This KOA always has the nicest staff, super clean sites and great facilities. Even the construction in the store didn’t slow them down from giving great service. This is why we keep coming back!!

We always enjoy our stays here & love that it is local for us. The staff is always amazing. Even though there was construction at the gift store, we still enjoyed the time spent here. The only downside is each time we stay there we find that the floors are very dirty; like they are not mopped.We find that within moments of being there our feet or socks are completely black. We swept but needs more

Very clean campground , friendly staff, loved the hot tub and pool. The store was closed temporarily while we were there (unfortunate for us). They were installing a new metal roof. The previous roof was damaged by the last hurricane. I was happy to see they are keeping up with maintenance from previous storms. I would recommend this campground to anyone!

Stayed in cabin Kol1 which was clean, comfortable, and reasonably furnished. First time visit, but we all agreed to possible return stay. Thanks to all.

Third time staying at the campground. First 2 times were great. With that being said this time we stayed in lot CL01 and on the master bed sheet, there was only what could be described as dry semen on the sheet. Called the after hours number and was told they would call us back in 30 minutes. We ended up switching the sheets ourselves. 2 of the sprare sheets and towels had pubic hair on them.

Friendly and helpful staff even there are construction �� works the short time we was there we pass a good time. We tried the Ninos pizza � truck that is in the property really good but 2 expensive. The area where we parked was big we have space for our dolly and car.

Overall, the campground is great. There is a fair amount of room and privacy, especially for being a campground in the area. Water pressure was great, but Florida's well water was quite eggy during our stay. It would be nice to see the spots and roads repaved.

We love the campground because it is so close to the beach. We will stay again, but I probably will pick a back in site, I feel the pull throughs are too tight and close together. That said, we had a family next to us who partied allllllllll night long. They were drunk and yelling at all hours of the night. We loved the pickleball court. Wish you had pool tables for when it's raining.

We called at a late time to make the reservation and they were very helpful. Made it so we could be side by side enjoying our granddaughters first camping trip. We have stayed many times at this KOA and we have always had a wonderful experience. I appreciate knowing I can always return and to have it be like the original koas that I loved

Staff were not friendly, multiple times employees were rude or ignored children as they drove by on their golf carts. Being busy is one things ignoring guests that are being friendly is another. We have stayed at many KOAs 30+ this is the worst one I have seen yet. Overall will not be returning to this KOA money seems to be the only thing this KOA is concerned about. 2 days in a row multi room loc

Had a great time,rented a deluxe cabin,only a couple of complaints,one the mini refrigerator is way to small to pack in 5 days of food in and the A/Cs are two small for the cabins struggled to keep comfortable

We had a great time, even though it rained a lot, and we were only there for a few days. Everybody was so great, and friendly!! Can't wait for the store to be restored. Thanks for a great, relaxing, time......

The staff was very friendly and informative. On this trip we didn't bring our car, they refered us to a ride share driver living in the park. He went out of his way to accomadate us.

My unplanned, un expected, spur of the moment stay started with a phone call to the Maderia Beach KOA where the wonderful staff set me up in a great cabin on the water. I had a very relaxing and quiet stay and will be doing it again for sure.

The AC in the cabin started leaking water and it had to be turned off for the rest of our stay. We were given 2 box fans and a golf cart rental to make up for no AC. Our oldest son slept in the area without AC. He was a bit hot at night but the box fans did help. We appreciated the golf cart.

We weren't happy with the construction and lack of use of the general store and put put golf and things like that. We normally love those and it's listed on the website. We had called in our reservation and should been warned that these things would not be available during our stay.

Excellent campground and a beautiful setting. We would definitely like to come back if we have the opportunity. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The location was excellent with many things in the area to do.

The staff is so friendly. You leave wanting to be their friend. The camp grounds were amazing and spotless clean. The view by the mangroves was so pretty. We are local and we were just testing out our new van, but we are hooked. I feel like at least once a month we will be there to escape the real world and recharge.

Nobody does the speed limit, cars flying around in the evening and nobody enforces speed limit. We had parking right beside our cabin which was great because we have handicap placard for my wife, neighbors check in and parked right in our spot beside our cabin and knew he parked there everyday. Office did nothing about it and said they would contact us when manager came in and still nothing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was close to Wawa, restaurants, stores in general. Pool was comfortable as well. Good spot.

Other than rainfall the one day, the rest of our stay was great. There was an issue with a frying pan that was not cleaned but I brought it up to the office and they said a new one will be issued. Not sure why it was dirty in the first place and who knows how long it was that way. Also would have loved to play mini-golf but it was off limits due to the storms last year.made it a mess.

We were not told about all the renovations, only that they would be getting a new roof that they hadn’t started on. When we got there the women’s restroom was closed by the pool, then the men’s closed. You had to walk to the other end of park if you wanted to shower. The showers would not drain. The employees were nice.

Beautiful property with great views! Great people and accommodations. The deluxe cabin is AMAZING! Don't forget your bug spray though... The store has great options, including bug spray.

My hubby and I plus our Giant Schnauzer stayed there with our Travel Trailer on a nice full hook up spot, equipped with a small old bby pit, a nice big round table with nice chairs. Our daughter, her husband and their 3 sons plus Mini Schnauzer stayed in a 2 room cabin with 2 bunk beds and a full sized bed and a mini fridge with small freezer space, and a tv; patio with a hanging swing seat but no kitchen, no bathroom and no table with chairs or anything to sit on for a meal or game. We were near together, also near to one of their wonderful equipped and clean bath houses. The dog park is tiny and has no water source for the dogs. The shop is nice but pricey and gym is small but ok. The pool is heated and that's awful when it's 100F degrees outside,
