We loved the cabin and everything worked inside it. And thank you for opening the pool for Troop since we booked the two group tent sites as well. The kids enjoyed the pool to cool down.

Great. I was very glad you opened up the pool early as it was a hot weekend. On another note when I arrived there was no water on in the bathroom. I called and was told there was a leak and not sure when back on. What I appreciated was that a team member of yours called me back to tell me it was fixed and I really appreciated the extra effort.

The property was very clean and well managed! My kids loved the jump pillow and bike track! Everything went very smooth with my son’s zipping experience. It was a very fun time and so grateful for the time we had with no issues. Thanks Ventura koa!

All day tree trimming in the Pine camping area this past Saturday 3-14-26 was a big bummer.

Beautiful deluxe cabin. Kitchen was nice however we did not know that there was no oven, and we had planned for anoven dish. Notes: Shower drain was blocked, we find ourselves standing in water when taking a shower; no oven; weber grill was low on propane; the blankets on the bunk beds were TOO SMALL not even twin sized, only good for a small child, my kids are taller than I am!

This was my first time at your KOA. The park is lovely, family friendly and very well kept up. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely reserve in the future.

Our stay was nice; however, our campsite was right behind the cabins. Whoever was in the cabins was very loud and did not follow the quiet time rules. also there is not enough light when walking through the campground, and it is very dark. There is no light outside the showers and restrooms so in order to see the keypad you need to have a flashlight or your phone's light.

Very cramped site when there were more spread out sites of same capability available. No reason to shove us tight into a small spot next to other camper just because we have a short trailer. Talking about B36 spot, it is designed too close to B37. Almost no campfire room, bench was literally touching the campfire ring. Also bathroom access was far away and limited as closest bathroom was closed.

I thought the campgrounds were clean and nice. A lot of things for the kids to do and the zip line was the best. The only dislike was cabin CR21. We had problems with kitchen lights coming in and some of the outlets did not work. It had a funky musty smell as well. I enjoyed all of the beautiful peacocks as well. Next time I will request a cabin closer to office, looking over the creek.

Upon arrival I noticed the bench on my site was broken and could not sit on it. I told the office personnel which they said someone would go out there and swap it out. The following day around 11am I went t back to the office and let them know again since they didn't change my bench. I went again around 3pmto remind them. Finally at 5:30pm they swapped it out. It took a 1.5 days to fix issue.

This was our 4th time venturing out! I enjoyed the quietness of the grounds. Everyone on the staff was helpful and friendly with any questions I had. I booked again for September.

Was very disappointed in this KOA. Worse one I have been in. Far below a KOA standard. They set out rules but no enforcement. Speed 5 mph but even staff are driving around at more like 30 mph. Kids on e-bikes nearly ran me over several times going close to 40 mph. Rule of no music is laughable. Multiple campers had big speakers and music playing. Definitely not worth the $$$ I paid.

The setting was beautiful and the campsite was clean. The maintenance guy who filled our propane was so kind, and we loved the peacocks. However, we reserved and paid for a premium site (back-in, full hookup, with a patio). We did have a bigger spot, but no patio. And the traffic! Are you kidding me? It's clear that a lot of the people there were not campers. It made it feel unsafe and was disrupt

The place is great. The staff is friendly little bit too pricey though you could stay right down the street for $50 a night and that's for full hook ups if you have children the place is good but if you want something a little more quiet right down below there's another campground.

Amazing place, took the Zip Line; How Fun. An 80 something year old lady along with kids of all ages were really enjying it. Then to come home and be entertained by 8 Peacocks in our site. What a welcome. I visited there several years ago after the fire and they have come back with everything up, going and improved. Thank You for the Hospitality.

The property is beautiful. We loved all of the peacocks roaming around, along with the trails, bounce pad, and activities. The cabin was clean "enough" but clearly wasn't mopped, and our sheets had stains on them. The staff didn't provide an activity packet, when we came back and asked for it we were given the activities for the weekend before. I would expect better for the price we paid.

The campground is very cool. However, the restrooms were never cleaned through the duration of our stay. Our wagon was out of propane for the heater and it was a bit of a headache to get it refilled

We stayed in the cabin everything was awesome very cleaned very nice only thing I have to complain about is the bed size we had the worst sleep ever my hubby and I on a queen size bed is not the best two nights of uncomfortable sleep are backs and our bodies were hurting very badly.

Amenities and staff are amazing like always. This was our first time using the RV sites as we have done tents and cabins before. Unfortunately, I will say that site Birch 34 was terrible. Too small and really no space to hang out once trailer was in. Shouldn't really be a site in my opinion. Other sites looked great exited to go back to try other sites.

We really enjoyed staying at the campground. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The campground was clean and had lots of great activities for the kids to do. Can’t wait to come back again in the summer!

We’ve loved staying at your campground for the past 8 years and have shared glowing Google reviews with photos. Unfortunately, our Feb 13–16 visit wasn’t the same. Site A24 is extremely uneven, which made setup and pack-up frustrating, and the sitting area is very small. The staff was wonderful as always, but this site really impacted our overall experience.

I sent an email about our conditions at check-in. I got no reply. I got no credit or any kind of compensation for the inconvenience. I was told I was gonna get a follow up for the manager that never happened. I did not get a follow up from my email I sent with pictures about our bedding being dirty when we arrived. This was a horrible experience.

The park wasn’t maintained, grass at sites were not mowed, tree were over grown and hanging it roadways, the slope on out site made it a challenge and the fact the the C loop was filled with all people that live in the park made it very difficult to enjoy our stay. It felt dirty and having a site that overlooked this loop made for a depressing stay, KOA shouldn’t allow parks full time resident

Check in and check out were smooth and quick. Cabin and restroom buildings were clean. Peacocks were beautiful. It was a peaceful place and we will certainly return for a third visit. About half-hour drive to Ojai and activities like horseback riding, shopping, dining.

Super clean campsite, staff was very friendly upon check in and accommodating to our requests. All staff we encountered through our stay was friendly and welcoming, we will definitely be back.

Not as woodsey as I thought it would be. Strange agricultural smell, heavy at times. No hot water in bathroom. Nice and quiet. Pleasent view of the mountain. The site wasn't very level. Could use some cacti. Grilled at great meal with friends. Peacocks were a novelty.

We really enjoy staying here, but this time the camp site wasn’t as clean. It used to be swept around the campfire so we wouldn’t track in so much dirt inside camper, even though we know dirt gets tracked in, it would have helped.But for the most part we really enjoyed our camping as usual there.

The grounds were clean and staff were friendly. It would have been five stars if the showers had any water pressure or hot water. Cold trickle showers make it hard to get clean.

Quick overnighter. Scenic location. Rustic setting with peacocks, spiders :-) and gravel/dirt at sites. Looks like great place for kids. Showers a bit tight and outdated but clean. Staff very friendly.
