The staff and management do a great job at this campground. It’s always clean and wells kept. Staff go above and beyond to help the guests. Great.Great. Great.

Seems they dont do much upkeep on cabins or contents. All the handles of the pots were literally falling off! The cold water sprayed out when turned on the entry door knob was very loose. . The view was great from our cabin but i guess for the price i expected more.

More expensive than my last hotel vacation to St Pete. I never used any of the other amenities. The people were nice, the park was clean. It was just expensive. For campers it's probably awesome.

The place was nice and the staff were extremely nice as well. Disappointing though when you pay that much for the showers not to get hot. One bathhouse we use, we ran the showers for quite some time and would not get hot. Only when another shower 3 stalls down turned on and got hot did our shower get hot( temporarily, going back and forth). Also ice and water machine was out of order but oh well

I was in need of a jumpstart for my pick up truck battery was giving me problems. I went to the front desk and the two women were pretty nasty with me about not jump starting cars. Like it was my fault that the battery died. I’m sure at one point they needed a jumpstart in their life and it’s never at a convenient time or place. All I need was a vehicle with a battery. I had my jumper cables.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The carry-out breakfast offered on Sat morning was a nice touch and super budget friendly! We loved it here!

Our stay was great! We enjoyed our staycation gave us a good opportunity for some peace and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and very affordable.

Raquel is amazing. Everybody on the team was fantastic and made us feel so welcomed and taken care of but Raquel just went the extra mile. We absolutely had a fantastic time for my birthday and we will definitely be back in 2026.

The camping spots are very close together and we could hear our neighbors conversations. The faucets in the showers for men were very touchy. Went quickly from hot to cool during the shower. Otherwise the location is nice. We used Lyft for rides and that worked well.

Wonderful stay, we will be back. Grounds, bathrooms, showers and pool- all very clean. Friendly, hardworking staff. We felt so comfortable. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable

We stayed in one of the cabins. The cabins were extremely clean and comfortable with the cutest deck and view. The staff was amazing and super friendly. But one stood out the most Raquel. She's super friendly and helpful. The campgrounds are beautiful and clean.

This campground is conveniently located to shopping and beaches. The campground is clean, well cared for, and there are plenty of amenities. The access to the trail is a wonderful advantage as well.

We have returned to this KOA every year. We enjoy the scenery, wildlife, pool, cleanliness, and friendly atmosphere. And we also return because of the great, welcoming staff- great to see Sandy, Sherry and Brook again! And, Todd was also great, very nice and helpful. We will be back again next year!

You need to pass through an industrial area to get to the campground, but once in the campground it’s fairly well kept and Donald the escort guy was very friendly and helpful. The location of the campground is perfect, 5 minutes to beach, a Texas Roadhouse and Walmart are just down the road and only 10 minutes from John’s Pass Boardwalk. ��

The view from our spot was fantastic. It was clean. Lots of opportunities for activities. The staff is all very friendly. I kept getting 25% off discounts texted to me, so we were able to extend our stay without any issues. The only downside is the price is a little high. $105 or $110/night.

Very clean. Tony and Roberta did an awesome job when I needed them. Only thing I see wrong was the parking was difficult. however, roberta accommidated me allowing me to park in a vacant camping spot across from my spot. Tony personally showed me were to dump my overnight trash.

We were there for 5 days. We used the adult spa, pool, bathrooms & laundry facilities. Everything was clean and well cared for. We visited the office several times o get wood and supplies. Staff was nice and accomodating.

We loved this campsite. Our site was beautifully maintained and right on the bayou. Access to the water and panels trail is great. Very quiet at night. Just love it. Store could use some more food type amenities but had what we needed.

Absolutely FANTASTIC! We had 5 cabins and couldn’t have had a better time. The entire staff was so friendly and available. The park was clean and you could see constant employees working. We will be back!

Hands down-the BEST staff ever! This place is run like a well oiled machine! Everyone was super accommodating and very friendly! We stayed over Thanksgiving-and it was busy-the weather was great-the pool and hot tub was great for kids! The cabins were pretty great for what we needed! How we-the staff was the BEST!

We called in advance before booking, and asked if it was okay to have guests come and play volleyball with us for my birthday. We were told yes, as long as they left at 11 pm. On Nov 16th, around 12, the lady at the office got upset with us when we told her we needed guest passes for our guests, even the ones who were actually staying with us! She said we couldnt have anyone else come.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They were also very fun to chat with. However I do understand the storm made things a little messy there. But I believe they should have a little more gravel on the spot as we had mostly dirt. At the price we paid to stay at that KOA I would expect either a nice gravel spot or a concrete spot. Overall everything was great though. thank you

Beautiful property with great views! Great people and accommodations. The deluxe cabin is AMAZING! Don't forget your bug spray though... The store has great options, including bug spray.

My hubby and I plus our Giant Schnauzer stayed there with our Travel Trailer on a nice full hook up spot, equipped with a small old bby pit, a nice big round table with nice chairs. Our daughter, her husband and their 3 sons plus Mini Schnauzer stayed in a 2 room cabin with 2 bunk beds and a full sized bed and a mini fridge with small freezer space, and a tv; patio with a hanging swing seat but no kitchen, no bathroom and no table with chairs or anything to sit on for a meal or game. We were near together, also near to one of their wonderful equipped and clean bath houses. The dog park is tiny and has no water source for the dogs. The shop is nice but pricey and gym is small but ok. The pool is heated and that's awful when it's 100F degrees outside,
