Site was private, quiet and clean. Bathrooms were clean and roomy. Nice table, chairs, fire pit and new BBQ grill with propane.

Quick onernighter. Easy checking, nice sites. The showers and laundry were clean and much appreciated after boon docking the last 5 days. Will definitely come back and take advantage of the trolley tour to check out St Augustine.

We love this place! Been staying here for 7yrs and they have NEVER disappointed! Staff is always friendly and helpful. We come back every year and get the same spot. We have NEVER had a problem. The grounds are very clean and well kept and if there is a problem they fix it immediately. It's super conveniently located close to everything!

The campground keeps the facilities in excellent condition as well add improvements to each campsite! The staff is friendly and looks for ways to improve customer service.

Only issue was the cable. Otherwise it was a great stay. Staff very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Only glitch was we were on the back row, where back in sites were not angled enough to easily get a tow behind backed in, and big rigs on the next aisle made the angles a bit challenging. Next time I’ll spring for a pull thru. Facilities were clean and the hot water was plentiful. Quiet location despite its proximity to A1A.

This was our first stay at this KOA and overall we had a great stay at the KOA St. Augustine! The location is a huge plus! It's in a prime spot close to the beach and local parks, and just a short drive to all the historic sights downtown. It made exploring the area really convenient. The bath house building and the children's play area were clean and well-maintained, which we appreciate.

It’s a great place to camp if you’d like camping behind commercial business that get deliveries early in the morning garbage removal also early in the morning and noise from refrigeration, equipment, bathrooms will clean. The rest of the sites were much nicer, but still a very busy campsite lots of road noise.

We are sorry our neighbor's noise bothered you during your stay. We are close to all St. Augustine has to offer, the trade off is that we are neighbors with some commercial properties. For guests wanting a quieter stay, we suggest our lakeside pull thrus, since they're farthest from our neighbors

When I booked there was only one site left and it was a shared site but that was the only one. When we arrived they had moved us to a regular site and we were very pleased. Nice clean park, nice people good WiFi�

It was quiet and peaceful. Which is most important. However in the last few years this place has gone down hill. Should be called a journey not a holiday.

We had a great stay! It was easy to get to local attractions. Staff recommended Osprey Tacos, the place had delicious food! There is a French bakery that is easy to walk to!

We were only there for one night. We had no problems. We used the laundry facilities very clean and, efficient. We walked the town. Lots of shops and dining. Excited to see the fort lots of history. We would like to come back.

We always love it there. We love the location. We love the campground and how it is designed. It is close to alot of stores and beach. The front desk was very nice and accommodating.

Front desk was less than enthusiastic when I registered and placed me in secluded section of the grounds. Went and changed sites but was placed behind a seafood market. An ice machine dumped ice about every 15 minutes 24/7. Add that to the road noise and I was ready to leave asap. Finding a new open campground was difficult but I took it and left several days early.

This KOA is in a good central location for getting around the St. Augustine area. The park itself is clean and easy to navigate. Check-in was fast & all the info about the surrounding area was appreciated. RV sites are paved, nicely spaced & most have some shade. The interior roads are narrow and leveling may be a challenge in some sites. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this park.

Excellent office staff! Close to the beach and St Augustine historic areas. They are in the process of removing old smaller concrete patios and installing much larger patios which is a nice improvement.

We have stayed at this campground several times and it never disappoints. The sites are nice and well maintained as are the bathrooms and laundry facilities. It's so convenient to all that St. Augustine has to offer.

We are traveling Fl east coast and this was our first stop. The campground was great and the location was perfect for visiting St Augustine!

While most of the sites were spacious, it seemed like they tried to cram as many sites in along the lake side, making them difficult to turn into and navigate out of. Many of the sites were unlevel as well. Overall. The park could use a little TLC.

Very disappointing. The 20 amp circuit did not work. Slept 12-15’ from a commercial building. Sites cramped in too close to be comfortable. Restrooms were ok but no hvac so too cold to shower. I politely told office that we would not stay a second night and a refund was refused (9 am). This was, by far, the worst KOA experience I’ve had!

We camped in our pop up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom/showers are individual and spotless. Plenty of shade under trees. Overall visit was fantastic.
