Customer service was great and the staff was very kind. The location was convenient, but the price did not match the park. For a KOA Holiday, expectations were higher. The sites were very snug, the patio was small, and the “lake” was really a narrow man-made canal with cabins on the other side. Visually, the park was small and not very appealing overall.

We stayed 3 nights and loved having free transportation every night to see the Christmas lights in old town. The bathrooms were clean as was the campground itself.

It was great, only reason it didn’t get 5 was the random drunken homeless chick that started yelling at 7am. I’d recommend a bit more security in the evening/early morning. We were pleased to see how quickly a resident responded and the local police. We never felt unsafe, just wanted to wake up naturally haha. Great staff and very clean.

We are very sorry about this disturbance. Our staff responded within minutes of being notified, and the nice thing about being across the road from the police station is that police were here in minutes. Thankfully no one was hurt, nothing was vandalized or stolen, but we apologize for the yelling

This is our fourth stay at this campground so they must be doing something right. It's quiet and conveniently located to all the fun things to do.

This was a stop over on our way home. Campground was clean, sites were large, staff friendly and nice. Wish we had been able to stay for a longer time. We will come back and explore the area

The sites are very small, roads are in poor condition, site was so narrow we couldn’t put our awning out due to trees, pool was freezing with no heat so we couldn’t use it.

The camp is highly clean, and the workers are friendly and respectful. The water and the electricity are in good conditions, the cabins are cleand and maintenance .

We gathered with our adult kids and grandchildren at this KoA. We had a campsite and a cabin to accommodate everyone for the Nights of Lights holiday event. We had a blast cooking and hanging out for the weekend. Would definitely recommend. Gordon at office was a true MVP. Actually everyone at the office was great. We will definitely be going again.

Loved the stay! Was concerned with our 65’ length but it was easy in and easy out. Check in was easy except we ended up blocking the road inbound do to multiple check in at the same time. We ended up turning into the shopping center to the north and turned around so as to not block the lane of the street you are on. All worked out well.

Loved our stay. You have a wonderful park. Quit and well maintained. Only complaint was having to wait on street to check in. Unfortunately was a very busy day for checking in.

Friendly staff that made our visit more pleasant. Nice bathhouse with individual shower rooms and toilet rooms that were spacious. Convenient trip (walk if you're up to it- about 3/4 mile) to the beach. Our site was very close to level and easy to get set up on. The only downside was that I thought the water pressure was a little inconsistent- sometimes quite good, but sometimes it dropped a bit.

Showers were dirty and location is not that ideal. 'Free' bus to center is not 'free'.

This is our 2nd time stay here and we love this KOA! We recommend this KOA to all our camping friends and will definitely be back

We had an amazing time at the St. Augustine KOA. There are so many amenities that made it very comfortable. Our dog loved the dog park and walking around the campground. The bathrooms were always very clean, the trash pickup was very convenient, and all the staff was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again. Thank you to the wonderful staff for everything!

Very loud backed up to a car wash that was loud and very bright lights both nights. So far our worst koa stay yet.

This campground is very noisy. It’s right near a heavily trafficked road and our site was butted up to a car wash. There was constant noise. The only good thing about staying here is that it’s 1 mile from the beach at 4 miles from the historic district.

We are sorry this impacted your stay. Next time, our lakeside sites do tend to be a lot quieter as they are in the middle of the KOA

WE loved our stay in the buddy sites, just wish they were paved but that is a small wish. We will be back

While the grass is nice, it is quite messy in the Florida humidity. It would be nice for all RV sites to have concrete space to avoid the really messy and wet grass!

We really enjoy St Augustine KOA. It is one of our favorite places to stay. Grounds are neat, awesome staff, clean bathrooms, easy check-in. So centrally located. We go 2 x’s a year.

Every time we come to Saint Augustine, we stay at this KOA it’s fantastic. The staff is great. The sites are clean and it’s close to many things we like to enjoy. You can go downtown in no time or go to the beach.

It was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly. And the campground was really easy to navigate, especially with all the sites being pull through!

We camped in our pop up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathroom/showers are individual and spotless. Plenty of shade under trees. Overall visit was fantastic.
