I stayed there twice in a weeks time, on my way to and from Idaho from where I live in Western Colorado. I was just passing thru both times this trip but will definitely stay here again when I come to the SLC area to play. Clean facilities and nice people

The staff was amazing. They made our stay feel like home. The club house is the best I’ve seen at any KOA.

Everything was great. We arrived late so had to self register. All went well, even had an insulated water stand & small candy dish. Thank you. We will be back.

Arrived on Sunday - our site number and map were inside night registration box. Proprrty was nice and clean. Bathroom/Laundry/Shower area clean.

Nice place but sites are very skinny and it makes it hard to pull a 44" trailer into the site. Also the entrance/exit is not large trailer friendly. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Nice park. We have stayed here before and we’re looking to staying again but as nice as the showers were at one time. The shower valves were all broken except one. I had to go from shower to shower on wet slippery floors after I had to get redressed from the first non functioning shower. There is a reason for a plumbing code and that is to prove a functional shower where a person can reach the

Nice place! It was very cold, so I didn’t stay outside very long, but the beautiful mountains behind are gorgeous! Glad I stayed there!

We really needed support from the staff to resolve an issue that left our coach unable to travel but they were unwilling. Even though it was a weekend, someone should be available.

We got in late after the office was closed and had to leave prior to the office being open. The message on the voice mail was excellant and easy to follow. The organization of the late arrival materials was superb an very easy to use. So please give kudos to the office help. Truely it was the easiest experience ever. The facilities were some of the nicest we have seen on our 4500 mile/ 33 day trip

We’ve stayed here before and have always enjoyed our stay. This trip was just a little different. When we arrived the office was closed. We were unaware of how to check in. Finally figured it out. We were a little slow figuring it out. A heads up would have been appreciated. The trains this time we’re very noisy. That said the staff has always been friendly and helpful!! We will be back !!

The campground is clean and well organized. I would like to have seen recycling facilities. Also online it does not state that there are showers which there were and they were really nice. Does KOA include discounts for Dyrt membership or AAA?

This is just a mediocre park. The fee is too high. Spots are jammed close together and Wi-Fi is horrific. Our own personal hotspots did not even work. The facilities are clean. It’s just Ok for a quick overnight stop but I would not spend an extended amount of time here.

A bit confusing when we arrived, as we chose not to reserve early (never sure where we'll end our day) & the office was closed (Sunday & Mondays) weren't sure where we could park!! I did call # on brochure, was told to pick a site, left my #. Noticing the reservations file we wrote down all those sites so we wouldn't pick any!! As Tue they were open was able to go in, register & pay!!

We just stayed one night as we were traveling across country. The Springville/Provo KOA was very comfortable. The one standout thing about it, as travelers, it was easy to find and easy to get to.

The KOA location was close to the I-15 but not noisy. The office staff were friendly. We had great cell coverage. We were close to a quaint town. The only downside was the RV sites were alittle close to the neighbors.

I liked everything about the park except the dog run. Half of the park is bare dirt. The other half was weeds that appeared to have not been mowed in several weeks. The park has a severe slope that makes walking in the park somewhat dangerous. The lights didn't work so it was very dark at night.

Stayed one night, beautiful campsite, with grass island on one side. Bathroom showers need to be renovated pretty disgusting worst on our month long travels. Diffucult to access the bathroom due to outdated lock. Office staff very helpful when purchasing propane.

We were just passing through for a 1night stay and we liked that it was close to the hiway but far enough to not hear it. Very well organized and check in was seamless

The check in person initially assigned me and my 45’ vehicle to a space that required a near 90 degree turn to access. We asked for and got another space. Was not happy to see that pool was closed, including the pool deck, apparently, so that one could not simply lay out and catch some rays in the pleasant weather. Dog park was average, coupled w/lots of rules about dogs on precious grass

This is a beautiful park. It is very well set up so it is easy to park. We were greeted when we pulled up by a gentleman who helped us to our spot and helped us get set up. I made a reservation so the paperwork was done. We didn't even have to get out of the coach. We felt welcomed. The streets are paved and the spaces were concrete and large. There was a maintained dog park.

The staff here is just the best! We have been here for months and dont get the bad reviews people leave here. The location is really beautiful here. The sites are clean and well taken care of. There are many sites here and many cabins as well. Lots of kiddos here make for a fun family time. Trash bins on all four corners makes life simple. Wi-Fi here can be good at times, but we did get our own network set up. We have met some really fun people here that make me feel like were are in the right place. I really ❤ KOA camp grounds. We have stayed at many but this might be the best.

Great experience, called in to make a reservation for the same day. Late check-in was no issue. All the bathrooms in the building closest to the entrance are set up so you have a complete room to yourself (with shower, toilet, and sink). The ones I saw were clean and had lots of sturdy hooks to hang my stuff up. The water pressure was lovely, and it actually got hot. The only issue is that many of the shower facilities had broken control handles. They use the style with one handle to control pressure and a separate smaller one to control temperature. In all but one, the temp controll was broken off. Fortunately, there wasn't a line waiting for showers, so the disrepair was not an immediate issue.
