nice feature. The owner/work-campers were very friendly and made frequent visits to check on how we were and to ask if they could provide any assisstance. Definately would stay again if we were in the region!

Stacia and Jimmy made sure that we were comfortable and had everything available from coffee to firewood. Laundry Room was always clean. Bath house was very clean. They are awesome hosts. This is our second stay and we are already looking forward to staying there next year.

Had small kids. Would have been nice to have playground at both ends of the camp. Also, with no lifeguard why does pool have to close so early? If did something during the day, little time to go swimming when got back

So glad you and your family could join us for Father's Day event weekend... and thank you for the recommendations. Our pool unfortunately falls under NY requirements of no dusk/night swimming. For the holiday, we did extend by an hour our normal 9-7 pool hours. Hope you were able to take advantage.

Everything from top to bottom was great about this place! Karl and Donna are fantastic hosts providing my family with fun around the campground and telling us where to go to Kayak and see beautiful waterfalls! All the bathrooms and pool were kept very clean ! We will definitely be back to this KOA and highly recommend you to bring some family for a great time!! Thanks again Karl and Donna!! Amazing KOA Karl and Donna are the best! Providing my family with fun all weekend! Also provided information on the where to kayak ( less than 10 minutes away ) and where to see some really beautiful waterfalls! The campground itself was very well maintained with lots to do! Bathrooms, showers and the pool were very clean throughout the whole trip! We will definitely be back again!! Thanks Karl and Donna!!!

The campground is extremely well managed . In the 30 years we been travelling and used KOA,Good Sam and etc we have never met as friendly owners or staff as this place have.We will definitely coming back in the future.G Burton
