Saved us from a terrible campsite. I felt a lot safer here, the grounds were kept in superb condition, wonderful knowledgeable helpful staff, and plenty of resources.

There was some confusion surrounding the tent sites and the numbers, but the staff handled it. Apparently it's the site then the number and people were setting up on the number which caused everyone to be off one. Great staff, great location, great stay. Can't wait to visit again!

Felt that the campsites are very small. Felt like I was on top of my neighbor. Neighbors for allowed. Being relatively close to the roadway made the roadway noise from vehicles. Difficult to sleep. Lights from the campground and vehicles coming into the campground. Also made it difficult to sleep. And I would not return to this location for tent camping. If staying in RV, it may be better.

This is not the first time that we are going to KOA staff always kind and the place clean, some times neighbors are a little difficult. Highly recommending rules at the check in time

All staff were so friendly and informative of the services offered in the st Augustine Kia and city as well. Loved the fire pit with the grilling grate and the very clean picnic tables.

Very nice. Bathrooms very clean as was the whole place. Only negative was it was difficult to get my 17' trailer in site 7 as the road is narrow and the site across from me had a car parked close to the edge of the road. Would definately stay again, but request a different site.

We found the site well laid out with reasonable space. The best features were:1) the well organized and clean washroom, shower and laundry facilities; 2) the communal dumping facility with everything setup so we didn’t have to use and clean our own gear. Well thought out. Thank you.

This was our second stay at St. Augustine Beach KOA and probably the last. Washrooms were clean and hot water plentiful, I have a 20ft motorhome with no tip-outs, we were on site 11 with water & electric perfect for us however it was like camping in a sand pit, can’t imagine what it would be like for campers in tent. Worst ever internet better to not offer any!

Staff and facilities were outstanding. But as a tent camper it was like camping in a dog kennel. Dogs barking to the left of us, dogs barking to the right of us, dogs barking in front of us. With that said, will probably pass in the future staying there. Respectfully RBM

Really enjoyed the stay. Your place was very well kept. The laundry and washrooms were spotless which is important to us. The only thing I would suggest is more trees. Even some some shrubs would make the place look less like a parking lot. Thanks for the nice time and I love St. Augustine.

Pleasant staff during check in. Seems a bit over priced at $79 for small tent site. Bathroom location was a bit sketchy, weaving between buildings to the back area. Was lighted okay but still alot of corners for hiding out in the middle of the night. Maybe install dome mirrors at corners

Friendly staff nice Campground. Would have given a 10 but the dumpstation is right at the rear exit of the campground and I had to stop and move my van for 2 huge RV's that wanted to leave. Not great if you are on a site with inly water and electric. Otherwise great place!

My engine needed work before I could continue back north and needed place to put my camper so dealer can work on it. Gordon was awesome understanding my delima and accommodating my needs.. You guys made my situation pleasurable. Luckily my van was fixed faster than expected and was able to continue back to NJ. Love your bathrooms! Will definitely stay again great location. Nice sites

The staff were all very nice and helpful towards me and my 5 year old son. Any question they had they were very attentive and even helped us with our truck tent. Thanks again to KOA St. Augustine for helping make my son’s Camping Trip from Santa amazing!

This KOA CG was very enjoyable. Very close to the beach and downtown St Augustine. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We stayed during Thanksgiving and although the sites were pretty close, they were quite comfortable. Rest rooms were clean and in good working order. Some of the nicest we’ve seen. We would definitely recommend and look forward to our next visit!

KOA in St Augustine was fabulous! The sites were super clean and each provided a gas grill and a set of table and chairs. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Delivered ice to our doorstep 😊. The lake is so peaceful and the paved roads making walking easy. Close to the beach and good restaurants ( Beachcomber).

if you have never camped at the ST Augstine Beach KOA Holiday before you should check it out beacuse the sights are clean and overall in my opnion its just a wonderfull place to camp at if you are looking for a place to camp at in the ST Augustine florida area. one thing that i have to say about the service is that they are very helpfull with any questions that you may have when you are booking your camp sight and overall very postive. one thing that i have to say about the location is that it is very quiet and you are right across the street from a shooping center with a dollor general and also a bank and also around the cornor from the camp ground is a few places to eat and the camp ground in my opnion is a great place. im going to reccomend this place to anyone that has not stayed there before to camp the place has to be one of my favorite places to camp in the saint Agustine florida area. will be returning to this place when ever im in the saint Agustine florida area this place is one of my favorite places to camp in saint Agustine florida area.
