The maintenance crew is amazing! The grounds are spotless, the facilities are clean and in good working order, and there is constant improvements in the esthetics of the campground. I enjoyed staying there and felt like the staff really cares about keeping the campers safe and supported. They bare very responsive to any issues and/or requests.

It’s a quiet, older campground with residential ducks and anhingas. It has easy access to the beach and a nearby pier. It also is a pick up stop for the local trolley which takes you to the historic downtown area. From there, trolley tours can lead you on a wonderful journey with all its history and highlights. Even for a big rig, we would use this campground again although it’s a little snug

good stopping place, again no wifi in morning ??

That's so strange that the wifi wasn't working in the morning. I will have to call our provider and see if they noticed an outage, and check the box on the site you stayed, as we should not be having this issue. I appreciate you making us aware of it, and glad that otherwise it was a good stop

The people were very nice and if you are in a middle pull through you will probably enjoy your visit. The only spot available when we arrived was half of a "buddy". We pulled so close to the patio we had to move the picnic table to be able to open our door, and our slideout was still 3' from the rig next to us. It's also on a fairly busy road which is kind of noisy.

Very friendly and accommodating. Well maintained. Really appreciated the long dog walk for our two dogs. Will stay there again.

Daniella greeted us when we walked in the office and was very pleasant. The staff overall was also very pleasant and attentive. The park is clean and seemed well maintained. The location is minutes away from downtown S. Augustine. We will stay there again.

Our site backed up to a fence and strip mall. A bar in the strip mall played loud music plus traffic noise required ear plugs to sleep. Bath house was clean and adequate. Very small dog park so limited space for our medium size dog. About 3/4 mile walk to the beautiful beach. .

Thank you for staying with out campground. We are sorry for the noise from our neighbors. Unfortunately being close to everything, some of our neighbors are commercial properties, so we are not as quiet as a woodsy park. Our pull throughs tend to be much quieter, as they are farthest from the fence

We stayed two nights. It was nice that the tour trolley picked us up at the office. Very convenient way to see the sights. Washrooms and laundry were clean.

somewhat tight for a big rig, especially a Super C. Asphalt is somewhat level, luck of the site. Little privacy. Noisy road if site is near the office. Had to unhook in pull thru to reach the services. Bath and showers just okay, although they seemed clean.

Very basic campground. Great for few hours needed just for sleeping. Bathroom floors always seemed dirty.

Office staff very friendly and welcoming. Camp sites extremely old, crammed together and not particularly level. Sewer line towards street requiring 2 drain hoses. Bath house in good shape. The camp is a bit over priced…

Sites are very tight, many of them unlevel. Good location. Very nice, clean restroom.

A great KOA. The staff was very friendly and helpful! A nice catch and release pond. Located at a very convenient area of St Augustine.

Campground was clean and convenient for visiting relatives and experiencing Old St. Augustine. It was everything we needed (in the reality of virtually freezing temperatures).

Nice central location with easy access to downtown, the lighthouse and the beaches. Pull through sites with full hookups were great. Bathrooms cleaned daily. Located behind a strip mall so not the most scenic location but when you are in St Augustine you are out exploring most of the day anyway.

The only reason for the lower rating is the location. The fence did help a bit from seeing the strip mall on the busy road outside the campground. The bathrooms were cleaned multiple times a day and the staff was very friendly. Overall a great stay!

The staff was always helpful, pleasant to work. The park was well maintained, clean and we will be pack. We should have stayed a few more days while the storm of 2026 passed Charlotte. Good people and very nice place.

Second time we’ve stayed at this KOA, and we plan on returning in 2027 if they have availability. Staff is super responsive, sites are clean, ample area to walk the dogs, close to the beach, and they have a trolley stop at the office.

Location, Location, Location. This KOA is in a prime location. If you like the beach, its very close, if you like Historic St. Augustine, its a short drive, if you like it quiet, well they have that also. We didn't use any of the facilities but our stay was great.

Great location, cleaning facilities, we even took a Lyft down town and back. The KOA does have a shuttle every hour to town where tou also can jump on and off the Trolley, or just ride for the history lesson. We travel with our pups, and the beach was only a 3/4 mile walk to a beautiful dog friendly beach. There is a small K9 park at the KOA location, but pretty small for your large breeds.

The restrooms are kept clean, they have a pool. parking isn't super tight, our 33 foot fifth wheel fit just fine. The staff and the neighbors were great. Facilities are close by, Dominos, gas and pretty much everything you need is close. The internet was good and strong. You can walk to the beach, it's about 3/4 of a mile or so. You can take Pope rd. to the beach and not mess with A1A.

Friendly staff. Clean facilities. Well maintained with one exception: many of the asphalt spots are becoming uneven due to roots, breaking of edges, cracks and deterioration of the asphalt. I was surprised how sloped the waterside spots were. Many 40ft rugs will have their rear tires off the ground

The campground was very pretty. The walk around the pond was a real treat for both me and my dogs. Everything was well maintained and it looked like there were ongoing improvements being made. Staff was very friendly.

We camped in our pop up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom/showers are individual and spotless. Plenty of shade under trees. Overall visit was fantastic.
