Urban campground but felt like we were in the wilderness. Extremely clean grounds, clean lake with no trash, very clean and comfortable bath house and rest rooms and the cabins were nice and clean. One of the only campgrounds I've bought good fire wood that lit well and burned clean. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Trash pick up at our site was nice. Great location to Downton.

Older Park, way too many barking dogs. Seriously you need to put them in a section away from others. WiFi very weak seemed like dial up speeds.4g and 5g cell signals faster. Sites are right on top of each other with sparse vegetation.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst KOAs we’ve stayed at. Dirty, unfriendly staff. Only reason we have been here 2 times is because it is close to Historic Downtown St Augustine and a few minutes to the beach. Needs much attention.

We had a wonderful time the campground itself is in perfect condition our cabin was nicely cleaned and enjoyed sitting out on the deck and fishing and watching all the turtles. Everything was very lovely and exactly what I had read. The maintenance staff was exceptional we had one little problem and they were right there and they are so polite and very good at their jobs.

Short stay, but quiet surroundings and friendly staff were appreciated. It’s a pretty small park and the “lake” is just a canal, but it was still pleasant. I feel like it was quite overpriced, but if you can afford it, it’s a nice little campground.

We only had a stop over but it was nice since we met up with family there we could believe how high the hop on hop off ride was so that was a dissapointment.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Restrooms / showers were clean, comfortable and safe. Campground was pleasant....a little loud because of motorcycles, but they were on their last day or two when we arrived. Location is excellent....close to beach, restaurants and downtown. KOA staff was exceptional.

Butter than an average KOA. Our site was nice, the campground is quiet and the showers/bathrooms were clean and up to date. You need shelves in the shower for soap, shampoo, etc

Very nice small campground. Very conveniently located by the beach, city bus stops at the park throughout the day. We were welcomed by their friendly staff at the front desk who was helpful in giving us information about getting around the city. We enjoyed cooking dinner on the gas grill that comes with the site as well as enjoyed the patio furniture. We will be back early spring!

We had a wonderful time. The park was well kept, the office staff was very helpful and the park was very quiet and peaceful. It also had a lot of amenities.

Our stay was 9 days. The staff was friendly. The site was clean and no problem with hookups. Great location convenient to beach and great restaurants. If you want to take the trolley tour in historic St. Augustine, you can buy your tickets onsite and the beach trolley picks up at the office , takes you to the downtown area . No fighting the area traffic and searching for limited parking!

If you have never stayed at the Saint Augustine Beach Koa holiday in Saint Augustine, Florida, I highly recommend that you check it out because the rooms there are very spacious. One thing that I have to say about the service at the saint Augustine Beach Koa campground is that they are very welcoming to all the guests and willing to answer any questions that you may have regarding your reservation or anything that you may need for your campsite during your stay at this amazing campground. One thing that I have to say about the location is great because you're right across the street from a shopping center with a dollar general and also in the same location there is also a bank. One thing that I have to say about the service that I received there the last time that I was there. It was amazing, and the people who were working at the check-in were super helpful and willing to answer any questions that we had they answered them for us, and it's a great place to camp at In the saint Augustine Florida area. One thing that I have to say about the cleanliness of the camp ground Is that it's very clean and organized and overall not a lot of trash anywhere and overall it's just a wonderful place to enjoy a great time with your friends and family in the saint Augustine Florida area. In my conclusion, this place, by far, has exceeded my expectations for one of my favorite places to camp in the Saint Augustine Florida area.

KOA in St Augustine was fabulous! The sites were super clean and each provided a gas grill and a set of table and chairs. The staff is amazing, friendly and helpful. Delivered ice to our doorstep 😊. The lake is so peaceful and the paved roads making walking easy. Close to the beach and good restaurants ( Beachcomber).
