Perfect, The weather was perfect the RV spot was perfect. We found great eating places and the bike trail was awesome. I noticed the people are nice in Florida especially the drivers. We had a blast at the beach and the KOA Madeir beach. We went to the seafood festival and had really good food. The drinks were reasonably priced and I would highly recommend going if you haven’t been.

The good. 10 minutes to the beach, nice amenities and shade trees. The bad. Tight sites, lots of trees to maneuver around and the sites could use a little TLC.

Had a big problem with lots of ants suddenly coming in our slide at the end of our stay. They came and sprayed and put down ant control 2 days in a row. They were very responsive but we couldn't leave the slide open on that side near the bushes and we are 2 days away now and still killing ants. Bushes should be trimmed so they aren't so close. It was not a great experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful when my truck needed repairs. I had a major breakdown and everything I needed was close by. the staff worked with me as I needed to stay a few extra days. The KOA had everything we needed and their staff goes above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.

We stayed in site 919. Supposed to be a larger site The site is not wide enough. Our slide out was up the next site’s picnic table on one side so they were just outside our window. Our picnic table was up against the wall of a cabin on the other side. when sat at the table our backs were up to the cabin wall. Sorry to say it was Just not a pleasant stay. Not as big as advertised.

Awesome. We kayaked. We rode bike on the Pinellas Trail. We had a campfire every night. We used the pool and the jacuzzi. The grounds were super clean as were the bathrooms I would definitely recommend

Stayed for a week to learn more about our new camper. Loved our site. Had the grandsons spend the night on Friday and they loved the new camper and the campground.

Ground staff need to make more effort to say Hi, Good Morning…something. We said Good Morning to the guy with the long gray beard when he picked up our garbage and both times he ignored us. The young female the same way. We stay at KOA’s for two reasons: they clean and have friendly people. Your front desk folks are awesome, very helpful and friendly.

We were in the area to visit relatives. We really enjoyed the waterfront site, and the landscaping was beautiful. The pool was wonderful! The campground is convenient to Madeira Beach as well.

We were excited about our weekend get away however when we arrived, there was a huge biker convention and we were up all night with the noise. We were extremely disappointed. Also there was no WiFi and had to spend 35 minutes with the internet provider only to find out the connection was bad and we couldn’t watch tv and our phones were slow. 90.00 a night to be miserable.

This was our first stay at the Saint Petersburg, KOA. This was one of the better KOA‘s. We have stayed at very clean and very well upkeep. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome.I look forward to returning next year.

Very disapointed mini golf was replaced with grass. Ping pong tables not set up. Corntoss still has terrible throwing bags ( only 6 instead of 8 with one of those sewed up but leaking contents). Also big dog turds right in middle of game. It seems you can do better. This was the least pleasant stay of our three this year.

We stayed for two weeks and had a wonderful time. The whole staff was very friendly and welcoming and the facilities were all very well maintained and very clean. We will definitely be back for another stay next year!

I and my sons enjoyed our stay. It was nice to take the dogs for a walk. we enjoyed the pool and my son used the Hot Tub. If I ever need to be in the area again I would stay there.

Recently renovated campsites along the water are very nice. Bathrooms facilities were clean and well maintained. Love the location right along the Pinellas Trail and close to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was great and hard-working; pool was good, but the campground needs some love and investment. The campsite I was assigned to appeared to be an old concrete slab that was paved over. The pavement was badly broken up and missing big chunks, making it difficult to walk on. The area looks like it had been bombed. This isn't what I look for when I am looking for a pleasant vacation spot.

Beautiful property with great views! Great people and accommodations. The deluxe cabin is AMAZING! Don't forget your bug spray though... The store has great options, including bug spray.

My hubby and I plus our Giant Schnauzer stayed there with our Travel Trailer on a nice full hook up spot, equipped with a small old bby pit, a nice big round table with nice chairs. Our daughter, her husband and their 3 sons plus Mini Schnauzer stayed in a 2 room cabin with 2 bunk beds and a full sized bed and a mini fridge with small freezer space, and a tv; patio with a hanging swing seat but no kitchen, no bathroom and no table with chairs or anything to sit on for a meal or game. We were near together, also near to one of their wonderful equipped and clean bath houses. The dog park is tiny and has no water source for the dogs. The shop is nice but pricey and gym is small but ok. The pool is heated and that's awful when it's 100F degrees outside,
