Sodus Point has SOOOO much to see and do, here are a few things, but please don't hesitate to ask our friendly staff during your stay. We all have our favorites!
In operation since July 4, 1985, it receives over 20,000 visitors each year.
It is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day each year.

The Village of Sodus Kayak Launch is located at the end of South Ontario Street on Sodus Bay. Launch Hours: Monday - Sunday 6:00 AM - 11:00 PM and it is Handicap Accessible.

Burnap's is located by Lake Ontario in Sodus, New York. While driving along Lake Road in Wayne County, you can find Burnap's on your way to Pultneyville or Sodus Point.
They offer Pick-Your-Own of many different fruits, sell farm fresh fruits and vegetables, and bake some of the best pies around. When you are finished with one of the farm to table lunches, don't forget to try one of their homemade desserts or ice cream on a homemade waffle cone.

Martin's Tidesides Marine at Arney's Marina is a full service marina located on Sodus Bay, offering seasonal dock slips, winter boat storage, engine service and more! Dockage includes Seasonal, Nightly, Weekly and Monthly.

Conveniently located on Great Sodus Bay, Katlynn Marine features the largest, most well-protected deep water marina on the south shore of Lake Ontario. Come for a visit and see why so many boaters call Katlynn Marine their home away from home for vacation cruisers, great loopers, and season-long guests alike.

Sodus Bay, located just a mile from the campground, is a beautiful spot to explore by paddle. The calm and clean waters of the bay provide plenty to explore as much or as little as you desire. Sodus Bay Outfitters offers rentals, while Sill Landing offers a kayak launch for public use.
A short distance from our campground are great hiking trails!
The Sodus Point area is excellent to explore by bike. Wayne County's Let's Go Bike program offers a great bike route map for cyclists who want to see it all.
We all know there's the Big Apple, but New York State is home to a lot of other apples, too. The Sodus Point/Lake Ontario KOA is located in the heart of Apple Country, and there are many orchards to explore during your stay with us.
Charter a boat on Lake Ontario or Sodus Bay for an exciting day of fishing. The lake's main fish species include chinook/king salmon, coho salmon, rainbow trout, brown trout, lake trout, northern pike, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, walleye and carp.
