We were just there one night, passing through on our way from Seattle to Zion. Our site was supposed to be full hookups, but there was no water and we needed to connect to the empty site next door's water. Also, the back in sites should be set up on the diagonal instead of perpendicular for easier access. The club room, rest rooms & showers were very nice and the location convenient.

sprinkler flooding on our site. contacted late night text and was ignored all night. next morning no one contacted me, still haven’t receive a refund. stay away.

Really enjoyed our stay in site 222 . We've stayed a number of times over the years and this was our best site. we look forward to staying there again in the near future. Enjoyed venturing out to explore the PROVO river trail and Bridal Vail falls and Hobble Creek area.

This KOA is easy to get to from the highway. Staff is courteous. Our site fit our needs. We will stop agai on our way home.

Staff was awesome, just to crowded for us. Bathroom cleanliness needs much more attention. Consider cleaning them more than 1 time per day on Holiday weekends.

It is a pity that a potential nice campground is hindered by bad maintenance. Out of six showers only two were working. Pool was also out of order. All sanitary buildings were dirty and were not cleaned while we were there. Next to our site, that looked more like a parking space than a campground other campers parked their cars and caused a lot of disturbance. Will certainly not come again.

The cabin was dirty! There were ants climbing the wall by the pull out bed my kids slept in. There was no kitchen garbage. The bathroom shower faucet was broken! Very disappointed. We love staying at a KOA cabin. This one needs major cleaning!

Not a bad place but you have alot of long term campers don't get me wrong people have to live somwhere.Instead of spreading them all over the park try and keep them in one area looks like 30% of the campers are long stays.As for the rules please inforce them.There were more than 10 campers with pet fencing put up.The staff is friendly and helpful-campground is very easy to get to-sites are okay.

Quiick Check-in. Staff very nice. Gas and grocery stores near-by. No issues with power/water. I kept getting kicked-off the wifi.

Great, quiet, only issue is reservation service put us in a 29’ spot & we are 40’ & towing. Tina at the front desk was great & put us in a correct length spot. Glad we arrived early & one was available!

Location is very convenient to I15 and sites are easy to dock with all the necessities done right. Not a resort itself but convenient to many. Bathroom laundry facilities are outstanding and very well maintained. Its a quiet, private park with no bad actors in my 5 nights. My minimal exposure to staff was very positive. Simply a pleasant stay with zero issues. Highly recommend!

We had a great time! It was a weekend & it was still quiet. Loved the campers & the helpers. Very clean. Also, very easy to get to off of I-15.

Wi-fi was not working. Restrooms were clean but water was all over the floor from the shower. That can be very dangerous to older people with osteoporosis. Staff was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Sites were clean and well maintained. I will return if they fix the wi-fi to make it functional. Overall, though I enjoyed my stay. Very peaceful.

Very friendly office help very nice clean facility. I enjoyed the showers and bathrooms. I enjoyed the game room clubhouse. The property itself look nice and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The camping site that I was assigned did not have enough room for both my fifth wheel and truck. Very narrow as well. The neighbors canopy almost hit my RV. Internet was basically non existent. Could not log on at all. The club house was very nice. The bathrooms were nice, but closed for cleaning between 0800-0900 when they are needed most. . Toilet seat covers missing and no hand soap .

Given a space but someone else was in it. Given another space very in level due to roots from a tree in parking area. We paid premium for the initial spot and was told we would receive a $20 rebate.

Shower handle broken & could only get scalding hot water. Informed the staf twice befor handle was removed so no one got hurt. A sign on the shower would have been nice so you don't undress & set up for a shower to find it dosen't work.

The pet off leash area was a hike, and it’s an absolute train wreck! Not sure who decided a bar like picnic table was a good idea, where’s a family of 4-6 supposed to eat, in the grass? At least the grass was mowed this time. Rest rooms were clean.

When arriving at the cabin discovered that the kitchen trash can and no bag liner in it. Upon entering the bathroom there was hair in the bathtub/shower,. The office had closed right after we checked in so there was no one to tell and we left before the opened the next day. We use KOA cabins alot and have not experienced this at any other KOA. Everything else in the cabin was good.

Restrooms reeked of sewage. No soap, not even a soap dispenser, in 3 of the restrooms. No hot water in 1. No toilet paper in 4 of the restrooms. All of this mid day when they can easily be checked by employees. Koa's have gotten a little pricey lately but this one was definitely not worth the price being chatged.

While our site was a deluxe site, we had a little difficulty getting lined up due to the narrow drive through slot. The folks that greeted us were very friendly and recommended an excellent Mexican restaurant when we inquired. All in all, we had a nice one-night stay.

Rough sidewalks and driveways, dangerous for the handicapped. No soap or seating in restrooms, overpriced.

This KOA is a great place to stay. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a family emergency and they worked with us through out our stay. The park is right off the freeway. This park has a lot of amenities plus washers and dryer s. Very nice place to stay.
