Stayed in cabin S105. Pics of cabin on website are misleading. Cabin is smaller than expected. Definitely for sleeping and showering only. Was clean and in decent repair.

We are sorry the cabin was smaller than expected. Our deluxe studios are very nice, but they are set up like a studio apartment where everything is in one smaller room. For those wanting more space, we recommend our larger, two bedroom deluxe lodge that has a full living room and sits on the lake

We really the St. Augustine KOA, and have been staying in their Camping Cabins. The location is perfect for people on the move, or tourists alike. The tables, chairs, and BBQs on each site are a great addition.. The staff are always wonderful, professional, and friendly. The only downside is that the cabins need power washing and restaining,with spiders and rusty chair chains. We'll stay again! P

The campground was very beautiful and scenic. Our deluxe cabin was extremely clean and pleasant. We enjoyed feeding the turtles off of our porch into the lake. We were very, very pleased with our visit.

This was our second stay at St Augustine KOA and we have nothing but great things to say! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The pool is so refreshing during the hot summer days. Easy access to so many things, especially with it being one the trolley stops. Would recommend to any and all!

Staff was very friendly, down to earth, helpful, and just nice which was very refreshing in itself. Cabin and bathrooms were pretty clean. Peaceful and relaxing. Loved the paddle boats too! Perfect for what we needed to unplug and recharge.

Staff was nice. Bathrooms in center of the campground were clean and laundry facilities were clean and fast. Overall, the campground felt like it needs a facelift. We had bumblebees surrounding our cabin that kept us from sitting outside and enjoying the swing.

Very dirty cabin floors, horrible beds, noisy A/C. Husband didn't sleep for both nights. Outside amenities were nice.

Cabin for four nights. Check-in wasn't till 4:00. There was cobb-webs hanging above the bed, and all over the cabin. Window didn't shut properly so it slammed on the side of the cabin all night. A/C made loud and obnoxious noises. Pool closed at 7. Dryer will steal your money. Nice view, access to trolly tour was helpful. The equivalent of spending 4 days in a 55 plus community.

Gordon was a delight and so helpful! The cabin was just as expected and I loved the lake porch. The trolley into town was a cool feature.

The cabin toilet was very slow to flush. There was a hole in the floor under the laminate in the living room going into the bedroom. You could hear something crawling around at night in the water closet. We looked at the outside in the daylight and saw the cover was broken & brittle which made it easy for critters to get inside.

The cabin are outdated and in bad condition. The water in the bathroom sink did not have cold water. Coffee is not provided even though there is a coffee maker. Will not be returning to this KOA which is the only one that I have found in these conditions.

Everything went real nice bathrooms are clean. Staff was friendly. I had a great time. One issue we had we were in cabin four and with the pitch of the roof there’s nothing there to protect somebody if they hit it with their head which my wife did and it cut her head. I think there should be something put on that.

Everyone who worked there was so kind. The owner was adorable! The grounds, cabins, bathrooms and pool were spotless. The location was near a CVS and an incredible French Cafe. It was quiet at night and felt safe and pleasant. 10 out of 10!

We were rather disappointed in this most recent stay. The cabin that we rented we were told was unavailable, we were told that someone else had "Beat us to it", but we did not observe any people at all at that cabin throughout our entire stay. The cabin we were put in was very hard to contain our dogs on the deck (3 exits), had a toilet that wouldn't flush and no internet for half of our stay.

Clean, quiet. Sad that the pool was not operating. Would love to have a larger dog play area. Up grade the towels that are provided. Add a pod coffee maker. Tks for having a broom. Add baby gates to the porch areas for children and pets.

The St. Augustine Beach KOA is the best place to stay while visiting St. Augustine. The cabins at the campground are great, and the staff is extremely friendly. They are always there to help if you need anything during your stay. The beach and the St. Augustine Amp are both within walking distance. Highly recommend!

We love staying at this KOA! The cabins are perfect, the vibe is super chill & the grounds have everything you need. Plus, the beach is close & so is the Amp!

Our stay was average. Our cabin was fifthly, the sheets on the full bed had black stuff on them forcing me on top of the covers. The grill’s side table would not go down, our firewood was stolen (and refunded. Kids were running around unsupervised and screaming. When I requested assistance, your staff yelled at me. I understand kids make noise. This was excessive.

A very quiet, well kept campground. It is an older park, but they are definitely keeping up with maintenance. The sites are not huge, but the foliage keeps them private. Large, old oaks line the pond. Very peaceful. The pull through sites by the water are the way to go. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. There are many awesome restaurants near by and you are literally minutes from the beach.

Overall the place is very pretty. However the sites are VERY close together and lack any privacy. Location to St Augustine and activities however is excellent and the staff is very friendly. A good place to stay for day activities.
