We enjoyed this KOA. We had a sight one row back from the water but no campers were in front of us so we woke up to a great view each day. We rented a kayak and saw a dolphin which was really cool too. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Even twice now. Outrageously expensive for what is provided. Essentially a private neighborhood where guests come after residents. Stayed over new years. Residents through a street concert with a live band until midnight. No notice, no notification, and zero concern from staff the morning after. Tried again two weeks later, a trailer set up a full band across the street with drums and amplifiers

We had a good stay. We used the pool & hot tub, dog park, & laundry. They escorted us to our site which was very nice. The only reason it wasnt a higher rating is the size of the sites. They have no privacy & are very tight. We have a dog & we didnt keep him out because the lot next door had a large dog that had a big bone & our dog kept wanting to steal it & could reach it because lots are so sm

Asked for 1 extra day. $140. Asked for rv site when making reservations would not do. The site I got was terrible. Would not recommend.

The grounds are well kept and the staff is prompt with trash pick up. Enjoyed the bike trail right outside the entrance and had fun at Bingo. We’ll be back!

Very nice campground. Only suggestion is to clean up the dog runs a couple times a day, as people don't seem to be able to pick up their dog poop

Our stay in the cabin was the very nice. The boat dock and boat launching area was very clean. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Stayed at a deluxe cabin and everything from check-in to check-out was fast and friendly. The accommodation was excellent, we only brought food, spices, and our clothes, everything else was provided. Had a campfire and the store had everything needed. They had breakfast on Saturday that was tasty and cheap, including biscuits and gravy. Excellent! Highly recommend staying at KOA St. Pete/Mad Beach

We had a wonderful time at St. Petersburg KOA . The staff were so friendly and helped with our every need from check in to check out. The cabin we stayed in was clean and very well stocked. The pool and other activities were awesome and we look forward to our next visit

We had another great stay at this KOA. This was out 3rd two week long stay in the last 4 years. We definitely will be back. Staff has always been great and super friendly.

We had a wonderful time at this campground; KOA St. Pete/Madeira Beach is situated on Long Bayou with several waterfront lots making for a very scenic location. Our stay was brief so we did not take advantage of the on-site amenities. The location is convenient to nearby beaches and attractions. We will definitely be back.

Very clean - everywhere: bathrooms, campsites, facilities. They came around every morning and picked up your trash you put out by the road. They hand deliver fire wood to your site. Cleaning crew detailing the bathrooms constantly (every time I used the bathroom or the shower, it was spotless) THIS…… is how a KOA should be run!!!

Views and location site 41 were wonderful. Cost to stay was quite pricey… :-( . My guess is the daily rates were at least partially the cause of the sparse use of the park. As you have mostly recovered from the big storm damage, maybe now time to reconsider your business model . RHL

ST.Petersburg /Madeira Beach KOA have lots of amenities and activities things to do, but unfortunately, we did not have time to participate. The campground is centrally located to malls, shops, restaurants and beaches. We enjoyed our stay overall and will definitely return.

Loud engine that regulates day and all night. Very annoying sound. Hard to sleep Mabel went out of her way to help us find out container of quarters we left in the laundry room after the front office said no one turned it in. She deserves a promotion and a raise.

Booked my stay months in advance requesting a Mangrove site. We've stayed in these type sites for several years. 2024 Christmas stay was canceled by you because of Storm Damage so we were looking forward to Christmas 2025. Issue upon arrival plus site condition made for a lousy situation. Email to management and have not yet received a response.

Poor WiFi. Couldn’t watch tv or do computer work. Too many dogs. Some campers had 6. Shouldn’t have more than two. Old campground with maintenance issues. Water went out twice in one month.

Camp was clean. Outdoor space was great! We really enjoyed our stay! The only complaint would be the flat fitted sheets on the bunks. The mattress is slippery and they are impossible to stay on. Made sleeping comfortably difficult. But we will be back!

There are several reasons we will not come back there. The sites are trashy. The grounds are not well maintained. It says big rig, friendly, and that is not a big rig friendly place. The branches need to be trimmed out out of the trees…a bunch of stuff. YUK. There were pet pets running around off the leash. Pet poop and trash at our site upon arrival. There’s really not enough space to finish

We had a 5 night stay in a deluxe cabin. We were traveling with a small child. When we arrived we set the child down to play. The child was completely black from how dirty the floor was. We had to ask the front desk for a mop to clean the floors ourselves. On our 5th night we were taking a nap and was woken up by a horrible smell of sewage. We had to leave cabin and be placed in a new one for the

Beautiful property with great views! Great people and accommodations. The deluxe cabin is AMAZING! Don't forget your bug spray though... The store has great options, including bug spray.

My hubby and I plus our Giant Schnauzer stayed there with our Travel Trailer on a nice full hook up spot, equipped with a small old bby pit, a nice big round table with nice chairs. Our daughter, her husband and their 3 sons plus Mini Schnauzer stayed in a 2 room cabin with 2 bunk beds and a full sized bed and a mini fridge with small freezer space, and a tv; patio with a hanging swing seat but no kitchen, no bathroom and no table with chairs or anything to sit on for a meal or game. We were near together, also near to one of their wonderful equipped and clean bath houses. The dog park is tiny and has no water source for the dogs. The shop is nice but pricey and gym is small but ok. The pool is heated and that's awful when it's 100F degrees outside,
