If you need to make any changes or cancel your current reservation, please call us. You can not do this at KOA.com. It has to be done by the campground. We will be happy to help you. If you some how get our VM just leave us your name reservation number and what changes you need made or if you need to cancel, and we will take care of it for you.
We follow the KOA National cancelation policy. We need a 48 hour notice, prior to arrival date for Tents and RV's, then its a $10 cancelation fee. Within the 48 hours and you forfeit your deposit. For Cabins we need a 7 day notice, prior to arrival date, then it's a $10 cancelation fee, within the 7 days and you forfeit your deposit.
That doesn't mean this area has to always be empty. When you start reviewing camping options, your history will display here to help compare sites and find the best stay. You will be able to share your stay information with friends or family and save it for a later time if you have a KOA Account.
