We did not have a good experience, campsite was dirty with trash and the fire pit was full upon arrival. Bathrooms were dirty and not cleaned during our stay. Pool area was dirty and full of trash. I did not see staff clean anything up our entire stay. This place does not meet Koa standards. Do not go there, I talked to staff about the pool area and our campsite and was told they were short staff

My family and I stayed for five days, and I wish I had read the reviews before booking. We paid $33 for the Dorothy Run, and it wasn't worth the cost. My 7-year-old was only able to do one run, when they could have allowed the kids to go at least three times to make it feel worthwhile. I was also disappointed that there were NO free activities for children.

We had an amazing time. Loved seeing all the peacocks and the zip lining. The only issue we had was the sewer smell by the pool. We used it one time and did really want to go back. It was really off putting.

Fantastic family campground! We loved the peacocks, finding a beautiful feather, relaxing by the creek, the pool, and all the fun campground activities. A huge thank you to Ryan, who expertly resolved a reservation issue with kindness and professionalism. She turned a stressful situation into a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I thought the whole campsite is nice and love the kids play area with giant pool (even though i didnt use it). I dont like that we cant reserve a a specofic spot and i thought it was very crowded and hard to drive into. RV spots werent clearly marked as far as how far to the right or left- I believe we had overlap with neighbors.

We loved the pool and the bouncy pillow. The labyrinth was cool. The river was pretty and accessible. The men's bathroom at Aspen was not in good working order. We loved the peacocks but they sure were loud in the morning. Ants were a big problem and got everywhere inside of our trailer. It was clean and there was a lot to do. We would have liked to use the adventure course-stayed midweek.

We were unable to level side to side despite raising street side over 4 inches. We were offered another site. The campgrounds were dirty and littered with trash. There are very few full service sites, and most seemed to be occupied by long term or seasonal trailers. Not a quality KOA “Holiday” location. It is geared towards families with children. It’s nice to have so many activities for them. However, the showers have no pressure and that is a huge problem. We visited the handicapped shower that had 2% water, and there was no ramp for them to walk back to the site. It was dangerous to walk down hill.

It was SO MUCH FUN!!!! It’s family friendly there was so much to do. We absolutely loved the visit from all the peacocks they are so beautiful. All the staffs were super welcoming and super friendly. We definitely are going to be back very soon! Thank you to all the wonderful staffs for all their hard work and who kept it very clean.

The bathrooms above our campsite need help, The ones with the bathroom with the toilets were backed up or not working. They finally closed them. The ones with the showers. The showers were barely dribbling cold water. You couldn't even tell which way was cold or hot or anything was a mess and then the toilet in that shower area was moving around like it was all loose. Great stay…. The manager who was operating the zip line attraction was fabulous. We highly recommend him. He handled his crew very well.

The place is very nice…. But they bathroom toilets were out of service and the shower heads were not working properly or not working at all!! Plus the place didn’t have a laundry station to wash clothes /dishes I was there 4 days and the toilets and showers were never fixed we kept bring it up to personal and all they would say we will call maintenance never got fixed. need updated bathroom

We had the best time. Your camp is so much fun and my grandkids absolutely loved the jumping pillow, watching the zip line, and swimming. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We hope to come back very soon.

The handicapped shower was completely inadequate. Lock was difficult. There was only a trickling of water. Push button and switch for water were nonfunctional. There were no hand bars. Otherwise the park is beautiful with its nature .

Loved the Alder loop and the Peacocks. We have a group of 4 RVs and very much liked the center grass/fire pit area.

There was a driveway/road right behind our campsite people were driving pretty fast on it. (Is that a through road to somewhere else?) We unexpectedly had to bring our 2yo grandson with us. I was terrified. Would have talked to the office but I got sick and had to home early anyways.

Campground has great potential with lots of amenities for kids. However it is either understaffed or staff needs more training. When checking in with 40' 5th wheel there was no guidance on best way to approach back in site. Just told this is your site #. Then there was no number at site, it was hidden behind a bush. Need to fix the showers. A small trickle of water takes a long time to clean yourself. The only reason I used the showers was because there is only 5 sites with full hookups and unfortunately they all booked up. Other issue is lots of people cutting thru campsites maybe mentioning this at check in so people know common campground etiquette. The campground is clean. Wading in the stream was nice.

The zip line is only available certain hours of the day if you miss it that’s it. Children were so disappointed. We tried again the next day and it was unavailable. The only thing this part has to offer is a dirty cold pool as far as crafts and entertainment there’s nothing I would not call this KOA standards.

The park is run down needs maintenance sites are all dirt and dusty. Staff are rude. The park smells like sewage.

Lovely with beautiful grounds and roaming peacocks! Our stay was spoiled by being assigned Site A26, we booked months prior not late. It appears a walkway connecting the stairs & bathrooms was cut out & a pad added. Everyone using the stairs or bathrooms walks through the site, often apologizing as they pass. The sounds of the restroom & neon lights enhance your visit :( Staff did not try to help

We have stayed at the campground the last 5 years, but this year the campsites do not seem to be cleaned between uses. The camprings are full of ashes - we removed some of the ash ourselves. Also our campsite was full of spiderwebs which we cleaned up. This year had a lot more bugs than usual My biggest complaint was the speed that everyone drove through the campground even staff on golf carts

We arrived and our two reserved sites was occupied by someone. Had to settle for two back in sites as we had reserved pull thru sites. Asked for a credit but were told they thought they were same price. Said they would talk to owner, but never happened. Site smelled majority of time and dumpster was overflowing entire stay. Peacocks screaming all day. Will not return or recommend.

This was an awful awful stay. Customer service was non existent! Day we arrived no electricity. Our friends had to move their cabin because there was no working hot water (which the staff was aware of beforehand but still rented the cabin out anyway). Next day water to the whole campground was turned off. no running water and the toilets were filling with urine and poo. Horrible horrible stay!

I have grandkids that love to sleep in their tent. But we were told we cannot have a tent on our site along with our RV, even though every year prior we had the tent up for them. I do not understand that at all. It’s just something the kids like to do. Seems ridiculous to me to take away such a simple pleasure from their camping experience. Hoping this “rule” changes back for our future trip

Very dusty. No music allowed. Parking the rig was met with much difficulty due to uneven, deep pits in the gravel. It seemed that garbage pick up was overdue. Lexi was such a pleasant relief. She was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful during out visits to the office.

We had a great time, it was our first visit and won't be our last. The pool experience was awesome and our kids loved all the attractions. The peacocks running around was super cool to experience. The only complaint I have is that the internet connection was not strong enough to surf the web or do anything meaningful while we were there. So I would plan on relying on your cellular data/starlink.

We’ve been staying there every year in June and we like the amenities. The problem is the people that work there are not sure about the fees and we’re getting overcharged every time. Nice people just doesn’t seem to be trained properly

The shower had very little water pressure! We weren't told there were so many peacocks; they started squawking at 4:00 AM, making it impossible for us to get any more sleep. We had actually booked two nights but decided to leave after just one day!

Friendly staff, huge grounds. Lots of kid’s activities, but Fun things to do for adults even. Like the labyrinth, pool, creek, and tie-dying shirts. The peacocks are entertaining but loud so bring earplugs for sleeping if you leave windows open.
