This is probably our favorite spot in Florida!! Staff is great, park is extremely cared for and easy to navigate around. We will be back again and again!! Thanks for a great anniversary weekend!!!

Very nice & professional staff! Everything was clean & well manicured. Gary, maintenance man, & Gordon & Ivory, Camp Hosts, were all very pleasant, helpful, & seemed very happy! This is always a good sign of a well run campground! The Beach Bus as well as the trolley were very convenient. Thank you, d Worsnop �

We were there for 7 days and had a very nice time. The staff in the store were very friendly and helpful. The others not so. But over all had a very nice time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the St. Augustine KOA. The campsite was clean, level, and everything worked to our expectations. The bathrooms were exceptional! The best we have used in our camping journey. Unfortunately, the weather was not great the first two days of our stay, but we were so close to everything in St. Augustine that it didn't matter. We will be back again!

It is a nice campground. Central to all the tourist stuff in St Augustine and the surrounding area. The pool is nice and the office staff is friendly and helpful. The Wi-Fi was good. Getting cable reception was difficult. It kept going offline. Other campers around us said the same thing. The maintenance staff was not helpful figuring that out and kinda rude in general.

Stayed 2 weeks hear and loved it. Nice clean facilities and park. Would stay again. The only thing i could recommend is to spray for the cockle burs. They are really bad for pets.

Beautiful, clean campground. We had to leave early due to electrical issues with our camper and the campground representative was extremely helpful! Can’t wait to come back again.

The staff is very friendly. It was a very well maintained KOA. We loved walking our dogs around the large pond. Very peaceful stay. Might be time to update the patio furniture at the camp spots but over all we really enjoyed our lengthy stay here. I

Everything was perfect, the front desk was helpful and friendly. However, every other worker we had contact with was a poor experience. They didn't respond when we said Hi - every one of them 4 guys in golf carts and 1 lady cleaning the bathrooms. It was like they couldn't talk to us.

Concrete pad at our site (50) was crumbly and so small it barely fit the round table and four chairs. I paid for hot water (no big deal...only .50) to wash clothes but had cool not even warm in all three machines.

The staff was most helpful. The KOA was in a great location, close to the beach and just a few minutes to downtown. The park was very well kept and nice trees.

This is a great location for visiting the St. Augustine area. The sites are spacious and mostly level. It has good shade and a pond. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I have always loved coming to your camp ground! However I have to say- I was very disappointed this time! When we arrived-and assigned to our site- I could not believe what an ugly site it was! Esp when we were prob 8 in the park- and knowing sites are assigned on arrival, NOT preassigned! Every day I walked the campground and saw many other beautiful sites, ours just had a huge pile dirt/stumps

Great stay!! We'll be back, but.... there was a bush right outside our door on lot 77 that could be trimmed back or removed. Other than that, great location!!! Will HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a place near the beach and great restaurants.

Gordon needs a new career. Disrespectful, condescending and rude to say the least. I rarely leave bad reviews, but Gordon earned it. Nice campground but I will never stay there again just because of how I was treated upon arrival. Had I not traveled 7 hours, I would’ve found a different place to camp. Gordon - get a life and read a book for dummies about customer service.

Beautiful area and campground. The trolley will pick you and bring you back if you don't want to drive into town. However, we enjoyed cruising around. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had a gorgeous site along the water. I highly recommend this campground!

Great staff, great location, wooded with a lake, we stayed in our RV for the Sing Out Loud festival, with no problems. The restrooms were clean and air conditioned, and the pool was sparkling clean. The camp store was well stocked, and the staff was knowledgeable. Would definitely stay again, maybe even rent a cabin for guests. The shuttle to the festival was only 3.3 miles away.

We camped in our pop up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom/showers are individual and spotless. Plenty of shade under trees. Overall visit was fantastic.
