Very helpful staff. Mike helped us on more than one occasion. Clean bathroom and laundry. Best sites are in the area by the lake. Trolley to Saint Augustine comes into the campground. Only negative would be that the WiFi needs improvement. Cable works well.

There are a lot of good sites but the one we had had no room on the side of the camper. The ground was uneven.

Older campground but well maintained, especially the grounds. All employees very friendly. Good location. The showers were clean, but no hot water, just slightly warm.

This campground is in need of some updating. Also the sites are very tight. It’s a Mile from the beach, so it’s not on the beach as its name implies. It’s in the city of St Augustine BEACH. The beach is really nice and it’s about a 15 minute drive to historic St Augustine. Not one of my favorite KOAs. It needs a facelift.

Awesome location just a 10 minute bike ride to the beach. Very friendly staff and clean anenities. Great spot with fishing, dog park and close to everything St Augustine has to offer.

My husband and I were grilling burgers to celebrate my birthday when we were harassed by a woman that, instead of politely ask us to take care of our dogs that were barking, she harassed us, yelled and cussed at us and offended us and our dogs. She basically ruined by birthday. Even though we have KOA rewards, I don’t think we will be coming back.

Our stay was fine. This was a convenient location for all things St. Augustine. It was clean and the staff was friendly. The lake was nice.

Bien situé, autobus à proximité visiter la ville de saint Augustine et la plage est accessible en vélo. Très propre et tranquille. Les terrains back in sont correct, mais un peu plus bruyant. En résumé un très bon endroit.

Very clean friendly. Close to attractions. Loved the shuttle bus to the downtown core. Didn’t use the Grill but liked that there were four chairs, table and fire pit.

Nice campground with adequate sites. It is urban and you get what that brings - lights and frequent sirens. Close to Anastasia State Park which is a plus. We would stay here again, but prefer rural sites

The campground is really well kept, the bathhouse is very clean, and the pool is nice. It's a short drive to historic St. Augustine and to some of the nicest beaches around. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely wonderful staff.. location is excellent, close to beach & Old St Augustine. The grounds are beautifully taken care of. I’ve been staying there 2 weeks every year for years and will continue.. Thank you.. See ya in October

Totally enjoyed your campground. The setting on the lake was awesome as are the grounds. Our site was a very level and paved with room for our "toad". The lovely patio glass table with 4 comfortable chairs and the gas bar b que pit were really enjoyable. We also really enjoyed two campfires in the provided pit. Yes, a campfire! Restrooms were updated and immaculate. We'll definitely be back!

Short stay, but it was great. Actually our first time at a KOA site and we enjoyed it so much that we booked our next stop at a KOA location.

From a location perspective this was a good stay. Biggest issue was that our site had no slab and was mostly sand that we continuously brought into our unit. The site should have at least been on gravel.

We had a back in space; it was too small. Other spaces were too small and people had to partially park on the roadway. The lot number 4x4 was not in alignment with the rest of the utilitiy posts so it was a hazard to maneuver our vehicle. The ground was not stoned; it was loose and sticky sand and dirt. On a positive note; the staff was friendly and helpful and the bathrooms were clean.

Great campground right in the middle of things at Saint Augustine Beach yet quiet and peaceful. It is clean and very well run.

Extremely helpful right from the beginning. Lovely lady at reception desk added a day for us and cancelled another park so we could get our discount. Most places would have told us to do the cancellation ourselves. You don’t see service like that anymore these days. Thanks again. Park is great, washrooms kept spotless, sites the best. Will be back, great park and management.

Average KOA with clean, hot showers and nice laundry. I paid extra for a "deluxe, lakeside site". My site was not lakeside. It was at the end of that section with a view of a cottage. No fire ring, just old patio furniture that was better off left alone. Average KOA, just don't bother to pay for an upgraded site.

Great campground. Internet was useless and the first cable channel ABC seemed to break up constantly but the people were great the Campground beautiful and the bus to the trolly stop was great. We will definitely be back.

KOA in St Augustine was fabulous! The sites were super clean and each provided a gas grill and a set of table and chairs. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Delivered ice to our doorstep 😊. The lake is so peaceful and the paved roads making walking easy. Close to the beach and good restaurants ( Beachcomber).
