The cabin was dirty (dust bunnies all over the floor) and the curtain was ripped that I noticed from the outside and then when inside there was a piece hanging. A huge turn-off. We actually drove around Texarkana for a while because we wanted to make our stay in the cabin as short as possible.

The cabin was very dirty. The bathroom stall walls do not provide privacy. It is right on the highway and super loud all night

When we arrived and opened the door to CABIN 1 we found it filthy, with dog hair every where, a pizza box on top of a full trash can, a piece of toast on the floor, and dog food scattered about. My wife said it smelled bad as well. I have never seen a camping cabin so dirty. We did find a KOA worker and she did clean it up so that we could stay the night. Not sure we will stay at that KOA again.

We stayed in the Cabins and only left because we had to leave a day early to head back home to Maryland. The stay was great and the staff are very professional and willing to accommodate if needed. They are friendly and well I like staying at this particular KOA.

We love staying at KOA’s and our stay here was extremely disappointing. The cabin that we rented was filthy - The beds had debris and hair left on the mattress, trash on floor and the A/C unit was covered in mold.

The cabin wasn't cleaned after the previous renters. It was full of dog hair and stuck so bad like stinky dog that I jad to sleep with a face mask on all night due to my asthma. I left a voice-mail as soon as we arrived and sent an email the following and 2 days later I still have not received a response nor apology. The cabin was ready for us. A/C had cooled the room and it was clean. Plenty of room. This cabin did not have a bathroom so we used the public facility. I was a little concerned the men & women bathrooms are in the same building. No way to lock door to women bathroom. Except for passcode to access the bathrooms and laundry not secure once inside. Price was very reasonable. My pet was comfortable.

We had a great stay! We had actually camped at this same KOA in 2002 my first Granddaughter was a baby and she is about to turn 20! We stayed in the same cabin as back then�ϋ� There were a couple of minor issues that I discussed with the office.But we love that cabin because of the memories but also that 6 of us had quality time together and the Bathroom Pool and Playgroud were right by us! It was a good stay but cabin was kind of run down and not real clean. Not quite the usual KOA standards I am used to. The campground is also very close to the interstate and railroad tracks which makes for a very loud and noisy night. I realize there is not much they can do about that but it is a negative.

We had another wonderful visit with family and friends. The KOA cabins were clean. Restroom and facilities were clean. Staff is very friendly.

My wife and I have stayed at many KOAs in 2020 and 2021 and all have some how been able to work with or around COVID with their offices and stores staying open, except this one. Made things a little in convenient to have to find somewhere to go for camping supplies.

This is more of an RV park which is ok if that’s what you are looking for. The bathrooms were clean. We stayed in a two-room cabin but since there was only a/c in one room we needed to keep the door open which defeats the purpose of a two-room cabin. The cabin looked like it hadn’t been cleaned (dirty floor, lots of cob webs inside and on furniture, former guests’ trash between bed and wall)

This KOA is super clean and well maintained! We stayed in a cabin as we passed through town, so much better than a hotel! The bathrooms, pool were excellent. Thanks for the stay!!

Came in off the highway, got a Kamping Kabin, flopped and went to sleep. Woke up in the morning and got back on the highway. Pleasant and quiet.
