The internet was very slow, we could not stream we paid to use it, we should be reimbursed for that, the receptionist said she would forward the issue to the main office in Utah(?). That’s all she could do.(?) she didn’t know when they would send someone out to try and fix the problem, we were there a week!

Small and quiet. Showers and restrooms in middle of campground making it nice not having to walk far from camper. Close to everything but highway noise fairly limited. No luck with fishing but will be back!

Older park but served our needs. The water pressure is a little light the asphalt pads and patios were a bit settled and uneven. However, this park is a trolley stop for tours into St. Augustine and that is very convenient to not have to take a large tow vehicle into town. Would stay again if we were to return to the area. Office staff were welcoming.

Thank you so much! We're glad you found the staff welcoming and helpful, and enjoyed the trolley shuttle that stops at the park. In regards to the water pressure, our pressure is very stable but if you add an extra pressure regulator it can sometime make it a little low. We recommend removing them

Nice clean campground, with friendly staff at check in. The only complaint was being placed next to the bath house…

Requested open sky site but we were placed in tree covered site. We reserved a site several months prior to arriving if this KOA would actually read our request they should have contacted us letting us know lake view sites were tree covered but no attempt to do so. When we arrived the guy showing us to our site just pointed to the site and just drove off the site was very steep to level and shor

We're sorry that you did not enjoy your site. We do our best to meet the needs and requests of every guest, but in the future please let us know if there is an issue. We had several other available sites, and if you had let us know the site was not a good fit we would have happily assigned another.

The campground was beautifully maintained and very well laid out. Trash pick up every day at our site was extremely helpful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful answering any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this stay and plan to return again.

It's a nice little KOA. Not a lot of frills, but St Augustine has so much to do, you don't need it. Coming back to our site and relaxing after a long day was great. Nice staff. Laundry facility and bathrooms very clean.

A great location close to the beach and restaurants. It's an older KOA, sites are pretty tight and narrow. Quiet considering the location. I've stayed at dozens of KOA's and I have to mention 2 things. First, the staff around the campground wasn't very friendly, not even returning waves in passing. Second, there was litter on our site: paper, metal pop top, bits of plastic. Staff could do better.

We had not been to a KOA in many many years and were so pleasantly surprised by all the extras at each site in addition to the amazingly clean restrooms. (Those were much appreciated). And the staff was super friendly

Beautiful campground. The lake is lovely and tough to fish. Not fond of the front desk man who acted like he knew everything and was obnoxious. Lots of noise due to its location but the bar next door "Pelican Pub" is super clean and has great gator bites. The lake has big fish in it for sure. The laundry is expensive compared to other KOAS. I'd stay again but know to expect noise.

Excellent RV Park. Conveniently close to Historic Old Town St Augustine. Beach just a short bicycle ride away. Great restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and helpful. A lot of attention to detail regarding RV sites and other amenities. We will return.

This is a nice park for the area. Sites are a little snug, but still comfortable. Shower rooms were very nice. There is a pretty little pond/lake along one edge where I saw some people fishing. We stayed two nights and enjoyed the stay.

This is the fourth time we've stayed here and we can see there continues to be improvement in some of the facilities. However, the attention to details (later) and the unlevel spaces (caused in many cases by roots uplifting the pads) are disappointing at a KOA. We rented a pull-thru space overlooking the lake with a patio and furniture / grill and to say I was disappointed was an understatement.

This KOA is so wonderful to stay at. The pool is so clean, clear and well maintained. The laundry facility is clean and easy to use. The staff is wonderful. Always there to help if you need anything. This is the best place to stay.

Camp site was great staff very friendly. It was very quiet and peaceful. The showers were awful, not very clean. The laundry was okay but only had two dryers working and would only give you 10 minutes at a time on the ones that were working.

Everything was very nice. Not up to par for a KOA Holiday, though. My biggest complaint, however, as I love KOAs for Kamp K9s, is the great distance to get there…it’s on the far side of the lake.

It does look like you were in the farthest site from our camp K9. Next time if you'd like to be closer, just let us know and we will get you on the end so you have shorter walk. Glad that otherwise everything was nice. We appreciate you staying with us

We camped in our pop up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom/showers are individual and spotless. Plenty of shade under trees. Overall visit was fantastic.
