First off if called to make a reservation for a cabin, the lady who answered said "we don't make same day reservation" which is bs because I've stayed at many KOAs. I got on my app got the cabin, when I get here I can't even get into it because the string lifting the wood is broken. Put me in a diff cabin and the heat dont work and it's 17degrees outside....f this place never again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy, clean and well equipped cabin. Clean restrooms. Traffic and train noise was distracting and evident at night. Overall very good experience

Staff was not welcoming or helpful at all. Noisy and run down. A trailer park is attached to the park? There was laundry available and the restroom was clean. Ok for one night but I wouldn't even return for that in the future. Cost far too much.

Jamie at the front desk was super sweet helping us get a cabin while husband stayed with camper broken down on side of the road. She listening when I cried and offered me a cookie plus showing kids the dog park while I pulled myself together. Hope she knows what a difference she made.

Cabins were very clean and cute! I loved the decorations and extra items such as towels, sheets, pillows, blankets and shower caddy in the cabin. The full size bed mattress was much better than the mattresses at most KOA cabin sites. People were friendly.

Friendly host that greeted with a smile and was very helpful with information. Grounds were clean and cabin was cool when i arrived. Highly recommend for anyone passing through town.

We stayed in a camping cabin. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. It was very clean and the mattress was amazing. One of the maintenance staff was very helpful in helping us rescue our cat that escaped and was partially under the cabin.

Very clean bath house has laundry services. Pool is open and very clean the spot are level and well maintained. The Staff is absolutely fantastic friendly and full of local knowledge and places to eat. Playground needs a major upgrade! Needs painting done on swing and picnic tables

Obviously an older KOA, but the owners have "cuteness it up"! We stay in the primitive cabins as we travel across the country he, and the addition of an extra mattress, pillows, sheets, and even shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and even towels for swimming was a delight! Little mini camper lights across the roof & porch matched the decor color inside- it was almost like staying in an airbnb!

Great customer service from booking and arriving. Cabin was clean and was surprised there were sheets on the bed. However, for 65$ a night, seemed pretty steep. Small fridge would have been nice and the screen door needs a hook so it will not open and close through night. Highway noise very loud and need shade on window over bed. We ended up leaving at 3AM because we couldn’t sleep.

While we only stayed one night, we were super pleased with our stay. The mattress on the main bed was roughly 1,000x comfier than most you find at pricey hotels. That was our favorite part of the whole thing right there. The cabin was clean and we were surprised to find sheets and pillows, you usually don't find that at the other cabins we've stayed at. Overall a great place, thanks!

Our cabin had a huge amount of cat liter in the trash can and the room smelled like cat pee. I'm guessing who ever was there before us probably had a cat. We've stayed in that cabin before without issue, though, so it was probably just a one off

Our apology, it is obvious that staff missed cleaning this cabin before your arrival. We will do better in the future.

The staff at the Texarkana KOA are really amazing. I only wish that you could air condition the outdoors, lol. I think that you guys do a great job. Keep up the good work.

Stayed on 2nd Aug by myself then with wife and mother-in-law on 8th Aug. All facilities were clean and well taken care of. Will definitely stay here again.

All facilities were very clean and well maintained. Customer service was outstanding. Manager changed my reservation from tent site to cabin because of the heat. True it is located close to the highway but so were 90% of the KOAs I've stayed at. I would both stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

It was just an overnight stay. Cabin was not cleaned; trash still in basket; prior guests key still inside cabin; entrance door knob broken; and screened door not latching. Bathrooms were outdated. Overall, this KOA needs a major renovation.

When we got to our cabin it was blazing hot inside. It took almost 5 hours to cool it off. If someone rents a cabin I feel like the a/c should be turned on before guests arrive.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom cabin. Best nights sleep I had gotten in a while, amazing mattress! Bath house and bathrooms were clean and very close by. The pool looked amazing but not open just yet. The staff were nice and helpful. Can't wait to go back and stay again.

This park goes the extra mile to make your stay comfortable & convenient. Loved the shower caddy left in our cabin for those essentials that might not have been packed & the wood left by our fire pit so we could enjoy a fire even though we arrived late. Staff was very caring- even stopped to tell us the best way to get out of the park. Only 2 complaints- the noise (highway & train) which cannot be controlled, and no change machine for the laundry. This was a great stay @ the KOA!
