It was my first campground experience and it couldn’t have went better! I really appreciated the friendly host at the front desk who took time to explain how it all works in such a cheerful manner. I will definitely return!

Stay was nice. Disappointed in the si called fitness center. Only thing working was bike and equipment was jammed in small space and on top of eachother.

We felt the site we got was not commensurate to the price we paid. Small cracked concrete pad very close to neighbors. Both gentlemen I talked to at the desk were friendly & helpful but no one else was seemed happy to be there. We’ve stayed at and enjoyed many KOA’s all over but would definitely not feel the need to return to this one.

The campsites were very tight and in ill repair. Concrete pad was cracked very badly making it very unsafe to walk over especially as we are older and unsteady to start with. There was no where for folks to park their cars so cars parked every which way making road access difficult. We would probably look for different accommodations should we return to Tampa.

We had a 2 night there with a sewer. We got there and there was no sewer?? My husband went up to the office and then they put us in a site with a sewer that we had to pay $30 more for?? And they were vary snarky to him. We have stayed here at this KOA alot for we come down to St Pete, about once a month. We were crammed in like sardines!! They added alot of new site from the last time we there.

This campground is under constructions and renovations. We don't have water for am9:30 - pm4:30 without noticed

We LOVED our stay! The campground is clean and well kept. The staff were amazing and the activities were well planned and so enjoyable!!! We will definitely be back!!!

Nice staff, well stocked store. We loved being on the bike trail and biked into the downtown area on the first day. Just wish they (and most other KOAs) offered recycling in addition to trash.

The site was very narrow, dirty. The park is very old and not updated except for power which was very good. The cost for night for a park of this quality is ridiculously high but I guess you get away with it. Very full. The staff is great BTW. Very helpful getting into my site. Three staff members to get me in

The site was very small. Another camper had the audacity to take my clothes out of the dryer in laundromat and throw them into a cart. They were only in there 5-10 min after the time was done, while another lady had her dog in there. Other than that, it was fine for the 1 night stay.

I know this KOA is still trying to recover from storm damage but for +$130 a night I expected a better site that all sand. I can get that at Florida State Parks. I was quite disappointed with our site. Hook ups were fine, I just hated that the parking wasn't at least gravel. It rained so the sand pit site was even more messy.

This was our 7th time staying at this koa they are going thru a lot of repairs but our stay was still great will be back for our vacation in December The Perkins family from Indiana

The only thing we didn't like was the tent campers parking so close to the back of our camper we didn't have much room for using our outdoor kitchen. Other than that everything was great.

Was not informed at the time of booking that the campground had suffered damage and was under reconstruction. Informed front office the tv cable at my assigned site did not work. Was told the cable has been cut in so many places from the on going construction that they had no idea where to start to repair it but the Wi-Fi should be working. Dissatisfied with our stay especially for the price.

the place is clean, organize, they are always doing improvements, the personnel is very friendly and helpful. The sites are easy to drive in and out.

I realize they are recovering from the hurricane, but the site we were assigned was terrible. The skis loader was constantly going through the site next to us creating much dust and noise. Our site was all torn up.very dusty. Our dogs brought in dirt every time. The mornings with due, they brought in mud. No up to the KOA standard that we expect, yet they still charged full price. Pull through spots are looking old and unkept. We had significant loose dirt from construction, broken asphalt, water was shut off twice during our stay, spots are not level and required us to buy 3 packages of additional leveling blocks.

There aren’t enough characters in this form for me to outline all the issues that occurred. I camp often and this was by far one of the worst campgrounds I’ve ever been to. Broken glass in my campsite human feces in the shower being assigned a campsite that didn’t have a fire ring nor a table - it wasn’t a campsite. But you’re gonna charge me $148 a night. Do not recommend nor do others.

I was disappointed with this park, as the maintenance focus seems to be on cabins, leaving the RV sites neglected. The shower houses were dirty, had insufficient water pressure, and need upgrading. When I mentioned the cleanliness issues to a staff member, I was told that the park is still recovering from a hurricane. My overall experience was poor.

Stayed over Christmas for a couple weeks. Even though they went through massive damage during Hurricane Helene, they were actively restoring basically with no impact to the sites that were open. The staff is GREAT!!!

Workers here are phenomenal people! The campground is steadily coming back from the hits it took from back to back hurricanes.

This was the third time camping here. We love the park. We didn’t know there would be so much work going on, and the water was out a few times, but I’m not going to give a less than 5 star because we still enjoyed the park.

Great time. The campground is recovering from the hurricanes but it was still a great stay. They team is very friendly and helpful. Normal services were intact. The pool was wonderful. My husband and I walked on the Pinellas Trail each day. The location is fantastic too! So much to do and other campers we friendly too. We would have stayed longer if we didn’t have other plans. Great campground and very well maintained. The restrooms were spotless. Our one and only reason for a star demerit is the construction going on due to hurricane repairs. But overall, we will be back because it’s a good campground.

It was really nice as always unfortunately the cable wasn’t working and power went off a few times as well as the water. The hot tub and pool also weren’t always available. I realize much of this was due to past hurricane but felt perhaps a discount could have been offered to offset the inconveniences.

The campground is still being fixed up from the past hurricanes making The stay not quite as pleasurable as previous stays there is lots of work, still being done to clean up the campground. Hopefully, they will replace the gravel and stones to decrease the amount of dust and dirt.

Is it a campground or a construction site? I realize there was major damage from storms, but a discount or some consideration from the construction crews should be given. Also, going to and from the campground is like dodgeball with the industrial area. Way too expensive for what it is

The staff was very courteous and friendly. The construction ruined our experience. Trucks were driving by throughout the day and night. I wish I had been notified of the construction before we set up.

Staff was great!! Sites are still pretty rough from the hurricane damage. Lots of work going on to restore hurricane damage. Sites are tight and small.

VERY RUDE STAFF!! Our local home in Madeira Beach flooded due to Hurricane Helen and this KOA wanted to OVERCHARGED us for a monthly fee of $2500.00 PLUS ELeCTRICITY! WOW after a lot of complaining they finally changed to to $1500 plus electricity still WAY OVER PRiced KOA you should be ashamed that you were taking ADVANTAGE of people in your LOCAL community after the Hurricane!

This was our second time at this KOA. Last year it was great!! This year we really thought it was over-priced. With all the hurricane cleanup we feel that a discount should of been given. There were 7 days that the water was shut off and no cable TV as advertised. Then we were told if we booked for next year that we would get 10% off. The office refused us this offer as we are KOA members.

Bathrooms are really clean all the time showers are always clean as well staff is extremely nice and helpful the pool is warm and hot tub as well there's a lot of things to do like Putt-Putt ping pong you can rent bikes for people bikes And there's a pier to go fishing. You can rent golf carts as well. There's a wawa 2 mins from there so don't have to go to main roads

Been here before and it is a great place to stay Nice pool and hot tub. Helpful staff always available if needed. Sue from Ohio was my fave. So sweet and delightful. Great place if you have little kids. So many fun things to do.

Great place- very nice and well maintained. If u need anything they act very quickly and all staff very friendly and helpful. Bern coming here for years. Great fishing dock too! Kayaks pool and jacuzzi very nice.
