Ladies at the front were so courteous and helpful. Restrooms and showers were immaculate. The grounds were very clean and attractive. Eve n the alligator was friendly. Loved the place.

Sites fairly level, situated to neighbor so have private feel when outdoors, reasonable regulations that campers seem to abide by, no dogs off leash, and pleasant walking around pond. Sites well cared for. The best shower/bathroom facilities have ever had at any campground. Free shuttle service is a pleasant perk.

We stayed for the week and it was great. Quiet, serine, good amenities. I loved that the shuttle bus came to take you to historical downtown. Saved on gas for us and parking.

It was our second time staying. Last year we brought our RV this year we stayed in a cabin. It was small, but we knew it would be. Staff is very friendly, property and cabin very clean. We'll be back!

Wonderful campground. Bathrooms are spotless, the pond is full of fun wildlife, the staff is amazing. Will stay again. Great sites too.

Bright street light in tent area. Poor placement of tent area right by roadway with no real barrier to stop road noise.

Very disappointed for a KOA. Not the look of KOAs we’ve been to throughout the country. Just looked messy. The “lake” they mentioned is a long pond. The sites are short and tight. Had to ask 2 neighbors to move their cars so we could get out. Could barely get in our site. Had to move fire rings and drive on grass and patio and back up a few times. Won’t be back. Not the KOA feel we’re us

We stayed for a week in a 41 Ft Diesel Pusher with TOAD. Great campground, immaculately maintained, great staff. A little pricey but this is to be expected in a tourist town. Highly recommend this campground!

We stayed for a week. Everything was great. The staff keeps the place spotless and are always driving around . Very close to all the attractions . Will definately go back. We were in a 40ft mh and pull thus are big and long and easy to maneuver.

Smelled like rat infested dead mice. Disgusting !! Bathroom drain stopper broken. Paid for six (6) nights, but left after two (2) nights, without refund cause it was so disgusting. Disgusting!!! Worse place we ever stayed!! Stinky, smelly!! Of course, will never go there again. Man at desk was very rude and obnoxious. He thought he was cute by insulting me.

Enjoyed the location between historic St Augustine and St Augustine beach. The sites are small but ours was near turtle lake. We saw many different kinds of turtles and cool birds.

Excellent, the cleanest bath house and laundry I have ever seen at a campground. Loved the setup with the individual shower rooms. Very friendly and help staff.

Plenty of staff. All very kind and willing to share tons of info about the local area. Bathrooms were clean and pool was nice. Well stocked store and great location. Would definitely stay here again.

If you have never stayed at the Saint Augustine Beach Koa holiday in Saint Augustine, Florida, I highly recommend that you check it out because the rooms there are very spacious. One thing that I have to say about the service at the saint Augustine Beach Koa campground is that they are very welcoming to all the guests and willing to answer any questions that you may have regarding your reservation or anything that you may need for your campsite during your stay at this amazing campground. One thing that I have to say about the location is great because you're right across the street from a shopping center with a dollar general and also in the same location there is also a bank. One thing that I have to say about the service that I received there the last time that I was there. It was amazing, and the people who were working at the check-in were super helpful and willing to answer any questions that we had they answered them for us, and it's a great place to camp at In the saint Augustine Florida area. One thing that I have to say about the cleanliness of the camp ground Is that it's very clean and organized and overall not a lot of trash anywhere and overall it's just a wonderful place to enjoy a great time with your friends and family in the saint Augustine Florida area. In my conclusion, this place, by far, has exceeded my expectations for one of my favorite places to camp in the Saint Augustine Florida area.

KOA in St Augustine was fabulous! The sites were super clean and each provided a gas grill and a set of table and chairs. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Delivered ice to our doorstep 😊. The lake is so peaceful and the paved roads making walking easy. Close to the beach and good restaurants ( Beachcomber).
