Sites are nice but not much room for vehicle. Lake is great to walk around with pets. Pool was under renovation but beach less than a mile away with free street parking. Convenient to services.

The only issue is that we were one of the sloped lots that made it a little more challenging to level and even with our chokes in place the camper moved backwards. We were able to reconnect and stabilze the camper. I have connected and disconnected our camper over 100 times and this was our first issue we had.

Very clean park. They need to heat their swimming pool. Not everyone likes to swim in the ocean.

We always enjoy our stay at this KOA! Usually stay in non lakeside pull thru site. On stone but fairly level and long. WiFi worked well as all other amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Took the beach bus into town and did the trolley tour! Great time!

Beautiful campground and close enough to the beach you can leave the car behind if you’re pulling! Sitting outside in the evening we were able to hear the ocean waves as well and the campground was very peaceful and clean. The lake is beautiful and the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, especially about the events locally. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for 3 nights in early March 2026. Great campground and great location. We were able to bike down to Anastasia beach and also trolley into St Augustine. Highly recommend this campground! The staff were friendly and helpful.

park is clean but older, sometimes a little tight for larger rigs. Registration folks were nice. Parking assistance consists of a fellow on a golf cart who waves at your sight and drives away. Price was competitive with other campgrounds.Yes I would stay there again

Old school Florida vacation vibes for sure. The bathrooms and laundry facilities were clean. Nice dog walk area. My only complaints were: the pool was closed (we were aware before arrival but it was too late notice to change our reservation), our site had a tiny concrete area for the table (made it really hard to get in and out of our camper), the sites were not level. Overall, we enjoyed the KOA.

We had a site that was considered a buddy site. But it was a poor site . It was right beside the road and grassy rather than concrete . There was no way to keep the grass from getting all over the camper floor. It’s hard to believe that we paid $100 night for such a poor site. It ought to be a lesser charge. The private bathrooms were nice but were not kept very clean. This shouldn’t hav

My rating is really a 4 1/2. Campground was very clean and well maintained. Easy in and out. Plenty of room for 5th wheel and tow vehicle at our site. Close to the beach and a short drive to the historical area. Little noisy being by A1A. Might not have been as noisy if it wasn't bike week. Did settle down at night though. Would stay again if in the area.

$100.00 and no pool. Their website should have been updated. Disappointing at best.

We are so sorry that our pool was closed for necessary maintenance. While it is unheated and quite cold, we have updated our website and did our best to contact our upcoming reservations via email to ensure our guests knew the pool would be closed. We hope to have it back open in 10-14 days

The location for this campground is excellent for all St. Augustine has to offer - very close to the beach. Our campsite was well located at the end of the lake. There are however some concerns. Our campsite was littered with dozens of cigarette butts and our firepit was full of trash. The office staff was friendly and helpful but don't try to get anything from the field maintenance staff.

We just stayed one night the sight was nice . Was very impressed with 1 friendliness when made reservation over Phone at location. Also at check in at Location both individuals were outstanding.

We called Way in advance to get our reservation. We have a 24 foot class C RV. When we got there, they put us on a dirt sandy lot. It looked like it was for primitive camping. All around us were empty lots with stone and concrete. It was a nasty mess inside of our RV and our tow vehicle. Don’t understand why we couldn’t have one of the other empty lots that had stone or concrete slabs

We are sorry the site was not a good fit. When you booked this reservation yourself online, you did select and reserve an unpaved site, which would was reflected in your confirmation. When you arrived, our paved sites were unfortunately fully booked, otherwise we would have been happy to upgrade you

We really enjoyed our stay at this campground! The facilities are extremely clean, and check-in was a breeze. We had a golf cart escort to our campsite and were pleasantly surprised to find a table with four chairs, a fire pit, and a small grill. This campground is located less than 2 miles from the Amp, and a very short bike ride to the beach, the lighthouse, and Anastasia State Park.

The shuttle for trolley services was wonderful! Appreciated clean bathrooms and showers. Check-in staff offered great suggestions for food/sites to see. Pups always enioy dog park. Will definitely be back.

Overall our stay was OK. Our site was across from a house, and tiny homes behind us. Maybe a different site would have given us a better experience, but it was OK. Not far from the beach, which was a positive. Some staff were friendly, but most just didn't look at you and ignored you completely. (even when you waved at them).

It is a nice place but the motorcycles were loud. And woke us up after ten pm a couple of campers down.

Sorry to hear that you found the noise from guest's motorcycles to be disturbing. While we do not allow excessive revving of engines, we do allow motorcycles, and you happened to stayed during Daytona Bike Week, when we welcome more cyclists than any other time of year. We appreciate your feedback

Good service, well kept facilities, helpful information and assistance when needed. The 2 reasons for not a 5, felt squeezed in, too close to each other, very tight area. And though helpful, the couple of interactions with staff was business like and not friendly. Maybe having a bad day, but all but one just didn’t seem happy.

We camped in our pop up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom/showers are individual and spotless. Plenty of shade under trees. Overall visit was fantastic.
