Everything about our stay was lovely. Plenty of space, lots of shade, and friendly workers. A couple of things stand out as needing attention: 1-The Group sites were not labeled at all. 2- Group sites should have a water spigot. 3-Bathrooms were locked in the morning when needed most.

We did not have a good experience, campsite was dirty with trash and the fire pit was full upon arrival. Bathrooms were dirty and not cleaned during our stay. Pool area was dirty and full of trash. I did not see staff clean anything up our entire stay. This place does not meet Koa standards. Do not go there, I talked to staff about the pool area and our campsite and was told they were short staff

We stayed in pine cabin 4 last week for sunday and monday. The rate was $315 per night. The shower head was not producing barely a stream due to the hardwater blockage. The staff did manage to replace the second day, but that should have been caught by housekeeping. The dustpan and broom hanging by the door seemed a bit odd. much more to post, but ran out of characters.

Our family camping trip was a wonderful experience thanks to the camp staff and accommodations. We loved it!

My family and I stayed for five days, and I wish I had read the reviews before booking. We paid $33 for the Dorothy Run, and it wasn't worth the cost. My 7-year-old was only able to do one run, when they could have allowed the kids to go at least three times to make it feel worthwhile. I was also disappointed that there were NO free activities for children.

We had an amazing time. Loved seeing all the peacocks and the zip lining. The only issue we had was the sewer smell by the pool. We used it one time and did really want to go back. It was really off putting.

Fantastic family campground! We loved the peacocks, finding a beautiful feather, relaxing by the creek, the pool, and all the fun campground activities. A huge thank you to Ryan, who expertly resolved a reservation issue with kindness and professionalism. She turned a stressful situation into a great experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I thought the whole campsite is nice and love the kids play area with giant pool (even though i didnt use it). I dont like that we cant reserve a a specofic spot and i thought it was very crowded and hard to drive into. RV spots werent clearly marked as far as how far to the right or left- I believe we had overlap with neighbors.

Absolutely loved the zipline and adventure course, excellent accommodations for kids of all ages and friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend!

We loved the pool and the bouncy pillow. The labyrinth was cool. The river was pretty and accessible. The men's bathroom at Aspen was not in good working order. We loved the peacocks but they sure were loud in the morning. Ants were a big problem and got everywhere inside of our trailer. It was clean and there was a lot to do. We would have liked to use the adventure course-stayed midweek.

We were unable to level side to side despite raising street side over 4 inches. We were offered another site. The campgrounds were dirty and littered with trash. There are very few full service sites, and most seemed to be occupied by long term or seasonal trailers. Not a quality KOA “Holiday” location. We enjoyed our stay and all the activities available. Even going to the creek was easy and we enjoyed ourselves getting in the water there. The pool is nice, however the water is chill but once you are in it it’s fine. Overall we had a great time!

This was our second Summer booking a cabin at Ventura Ranch KOA. Our kids love it, although we see it as such a missed opportunity to be great. It's mismanaged, with lots of deferred maintenance and the same half-finished projects sitting there. We will likely return next year as it's becoming a tradition, but we hope to return to a better environment. The zip line course is really fun!

Stayed in the Oak Tent section, Need to upgrade that section, Lite up the bathrooms More on the outside. very dark.

It is geared towards families with children. It’s nice to have so many activities for them. However, the showers have no pressure and that is a huge problem. We visited the handicapped shower that had 2% water, and there was no ramp for them to walk back to the site. It was dangerous to walk down hill.

I usually visit this Camp site every year, but this time I stayed in a cabin, the cabin was nice but small, the pictures that they have online definitely looks bigger,. The cabin had a loft and they had these 3 inch cushions for a hard wood floor, they definitely should be thicker, I had a horrible sleep all 3 days. The bed was better but the frames was leaning on 1 side.

This is our 3rd summer coming to Ventura Ranch KOA. We love all there is to offer. It’s so convenient and the kids always look forward to this trip every year.

It was SO MUCH FUN!!!! It’s family friendly there was so much to do. We absolutely loved the visit from all the peacocks they are so beautiful. All the staffs were super welcoming and super friendly. We definitely are going to be back very soon! Thank you to all the wonderful staffs for all their hard work and who kept it very clean.

We stayed at one of the smaller cabins ST08 and it was so beautiful being that close to the river bay hearing all the bird rover and peacocks. The only think I didn’t like was vehicle parking. We paid for two cars and find parking in that location was very difficult. Maybe the parking area a little bit bigger

The bathrooms above our campsite need help, The ones with the bathroom with the toilets were backed up or not working. They finally closed them. The ones with the showers. The showers were barely dribbling cold water. You couldn't even tell which way was cold or hot or anything was a mess and then the toilet in that shower area was moving around like it was all loose. There's no paper towels. The

Great stay…. The manager who was operating the zip line attraction was fabulous. We highly recommend him. He handled his crew very well.

The campground was nice, but needed a lot of updating. The stairs to the pool are rickety/hazardous and there were piles of trash (broken chairs from the pool and construction pieces) in random parts of the campground. The cabin we stayed in was comfortable and clean enough though.

The place is very nice…. But they bathroom toilets were out of service and the shower heads were not working properly or not working at all!! Plus the place didn’t have a laundry station to wash clothes /dishes I was there 4 days and the toilets and showers were never fixed we kept bring it up to personal and all they would say we will call maintenance never got fixed. need updated bathroom

Absolutely fantastic! We had a large group of family and we were able to enjoy all the campsite had to offer. Amazing staff and help. Everything was clean and easily accessible. Love the Adventure course! The kids loved the bounce balloon and pool! We stayed at the Teepees and wow! They were fantastic! We are planning on doing this camping as an annual event. Everyone had a great time.

We had the best time. Your camp is so much fun and my grandkids absolutely loved the jumping pillow, watching the zip line, and swimming. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We hope to come back very soon.

The handicapped shower was completely inadequate. Lock was difficult. There was only a trickling of water. Push button and switch for water were nonfunctional. There were no hand bars. Otherwise the park is beautiful with its nature .
