Well run campground. Sites arranged around a pretty small lake. Very close to beach and local restaurants. Enjoy the bike friendly neighborhood. Wish there was pedestrian access thru the rear gate. Will plan to stay again.

Very nice staff. well maintained campground. Great location. Just wish it was a little bit more affordable as we could only stay for a little while because that is all that we could afford.

Nice pull-through spot. Friendly staff, well maintained. Very clean bathroom and shower facilities. Just a few miles from downtown St.Augustine and close to the beach …many great dining locations.

The best thing about this campground is its proximity into St Augustine old town. The campground is looking quite run down. Staff drive by & don’t even acknowledge you which is quite different from other KOA’s where we have stayed.

Great place to stay to explore the area. Very convenient that the trolley stops here as well. This was our 2nd time staying here and will return again in the future.

Very clean bathhouse, great pull thru site on the pond with cement patio and propane grill. We purchased trolly tickets right at the office and got to tour St. Augustine without driving. We left a day early due to the weather forecast for the following day, Notified the office and told them how great our stay was and would return some day. Unexpectedly they credited my CC for the 1 night.

We stayed at Site 58 during the last week of January, 2024. The park is a mixed bag: least expensive sites at the edge of the park are small and back onto the road, a brightly lit billboard, and have a generally shabby feeling. HOWEVER, the middle and lake sites are relatively fine, although old. Office staff is lovely and the park is clean. Excellent location.

Large driveways for sites. Clean bathrooms and showers. Fireplace, table, chairs bbqs on site, Great. Nice to walk dog around pond. Friendly staff. Close to beaches. Pool nice. Store handy.Bit pricey. More privacy,bushes etc between sites would be nice.K9 dog run area needs work. Old broken wooden structures.Would stay again.

We liked this KOA very much and liked the area even better. KOA is close to attractions and stores. The park is narrow and the sites are condensed but we had enough room for our stay of 4 nights. Staff is friendly and grounds are well kept. Washrooms and showers are clean. We didn't use their laundry facilities but I'm sure it was fine. They had a nice dog park and a decent walking area.

We had a great time at the KOA in St Augustine. The staff was very friendly, the park was clean and quiet. Bathrooms were superb and laundry facilities immaculate. We definitely recommend everyone to stay there, make sure you go to the pond and watch some of the birds diving down to catch their dinner, it was interesting.

Stayed a couple of nights to check out St. Augustine for the first time. Great town, we will be back. Nice KOA with pool, clean bath house and showers. Our site was a pull through which was nice, but the on the right side was a hill/bump which made the space feel small and unusable.

We stayed a week and found this campground to be very clean and accommodating. The staff is soooo friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

What a nice Campground! We were pleasantly greeted by uniformed KOA staff in a very well appointed reception area offering a wide variety of Campground conveniences. Modern rated bathrooms and laundry rooms were a joy to find. Simple services such as garbage pick up, propane, refills, and even fire pit wood for sale. Immediately located to many ares attractions. Well maintained and clean!

The sites are very small and uneven and narrow. Had a very hard time leveling and almost didn’t fit my fifth wheel on the pavement. WiFi was terrible. Stayed in a lot of other koa had had no problem with WiFi. Need to improve on the sites

Stayed in a pull thru, non lakeside site 2 nights. Was wonderful. Easy in and out, level with all working amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

If you have never stayed at the Saint Augustine Beach Koa holiday in Saint Augustine, Florida, I highly recommend that you check it out because the rooms there are very spacious. One thing that I have to say about the service at the saint Augustine Beach Koa campground is that they are very welcoming to all the guests and willing to answer any questions that you may have regarding your reservation or anything that you may need for your campsite during your stay at this amazing campground. One thing that I have to say about the location is great because you're right across the street from a shopping center with a dollar general and also in the same location there is also a bank. One thing that I have to say about the service that I received there was the last time that I was there. It was amazing, and the people who were working at the check-in were super helpful and willing to answer any questions that we had they answered them for us, and it's a great place to camp at In the saint Augustine Florida area. One thing that I have to say about the cleanliness of the camp ground Is that it's very clean and organized and overall not a lot of trash anywhere and overall it's just a wonderful place to enjoy a great time with your friends and family in the saint Augustine Florida area. In my conclusion, this place, by far, has exceeded my expectations for one of my favorite places to camp in the Saint Augustine Florida area.

KOA in St Augustine was fabulous! The sites were super clean and each provided a gas grill and a set of table and chairs. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Delivered ice to our doorstep 😊. The lake is so peaceful and the paved roads making walking easy. Close to the beach and good restaurants ( Beachcomber).
