We stayed in a cabin. The only thing that would be nice is a table lamp or floor lamp, and also maybe a small microwave for heating coffee, etc. The cabins are always nice and clean and we always enjoy our stay.

First time staying here. Nice showers, clean bathrooms. Staff was nice. Will be back when it's warmer!!! The only thing I can say is we pick up after our dogs wish others would also. Seen lots of poop that dog owners should be picking up.

It was OK, tried to use restroom facility but was locked, and gravel pads were just mud when we were there...

Great staff they take a lot of pride in their campground they have a great little C store and laundry and shower facilities my dog loved the bark park the campground was clean an not cluttered from fulltime campers

Great location and was a hidden gem off the highway. Was just transiting through, however, it would be a location I stayed at again.

Trying to relocate to the area and was blessed to have gotten in on short notice. Place was nice and the facilities were always clean. Long term stay was great, and if I ever needed to I would definitely stay there again. Staff was always friendly and the refills on propane were more convenient and cheaper than taking your tanks to get filled.

Nice park and easy to get in and out of our site. Unfortunately we came in after the office was closed and someone was in our site (61). We set up in an adjacent site and tried calling the numbers on our sheet but no answer. We were worried that we were taking someone else’s site so went and checked the other 2 late arrivals and there was another one with site 61 as well. Not sure what happened!

We were traveling and needed a place to spend the night. We have stayed here several times and they have always been accommodating. We plan to stop on our way home in February.

We enjoyed our stay. The campground is clean and well kept. The bed is hard as a board...lol...I would suggest bringing along a mattress pad if you are old like us!

We really enjoyed our stay at Topeka/Capital City KOA. We extended our stay early on and it was a great location for us. Owners and hosts were amazing and we really appreciated being able to receive mail and packages at the campground. We will be back again sometime!

Enjoyed our staff and being able to check in when no staff were available and then meeting Charlie who registered and checked us in — location was a little difficult to find and thankful that Google Maps got us there! Really enjoyed going to Jefferson’s Restaurant and their burgers and beer!

The campground was clean and conveniently located to highways, which also means a bit more noise. The sites where easy to get in and out. There was a nice little dog park and plenty of space to walk with your pets, and a nice playground area for younger kids.

It looked like a cute place to stay but... Bathrooms are very basic, my shower got clogged only using it for 5 minutes, I believe it was a clean facility it just didn't feel clean. The cabin mattresses had SO many stains on them and I was getting bit throughout the night by a bug that left large and itchy bites - I'm assuming it was from the cabin, no one else had them while traveling.

Haunted woods were great. Nice game room. Loved fishing the ponds. Lots are on the small side. Staff was super friendly.

We stayed in a tent site which was level and very nice. I really liked being able to turn the security light out at our site at night when we were done using it. One down fall was the dog feces on my shoe due to someone not being responsible and cleaning up after their pet. Just because the area looks like it won't be used doesn't give someone the right to be lazy.

One of the better KOAs I've stayed at. Between the fishing ponds and the huge game room we all had fun. Stayed at a decent sized patio site. Worth the extra couple bucks.
