Campground ok to good. Sites are nice. Roads within tfe campground are too narrow for big rigs. We had to ask the man across from our site to move his vehicle when we got ready to leave because the road was narrow and trees were blocking pulling out of our site. If the campground had been full, this might have been a bigger issue.

It was ok, stayed there for one night. People at the park were very nice, told us all about getting around town in trolley.

Nice location, modern private shower/restrooms. The location is great. A one mile walk/ride to the beach. The campground is clean and well taken care of . We had site 66 , lake site , Pull through. We like the concrete pad, but wish it were a little bigger. This is our second stay here and we will be back

This was an all around great campground. Well maintained and great staff. For being in the city, it was still quite "camp like". Also - great proximity to the beach and many amenities. I definitely recommend this campground.

Nicely maintained park that is close to the beach and to Old St Augustine. Restrooms and showers were clean. Pet waste disposal stations were well stocked and emptied regularly. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. The pool is small and rather close to the main road, but also well maintained. Our pull through site was level and had a small patio area.

We were super excited to stay at our first KOA! All we have heard were good things.. when we arrived with 2 kids, 2 dogs, and 2 adults we thought there would be so much to do. It had a small playground a freezing cold pool and absolutely no activities. It is in close proximity to the beach but still not close enough to walk with 2 4 year old boys. You should update your website :(

Cons - Roads in disrepair, very narrow sites, narrow roads making it difficult to park and move out. Pool was very small and just inside the gate by busy road. Pros - garage picked up each morning at your campsite

Office staff is excellent. We enjoy this park and ride our bikes into historic Saint Augustine.

We have been staying at this KOA for years and this year we were very disappointed . It appears no one forces the quiet hours. 3 nights in a row there was a group of campers in the cabins partying until 2 am, very loud. One of our neighboring campers actually went out at 2 am and asked them to be quiet, which helped a little. Management did nothing. We decided not to come back next year.

Our site was not desirable with the tree droppings stained our roof and awning. Plus the street noise was annoying. We really didn’t use the amenities so can’t comment. We did have higher expectations.

Nice campground close to the attractions we wanted to see. Nice seafood restaurants and the beach were only a mile away. Only drawback was that we had a little difficulty getting our big rig into our site. We had to be careful of the fire rings (not moveable) at the end of each site. It was super easy out. We really enjoyed our visit.

We really enjoyed our time here!! Pull through, non lakeside patio site was level and clean. All amenities worked properly. Cable and wifi good. Would definitely come back!!

Bathrooms continuously cleaned and a sufficient quantity of showers & toilets. Quality fresh seafood market next door. Short bike ride to beach. Valet trash pickup every morning. Nice employees.

Easy check in and out, very friendly and helpful staff, great facilities and ease of pull through on spot. Excellent experience, will definitely do it again. I rated it 4 star, because there is always room for improvements, not because of a specific issue.

Relatively tight and crowded campground showing just a little of its age. Stay was good except we were placed in site to the rear of fish market which had noisy A/C running 24 hours per day. Site was also very sandy. Pretty close to lovely beaches with free parking.

Overall a great campground. The lake setting was very nice and enjoyable. Would score higher except there was noise off A1A and not all laundry equipment was operational.

We’d asked for a level, firm site to accommodate the wheelchair lift and room for turning radius for the wheelchair to be driven off onto the ground. We were given a narrow site with a sandy hill right at the end of the lift. Small pad not wheelchair friendly. Very difficult to navigate the site in a power wheelchair. Disappointing. Glad it was one night only.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Bathrooms, shower rooms and laundry rooms were neat and clean. Ventilation in bath/shower rooms was not adequate. Back in, full hook-up sites were very muddy. Sites need some sort of ground cover, either pavers, stones or crushed shells. It was awful when wet after a rain.

Location, location, location. This is a great location, close to everything, shopping, sightseeing and beaches. The park is clean but a little on the older side. All the concrete slab are broken up a bit, tables a little older and the spots are a little unlevel but very doable. If your in a larger rv of any kind it can be a little tight. We would definitely come back to stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Camp sites and bathrooms / showers were clean. It was nice to have a small gas grill and table and chairs at our sit! KOA is close to stores, beach, & restaurants. Trolly stop at resort an added plus! Only negative which did not affect us was the playground equipment was moldy/ dirty and needed power washing.

Great staff. Nice facilities. Wish they had a hot tub. Sites well spaced. Ours was asphalt. First time having a gas grill on our site…nice touch! WiFi was poor. Had to sit outside at the empty site next door to get internet access. Oak trees shed their leaves everywhere and the trees do not provide that much shade. The oaks were more annoying than welcome.

Staff runs a smooth operation, easy check in, guide to site, and helpful if needed. Sites were clean and everything worked, water, electric and cable. Blocks from the beach and POI’s.

Spacious sites. Wifi ok. Only issue is the pool was unheated and algae had formed along the sides and bottom. An observation is that the American flag and Canadian flag out front were the same height. Definitely a NO NO. American flag is always hung higher. Overall close to historic downtown with shuttle and uber readily available. Oh, worst laundry facilities ever seen in our years of rv travel.

KOA in St Augustine was fabulous! The sites were super clean and each provided a gas grill and a set of table and chairs. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Delivered ice to our doorstep 😊. The lake is so peaceful and the paved roads making walking easy. Close to the beach and good restaurants ( Beachcomber).

if you have never camped at the ST Augstine Beach KOA Holiday before you should check it out beacuse the sights are clean and overall in my opnion its just a wonderfull place to camp at if you are looking for a place to camp at in the ST Augustine florida area. one thing that i have to say about the service is that they are very helpfull with any questions that you may have when you are booking your camp sight and overall very postive. one thing that i have to say about the location is that it is very quiet and you are right across the street from a shooping center with a dollor general and also a bank and also around the cornor from the camp ground is a few places to eat and the camp ground in my opnion is a great place. im going to reccomend this place to anyone that has not stayed there before to camp the place has to be one of my favorite places to camp in the saint Agustine florida area. will be returning to this place when ever im in the saint Agustine florida area this place is one of my favorite places to camp in saint Agustine florida area.
