The campground runs like a well oiled machine. The staff is pleasant and helpful. The campground has been remodeled and the waterfront sites are really nice! They’re pricey but you get what you pay for.

Disappointing- showers were cold in our block, water supply to the entire park was cut off twice in a two week stay for extended periods and no drinking water was offered. Also according to long term campers water is cut off regularly. Gym equipment was faulty and broken.Our site was not as advertised - it was a dirt base. We and other campers had to complain to be moved to a representative site.

The campground is very clean. All the amenities right there make it even better. The staff was friendly and helpful. We meet so many nice families. The pool, hot tub, and shower/bathrooms are kept very clean. Nice little play area for the little ones. Would recommend to families with kids and also seniors.

Staff was accommodating, initial site we had assigned to us was below par and I wasn’t happy with it. The staff gave us some options that allowed us to change sites and that led to a great stay. A lot of the site pads could use some work, but overall it is a nice facility.

Our site was fantastic. The dog situation was really annoying. So many people had dogs off of leashes and that led to a lot of fighting and barking. We did not bring a dog, so it got very old.

We loved being near the water. Beautiful grounds. We did hear a lot of dogs barking & several people didn’t control their dogs well. Having a better playground set up for kids would be awesome. The campsite was gorgeous & well maintained.

We were actually not suppose to arrive until 1/2 but t made better time than we thought and got there a day early and they were very helpful and able to put us in a spot for one day and then move us to our reserved spot the following day

Check-in was easy, people were friendly. I like the escort to my spot. I like that on your checkout day you just pack up, hook up, and pull out.

We took a chance and drove from Michigan to stay here for the first time and we loved it! We have stayed at KOAs all over the US and the staff here was one of the best!

Outstanding stay. We plan on coming back next year. The sites were spotless and the staff were very friendly. The location is central to the beaches and the bike trails.

We stayed in a cabin this time since it was cheaper than a Vrbo/Air B & B over. We usually stay with our camper. The cabin was clean and had enough kitchen ware. KOA Staff are excellent as always. I have a few suggestions: Hook by the front door for the ONE key you get, Shelf over sofa or small table next to sofa , Smaller kitchen Chairs so all of them fit under table and some barbecue utensils.

We stayed in a cabin and we very much enjoyed our staff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms were very clean. They did a great job keeping up with the trash. The price overall was reasonable.

Nice place, nice workers. Did have a neighbor that would not leash his dogs, they kept coming into my slip so I had to move my dogs inside. Too many campers too close together to be a destination for me in the future. Other than the crowding it was a nice place with nice amenities.

Enjoyed very much the grounds were very clean the staff was very friendly the large bathhouse and all of the outdoor games for campers to use also a really nice view of the bayou very relaxing stay

One of the best RV parks I've been to in the entire US, KOA or otherwise. Clean, neat, quiet and the staff and Team are so kind and helpful. Donald, Sheri both super helpful and accommodating. Eleventeen stars!

This was our first time staying in the newly expanded area. Our spot backing up to the bayou was perfect with an amazing view. As is the norm for this location, the service was impeccable and friendly. The facilities are clean and in perfect condition.

Our tent site was beautiful being right next to the water. Since we stayed in December, we loved the heated pool. The campground had so many activities to do that I wish we could have stayed longer. There is a bike trail literally right outside the gate. Anything we forgot to pack we were able to get at their store. This was the perfect vacation!

The shower curtain had mucus on it. Some of the dishes were dirty. Not enough towels. One was skimpy. The blankets were aweful. I was so glad I brought two of my owns. The master bed was made up and those blankets ok. The other beds weren’t. Little things like salt a , pepper cutting board would be nice and more coffee. For the price we paid. It was a pretty sight

Beautiful property with great views! Great people and accommodations. The deluxe cabin is AMAZING! Don't forget your bug spray though... The store has great options, including bug spray.

My hubby and I plus our Giant Schnauzer stayed there with our Travel Trailer on a nice full hook up spot, equipped with a small old bby pit, a nice big round table with nice chairs. Our daughter, her husband and their 3 sons plus Mini Schnauzer stayed in a 2 room cabin with 2 bunk beds and a full sized bed and a mini fridge with small freezer space, and a tv; patio with a hanging swing seat but no kitchen, no bathroom and no table with chairs or anything to sit on for a meal or game. We were near together, also near to one of their wonderful equipped and clean bath houses. The dog park is tiny and has no water source for the dogs. The shop is nice but pricey and gym is small but ok. The pool is heated and that's awful when it's 100F degrees outside,
