We love our stay every time we stay at this KOA. The pool could use someone coming through every hour or so checking wristbands and ensuring that swimmers are wearing swim diapers as well as check on the bathrooms next to the pool. That is our only complaint with the campgrounds. We understand that these issues have more to do with dirty campers than the hardworking staff.

we stayed in the "glamping" tents- and they were very comfortable. although I'm not a camping person, this campground made it better. (I ended up getting roped into camping with friends) the STAFF THOUGH!!! Were what made this trip GREAT! They were all SO KIND and patient - and I just really enjoyed their energy.

Stayed in cabin 8 and had a great time! Cabin was clean and updated. Kids had a blast doing the ziplines and obstacle course. Will definitely stay here again and probably request cabin 8 if available! Our dog Gus was allowed in the cabin which made the stay even better!

We were very happy with the campground and all of the activities that kept the kids entertained. We already reserved our cabin for next year!

Showers were disgusting. Lots of visitors coming and going using the amenities which gave those staying no availability. It would be nice if they controlled those coming in.

Campsite offered exciting activities & unique tipi stay, delighting kids. Tepee village added charm. Regrettably, insufficient & infrequently cleaned restrooms impacted experience. Overall, memorable trip, but restroom situation needs improvement.

We had three adults and one 12 year old boy staying in Pine cabin 8. We found it quite comfortable and was surprised at how quiet the nights were. We could have used one more comfy chair and some end tables for our drinks & snaks. Other than that, the cabin was adequately furnished/clean.This is our second stay, using RV site and now the cabin. We shall definitely return. Staff wad very friendly.

The covered wagon was not level, it was hard to sleep in because of this, at almost $200 a night it should at least be level so that you can get proper sleep without rolling out of bed.

We stayed in cabin #7. Cute and clean two bedroom with everything we needed for a comfortable stay with two adults and two teens! The river has easy access, camp store is well stocked, and the camp bathrooms up top were clean! Staff is very friendly and the zip line and ropes course were awesome! Great weekend away with the family.

Simply wonderful! Quiet, beautiful, relaxing, with many comforts of home at our fingertips. We stayed in a beautiful "penthouse" cabin but I bet tent camping here is just as fabulous. Highly recommended; we'll be back!

Lots of great amenities and staff was very friendly. There were just a few minor things here and there that would have taken little time and money to fix - repair door locks in women's pool bathroom (only two locked), dust cobwebs and pine needles off bathroom housing, smelly towels were left at neighbor's campsite for over a day after they left. Pool was amazingly clean!!!

Excellent hospitality, great pool and zip line for kids to enjoy. Any added amenities for kids would only make the stay epic… Possible improvements would be to maintain all outdoor restroom clean and sanitized from top to bottom.. overall experience excellent team…

It would be a better experience if the bathrooms by the pool were ventilated and monitored DURING pool hours. They were gross and disgusting and didn't have toilet paper on Sunday. No one enforces the quite hours and the music after 10 pm. It was very inconsiderate of the group next to us to be so loud.

All is great, I will be back next year, however our cabin were not really cleaned. Foot print on window was still there after a year; which tells me that the windows are not being taken care off. Hopefully all is good for 8/2024. See you them. YM

It was great. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I wish some trails were available from the campgrounds. The zip line/obstacle course was very fun for our family. I would come back again.

We have three little boys, so I’m very hesitant to take them anywhere, but this KOA was great for them, and us! We had a gorgeous view, and the camp sites were spread out enough that it felt private and actually out in nature. My only issue is that the stairs inside and outside the cabin are not childproofed at all, and very steep. Would love if they had a gate so toddlers can’t climb up the

Upon arrival, the cabin was smaller that what was depicted in the photos. The fisheye lens should not be used to take pictures. The cabin had about half an inch of dust in it and we had to clean before putting our stuff in. Peacock poop all over the front door area and had to navigate like a mine field. Enjoyed all amenities within this site. Noticed their was a water leak within the bathroom that has been wet for awhile. Would have been nice to have that fixed prior to arriving.

Our cabin was fine however the coffee maker was not clean and there was still a little coffee left from the previous occupants in it. Also, in our bathroom, one of the towel was stained and when I pulled it out of the shelf, a cap to a jar of some sorts fell out and there was a hair clip stuck in it. I believe this is what had stained the towel so it looks like this had been there for a while.

Our grandsons really enjoyed the pool and the jumping pillow! We only used the restrooms by the pool. I know you have no control over how messy people are, but it would be nicer if they were cleaned more often.

The ropes course and pool were big hits. My only complaint is the bathrooms are atrocious. The women's restroom (the one by the pool) is dirty, the locks don't work on most of the stalls, one of which was completely not even functioning. One faucet only let out a trickle of water. It doesn't take much to attend to this, just put a simple eye hook on the door. Minus one star for the bathroom.

We rented a glamping tent, and although the site itself was beautiful, there were some things that need improvement. Initially, our bed slid off of the back portion of the tent bc the canvas was ripped on the back wall. Then the bed broke, which they fixed but it was embarrassing for my husband. Lastly, our showers were cold and there was no water pressure. We would come back, but in a cabin!

Awful. It was my birthday I had multiple issues with the cabin. It was filthy in side and out. the air conditioner wasn't working properly. my young daughter found a pair of women panties next to our bed. she picked them up and asked whats the dad. I called the office and left messages 6 times Nobody called me back. we left after only one day because of the conditions and lack of support

Rented a deluxe cabin and i get that it is supposed to be glamping, but I expect some basics. AC barely works to get temp above 75. No hot water and zero water pressure in the shower. A dry riverbed filled with dead trees and debris. A 'creek" overrun with algae. all kids activities(jump pillow/playground) in blazing hot sun w/no shade. ropes course only avail certain days for$$. Never again.

You have an amazing staff at Ventura Ranch. They love what they do and it shows. My little girl loves this place. We discovered it four years ago and keep coming back! The one thing is love to see is the use of the clubhouse. I took some time on my way out to explore it. Looks like it’s being used as storage but what a missed opportunity to do some cool stuff! Have a BBQ! I’d pay for that!

This was our third time camping at this KOA and each time we had the best time camping. I usually don’t enjoy camping, but every time we’re at a KOA camp I thoroughly enjoy my time. First time staying in a cabin and I was very impressed by how clean and quaint it was. The bathroom being full sized was a happy surprise and the fact that the kitchenette had everything we needed was the best part

The Staff at this location is LOVELY! The cabins are very up to date but, a little dusty. Otherwise they were certainly well worth the money spent. A great place to stay!!!

We always come as a group of 12-15 and everyone really enjoys the entire camping trip!! There are a few things that were of concern however, the fact that we could share each others cabin amenities.made it tolerable. For example, the kitchen has no hot water and very low water pressure. The air conditioning is a DREAM !! works fantastic! Overall, it was a Great Stay !!
