Great staff. Nice park. Downside is that 3 pages of waviers to sign is ridiculous. I don't mind waviers for things under my control but having to accept to sign waviers for things not under my control is unacceptable.

So convenient just off of I-95, but you can't really hear and you can't see the Interstate. Friendly staff, escorts to site, tons of shade. Great place to stop on our way to and back from Florida.

This was an overnite trip to return home to Virginia. This campground is within 5 hours of home, so will return to enjoy the amenties offered. What contact we did have with staff, all seemed to be knowledgeable and professional.

Bathroom needs some work . In the men's room only two out of four toilets worked . Of the two working toilets one the toilet tissue holder was broken. The closed toilets had good holders, so why not take one from there and fix the problem. Trash holder over flowing and clothes shelf by shower was very dirty . Could use updated showers

While the setting on Lake Marion was beautiful, the sites were not very level for RVs, and the bathhouse was worn and in need of an update. We don’t use KOA much but I did expect better.

It’s a good stop over, but it needs some upgrades especially the roads. We’ve stayed here several times and have seen the decline.

Long term stay for a work assignment. Very lovely staff and quit location. Limited amenities and in need of updates if you had kiddos to entertain but the scene is peaceful and quiet and moments from shopping and restaurants. I felt safe and property was secured.

It was a clean campground and the folks there were friendly but it was not a typical KOA. Half of the toilets were broken and closed. The one toilet I used had a broken toilet paper dispenser falling off the rack. I think at least one of the showers were out of order as well. The campsite itself was not very level and there were large ruts that could easily be filled.

Staff was very helpful. Pizza delivery was a nice option, and the pizza was very good. The campground was very nice: We had only reserved for an overnight stay on our way home, but will return for a multi-night stay. The internet was good, which is very important to me.

Just a short overnight in between destinations. The staff were great, friendly, accommodating. It was getting dark and they were very helpful to get us to site. The little convenience store was a lifesaver! We were tired and hungry! The pizza hit the spot! We had a full hook up, site was clean, spacious. The campground sure needs repairs..the price is high traffic is loud …site are not level and we paid 63.00..

Noce grounds if you like rustic. The reason I did not give it a 5 star is because the roads need some grading. They are a bit bumpy for a larger Class A like mine.

Convenient off interstate 95, pizza delivery available. Bath houses are clean but outdated. Right next to lake, which was very nice. Sites are close together. Wi-Fi available, but not very good, only a fair signal from my site, no cable like other KOA parks I have stayed in, but able to pick up over the air channels. Staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed one night on the way to Florida. Easy on and off Interstate 95 right on the lake. Office staff were very nice. We had a pull through site which was very accommodating.

We loved looking out at the beautiful lake. The sites were a little tricky because of tree roots. The women at the front desk were so friendly and helpful.

The people are super nice and accommodating. The only reason for not giving a perfect score is the WiFi service is terrible. The other reason is the RV parking areas need some gravel put on them. They are a muddy mess.

Only spent one night, but camp looks nice. Plenty of trees to provide plenty of shade. Very nice beach area. Sites looked nice and mostly level.

This was a good overnight stop on our way home. Very close to I-95, easy on/off the highway. It looks like it would be nice to stay awhile in nicer weather. They have a pool, hot tub, and lake front beach with Adirondack type chairs. (And they have a very friendly cat to welcome you! She came running up meowing and let us pet her. So cute!) Only downside is the muddy roads/sites if it rains.

Beautiful park close to the interstate, easy in and out. Located on Lake Marion, beautiful beach, scenic views and peaceful. We were in H2 site and had great views of the beach and water. We will definitely be back again
