Staff were friendly. The bathrooms were lacking cleanliness and were not cleaned that evening or the following morning.The landscape and the cows in the near by field were relaxing to watch.

A consistent bathroom/shower cleaning time would have been nice. Other than that the tent sites are well shaded, something often missing from other KOA.

Very friendly staff & the tent sites were very well maintained, but the bathrooms were the worst of any KOA I've stayed at. Cold air blowing on showers kept you from being comfortable. Very dirty floors and fixtures, and lots of hair on the ground. (I recognize that it's a result of fellow campers & not the KOA itself but man people are nasty)

Nice facilities. Only 4 tent sites and no grass, only a few inches of wood chips over rocky base, so it was difficult to get tent stakes to stay in the ground. RV spots looked ok but I won't stay in a tent site again. Nice clean showers and nice rec. room.

Location is great. Would appreciate a bit more cleaning in restrooms and showers. Also, would appreciate a bit more space between tent sites. Fewer number of sites in the area would mean a better experience.

Yellow jackets in the pedistal at the site. Wet or disgusting bathhouse. Tent site was the most unbelievably uncomfortable. Clearly only care about RVs.

Amenities were great. Well above average. However, the mosquitos were unbearable and we wound up packing up and leaving a day early they were so bad. Secondly, the allotted space per site is too small. I was in a tent site. The electric, water, table and fire pit were great! However, When I awoke in the morning, I had a neighbors tent within two feet of my tent.

Staff friendly and helpful. Good amenities. Tent sites close together so when they smoked, we smelled it in out tent. Tent sites are closest to highway, so quite loud. Sites are flat and we'll shaded.

It was a blast! My kids loved the Arcade room and they have a really fun bowling center. We were thrilled there was a microwave and a fridge to keep our food in during our stay. It was 90 degrees outside so it was a nice getaway for all of us to recharge our bodies. We loved going to see Bridal Veil Falls and all of the neat hikes that were only 20 minutes away! I enjoyed the staff, clean restroom

We had tent parking. It was OK, but it felt at times like we were in a gravel parking lot. The bathroom and showers were close by, they were ok. We went to use the recreation room and it looked as if most of it was not kept up pool tables needed to be cleaned bowling alley had pins laying around, I didn’t know where to get tokens although I assumed it would’ve been the front desk. The person managing was very, very accommodating. Unless I missed signs, I feel that they should put signs at the bathhouse to say when and what time they are going to be cleaning and same with the clubhouse. I had to find someone to let me in to get stuff out of the refrigerator because they said they close it on Mondays for cleaning. There is no sign out there for that.

Great people staying there, not enough around the tent secure tie offs. Bathrooms were pungent. Checkout is a bit early, would love to get later checkout. Staff were friendly.

It was great and convenient. The bathrooms were kept suitably clean though I arrived at the end of the day and probably saw the worst of it. Check in was easy and convenient

Four of six showers not working. Had to move to different site because someone parked in ours before we returned late at night. No toilet paper in three of the restrooms. We've stayed here several times a year for 10 plus years and notice a decrease in restroom maintenance.

At least three shower/toilet rooms were out of order in some way, no shower spray, and no signs were posted. No toilet paper in at least one room, really disgusted after getting ready for shower and using toilet first ! Bad bad !

Great location just far enough off of I-15 so you don't hear all of the freeway noise and right next to a truck stop which made our trip a one-stop shop for gas and propane. The park was clean and the facilities where great, no wind and plenty of shade this made our experience a pleasant one after the train wreck of our prior stay in Toquerville. Nothing like spys like us from the owners of that park you can't eve walk the park or it's facilities without even feeling invaded upon. This park was a breath of fresh air.

This campground is clean and well maintained. The amenities are wonderful. The area is absolutely beautiful. It's not hard to find a great place to stay around here, but you won't experience the hospitality like that of the Springville/Provo KOA. The staff make all the difference. They are family oriented and generously kind. I would recommend this campground any day!

Very nice campground with plenty of dog areas. Camp hosts Sadie and Devin were great and super helpful and accommodating! Excellent customer service! Spaces are large with picnic table included. Lots of games for kids to play and basketball court and pool. Will definitely go back.
