Thanks for finding us a site after Shreveport KOA told us the site we had reserved was in the half of the property with no power after a horrible storm and we were already on the road. -So thanks for squeezing us in !!

Short overnight while traveling north. Convenient little stop over point. Pull through was long enough for our 40’ Motorhome and dingy!

Reserved a spot on the app, arrived and was put in a spot from a former long-term resident and when I requested the site we reserved we were told it did not exist, the pictures of sites were old pictures and that we could not reserve a site on the KOA app. Camp was overgrown and a mess. Jerry the General Manager was not respectful in conversations. Jerry basically said if you don't like it leave s

The spot reserved on the app was a long term site These site types are usually occupied. one of them was available. We did not change this camper to another site. The campers choose the site base on the photo which is an example of a site type and may not be the reserved site. Offered refund.

Felt unsafe at campground, it’s nothing like the pictures listed on the KOA website! Back half is a trailer park with run down double wides and broken out windows. The “turtle pond” is now a swamp with no turtles or fish. The sites are right off the highway and trucks are heard all night long! Homeless man walked into campsites asking people for money then passed out under the KOA sign for h

The camp fee for a site with no cable is too high. The internet provider is a joke. This is the second year we have experienced poor internet service while staying at this campground. The campground is clean, quiet and well maintained.

The only problem that we have had in the few Times we stayed there was the Internet. Most likely our TV I guess I don’t know but I was able to get it last time but this time no.

We had trouble with TV hookup even after calling the help desk. Same thing with wi-fi for our Laptop....not sure what was wrong. Also didn't get a KOA handout sheet.

Very nice and convenient to the highway. Easy in, easy out. Would be nice to have a couple more towel hooks and a soap dish or small shelf in the showers. Overall a nice overnight stay.

Texarkana KOA is a great park. Clean, easy access off of I30 and plenty of room for our 45ft 5th wheel and HDT. The staff are professional and friendly. We felt welcomed and will be staying here again.

We called at 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon. We left a message no one called us back. We came in and spent the night. There were no late check-in envelopes available. It was the next morning around 9:15 before we could find anyone who worked there. The man taking up the trash helped us and he was very nice.

We used A13, it served its purpose for the evening. Casey was helpful getting us checked in. Frontage road to I30…a lot of road noise. We walked through the park that evening and there were two kids in a RV Park Model who flipped us off, very disappointed by that. The restrooms and laundry facility were very clean! Frontage road location noise and disrespectful kid will keep us from returning.

Not only was the mattress in the cabin about 1,000x better than any of those slabs of solid rock they try to pass off as a damn mattress at most hotels, it came with sheets and pillows too! Our cabin was clean, the ladies at the front desk were nice, it was overall a great place to stay. The only downside is the location, it's right next to a feeder road so you get some road noise. It would be a bigger deal for tent campers, but trailers and those like us with cabins have a bit of insulation so it wasn't terrible.
