We had a site along the lake. It was fun seeing all the waterfowl and turtles. They gave us a lot of info at check in. Laundry room was nice. Close proximity the beach and tourist attractions.

This a very convenient location and the campground is pretty well maintained. The laundry is nice and clean, the pool is also very nice!

Bathrooms/Showers were immaculate! Friendly staff. Sites were small but it felt private. I would come back here in the future.

You allowed more people than your campground could handle to camp on the night we stayed. The showers and bathrooms were overrun and if you managed to get a shower the water was cold. We’ve had better nights at a Walmart parking lot.

We're so sorry that you had such a poor experience at our park. We appreciate your feedback on how we can improve, and hope you'll give us another shot in the future. Our tankless heaters should never run out of hot water. I will have our team check them out and see if anything is wrong

Friendly, helpful staff and great location but several things brought my rating down to 3 stars: 1. Water was out multiple times 2. Sites very close together - zero privacy 3. Site 66 fire pit was right next to road taking away valuable parking space for my truck and making a nice, relaxing fire impossible

Thank you for your feedback. We'll look at the firepit placement and see if we can find a better spot for it. We are terribly sorry for the water shut off. We had a pipe break unexpectedly, so we weren't able to give adequate notice. Thankfully we don't anticipate any further issues

The setting was nice. Gary (grounds crewman) was very helpful with an issue we had. Camping store staff was very friendly and helpful as well. The site (#71) was adequate but small. No room to put up shade tent. I noticed on some sites that the chairs and gas grill were quite new looking. Our chairs and table were just ok but the grill was rusted and not useable.

This campground was clean and quiet however it backs up to a busy strip mall and we were uncomfortable having our children staying where other business Patrona may be able to see them. The back in sites were also extremely tight if there is a large camper or RV across the path.

Thank you for staying with our campground. Unfortunately being so close to everything, we do have some businesses as our neighbors. For guests looking to be away from the commercial properties, we recommend our lakeside pull throughs. We're glad that otherwise the site was clean and quiet.

Great campground! Sites are a little tight but the campground is in the middle of town! Super convenient to everything and a shuttle that runs to the historic downtown area. Pretty lake, dog friendly, easy in/out, clean and well maintained. Staff are amazing.

Loved watching the rose spoonbill birds in the pond.

Nice trail around the lake. We had a lakeside site -a bit pricey. Site was narrow and pavement needs repair. The grill provided was falling apart. It was a quiet park with lots of birds. Carpenter bees near the cabins was unsettling during our walks. Not sure how to eradicate them. The lake view was nice but you don’t get much room. There is a nice fish market around the corner.

The campsites are clean, spacious and well maintained. The location is convenient for shopping and travel to the beach. Two laundry rooms are small with only three washers and dryers in each and one had a washer out of service and the other had a dryer out of service, so it was necessary to run to find open machines. The pool was closed the entire stay but is unheated. Text after we left now open!

A really nice little campground. Great location and very easy to find. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I hope to go back soon.

Have stayed here before. Great location. Came up for a show at the St Augustine Amphitheater. If it wasn't raining and windy we would have ridden our bikes to the venue, just over a mile north. Nice campsites with trees and the 'lake'. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Great except the attendant wouldn't let me use the pool. The sign said it was open from 9 am until 7 pm. I got there about 10 minutes to 6. He said he was locking up and I had to leave. I said the sign says it closes at 7 pm and he said those hours were old and it closed at 6! I said well at least I have a few minutes but gave me a dirty look and I asked if I had to leave now and he said yes!

The park was nice. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. The park is s spacious site. However back in sites 23-28 are backed by a fish house and a car wash and open to the main highway. It’s loud with traffic and refrigeration equipment with bright lights from the car wash but overall it was pleasant and very clean. I will return but not in those sites.

1-nighter. Super friendly and very clean. Easy in n out for 45’ rig and tow.

Very disappointed in the lack of interaction with the Staff, they would not smile or even look at you when they went by on their golf carts. Maybe they just HATE their jobs. In addition the pool was temporarily closed, had no power for 90 minutes and then no water for nearly 3 hours. All this with no compensation, not even an offer of a bag of firewood. Work on customer service skills.

We're sorry that the pool was closed for a couple hours, and that the city had a power outage due to a storm. We are especially sorry a pipe burst unexpectedly, and that it took close to 3 hours to remove the wall and cap the leak. We appreciate your feedback, and hope you'll give us another shot

We were there for a very short overnight stay but it was a very nice there. Our particular spot had a concrete pad with a picnic table and chairs plus a fire pit and chairs. We had a drink outside before we went to bed and found the place very enjoyable. Yes, we'd go back.

This seems to be one that hasbeen there for awhile. It is in need of a revamp. Kamp K9 is not conviently located at all. Asphalt is unlevel and broken up. I will add that we were able to get our motorhome into the campsite fairly easily-so thats a plus. And the lady at the front office was very nice and helpful with local info.

We stay at this KOA on our way to southern Florida in the fall then again in April on our way back to Pennsylvania. We love that it’s close to town as we enjoy going to St George St and shopping and having lunch outside. The park is clean and Rv spots are nice with a table and chairs, barbecue and fire pit at the site! Nice pull through site across from the lake with a fountain.

Staff were courteous and friendly. Facilities were clean and in top condition. This campground will definitely be a frequent stop in our travels to St. Augustine in the future.

We camped in our pop up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom/showers are individual and spotless. Plenty of shade under trees. Overall visit was fantastic.
