We love this place so much that we ended up staying 12 days. The location, the weather, and the service was exceptional. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Great dog park, too.

Fantastic location and super helpful staff!!! I will recommend this place and the awesome trolly driver who brought us downtown. (When I first registered for a KOA stay, I booked at after hours registration. I forget which place. My name is continually spelt incorrectly. LouisA should be my name.)

Sewer and water/electric supply at our site were not aligned and could not be used together. Otherwise, clean campground with friendly helpful staff.

Great Campground, this was our second time here on our winter south trip. Very quiet even though your right in the center of town. There is so much history in this area and things to do. It will be a few years but we plan to come back.

This is the second year we have stayed at this KOA and found it to be Very good both times. We are planning to be back here in April on our way back north. My only complaint is the pad we were on was to far out of level. My coach was very close to having the front wheels off the ground to be level. Everything else concerning the site was satisfactory.

Excellent service from the office staff. We had forgotten to print of baggage tags before leaving home for our upcoming cruise. We sent the file to the office staff and they quickly had them printed out for us with no charge. This is one of the reasons why we like KOA as we always know what they're standards are.

Great location. Loved our site near the water. Friendly staff. Only complaints are wifi no good, couldn't connect and washing machines broken. Too large of a campsite to not have the laundry facilities in working order.

Middle of the road facility with high prices d/t convenient location to tourist town. Showers were abundant, which was nice. Pads were not level and poorly paved, which was unfortunate. The nightly rates reflect a higher-end KOA facility than what we experienced. If it were $60/night this is what I would expect. Not sure the premium for Saint Augustine location is justified.

Sites are close together but easy to maneuver. Very friendly and helpful staff. Each site had a gas grill and patio table and chairs. Wood and ice delivered to your site.

Nice staff. A few sites a little transient. So the first site by the office seems to have someone new in every night. Matters of there for a week. The KOA itself is in a very good location.

First impressions was from the friendly staff at the front desk and the ground keeps. Everyone was equally friendly and helpful. At arrival we hand to wait at across the street for a space to pull the camper in to check in. Wish there was a better solution. However check in was a breeze and we got an escort to the camp site. Excellent. Bathrooms were always and I mean always clean. Great visit!!

Site was very good and staff was friendly, especially in the store/office! Just over a mile walk to the beach (well, 1.5 miles while the closest beach access is closed for reconstruction). Only complaint was someone running a leaf blower at 8 AM for about 20 minutes before someone finally had them stop. Then there was the traffic noise from A1A; but that is not in the control of the KOA.

We really like this KOA! Employees are so friendly and really made us feel at home. A couple of issues: First, we could not connect or stay connected to wireless. It would say connected with no Internet or work for a short while, then freeze up. I ended up using phone data and hotspot the entire stay. Also, water pressure was very low. We had to use our reserve tank water to have good pressure.

We had a back in sight which I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. They are SO tight. The spot was hard to get in and out of. Our neighbors were on top of us as well. We had to walk around them to get to the other side of the camper. For the price, we’ve stayed at nicer state parks. Wi-fi was terrible too.

What a great little gem close to the beach and old St Augustine! Well maintained, beautifully manicured grounds, and the staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Will definitely stay again!

Management promptly dealt with a large group of raucous people partying during quiet hours. The camp is conveniently located to all attractions and beaches....

Great location & everyone was very nice. Was a little tight getting to our spot due to the propane tank & cars on both sides of us as we arrived but we made it. We'll stay again just on the other side of the park.

Th stay was great. Really enjoyed the proximity to old city of St Augustine, as well as the shopping so close by. The sites overlooking the small pond are very picturesque, but this street of camping sites is not level. Our particular site was more than 12" out of level with my 40' rig. This made dumping waist problematic. Needless to say, dumping was a problem.

We enjoyed the campground and the staff was friendly. The location was great and found the trolley to downtown useful. Our only small feedback would be the dog park is long way from the RV sites

Our second time staying at this KOA. It’s a great location just a few miles from the historic district and is a stop for the old town trolley. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Only issue was that several campers with pets had no etiquette when walking their dogs and cut through my campsite.

Staff very nice and kept campground clean. We had a KOA patio and all the sites were very tight. The patios were so small that the chairs were stackable and cheaper chairs. The patios themselves were in need of repairs. But it was very close to downtown st. Augustine. So if you don’t care about space to cook and eat then you’re good. Back in sites had more room.

Great customer service upon arrival. Great location, situated between local attractions. Bathrooms were spectacular; clean and updated! Overall great experience and would visit the next time we are in the area and would recommend anyone to visit as well.

Good: Clean and well maintained restrooms. Personable office staff. Wildlife within the park. Mediocre: Tightly spaced sights. Proximity to shopping. Beach (nothing the park can change) completely eroded. Parking guide. Poor: unusable Wi-Fi. I could not even check email. Rev. Warfel

KOA in St Augustine was fabulous! The sites were super clean and each provided a gas grill and a set of table and chairs. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Delivered ice to our doorstep 😊. The lake is so peaceful and the paved roads making walking easy. Close to the beach and good restaurants ( Beachcomber).

if you have never camped at the ST Augstine Beach KOA Holiday before you should check it out beacuse the sights are clean and overall in my opnion its just a wonderfull place to camp at if you are looking for a place to camp at in the ST Augustine florida area. one thing that i have to say about the service is that they are very helpfull with any questions that you may have when you are booking your camp sight and overall very postive. one thing that i have to say about the location is that it is very quiet and you are right across the street from a shooping center with a dollor general and also a bank and also around the cornor from the camp ground is a few places to eat and the camp ground in my opnion is a great place. im going to reccomend this place to anyone that has not stayed there before to camp the place has to be one of my favorite places to camp in the saint Agustine florida area. will be returning to this place when ever im in the saint Agustine florida area this place is one of my favorite places to camp in saint Agustine florida area.
