Staff friendly. Able to order pizza on site. Pool was too warm, bathrooms need to be updated but were very clean. Just old. Very convenient to I95. Would stay again, good overnight stop.

Many sites were uneven, we had to move our motorhome due to the site not being level. However theStaff was friendly and accommodating.

We found ourselves in mechanical trouble as we arrived but the crew was able to accommodate us during this problem and Michael, the general manager went far and beyond to help us solve our issue, we cannot thank him enough for his help, assistance and attention. To us, he's a hero.

Was very nice, but I didn't see a lot of things to do. There was a pool and the beach/lake, but otherwise it didn't offer us much.

Love the campgrounds but the bathroom/showers are gross. Showers are very small and broken on floor. The air filter next to shower is very dirty. The bath area needs to be remodeled. Other than that, we love it. The people are great that work there.

This is the worst KOA we've ever visited.The bathrooms were dirty,which was a major turnoff. We were also plagued by sewage flies that seemed to target your eyes and mouth.To top it off, the water wasn't working and no refund offered. If I could give a negative rating for the physical campground,absolutely would.staff, who were friendly helpful. Until Renovations won’t be back.

The ladies in the office were great. The problem was the ant problem was really bad. Then we ran out of water the day before we left.

This KOA is very rundown. Our electric did not work when we first arrived (4:30pm)at 8:30pm we no longer had water, got up in the middle of the night and still no water, in the morning was told it would take a couple of hours to fix, checked out of the campground at 9am and the water was still not working was not able to take a shower or use bathroom. Not a good experience and will not be back.

Check in/store attendant provided excellent service, explained additional amenities (delivery services). Overall appearance - poor, unkept. Trash overflowing with flies at trash can entering office. Grass overgrown except for 10-15 campsites that were used on a regular basis. Bath house was nasty, flying insects had overtaken one the shower in the ladies bath house. Park could be a gem.

Woke in the morning and the camper was full of ants. Been three days now still trying to get rid of them. This was a one-night stay on the way to FL.

Stayed C-01; Beautiful view minus the overgrown bushes blocking the Lake; ants everywhere. The bath-house closest to the site was covered in Gnats, difficult to use the bathroom and the shower floor was covered as well. The pool was not pleasing nor up to health department codes. Unhooking ants were all over the shorelines and made their way inside. NOT worth the price/advertised. DISAPPOINTED!!

Loved the view from our site, site was a little wonky. Site was level where we parked the motorhome, but right outside the door the site was unlevel with alot of roots. But it won't stop us from staying again. Staff was very friendly, polite and informative.

Very nice campground. The only negative note is that your dirt roads/site accesses need to be grated and leveled. Thank you for a very good stay!

The location on the lake is beautiful. The bathrooms need updating. Fixtures may be clean but are old and chipped. The children’s pool is filled with brown water. My rig was infested with ants coming in through my water hose hookup.

The people were very friendly. And the lake was wonderful. The problem was most of the sites were not level at all. In addition, there was a huge problem with ants. Not sure what they could do about either of these issues but they were definitely issues.

Made a reservation in advance for a Sunday stay Campground was empty and I was put in a washed out unlevel campsite. I asked to be put in a level site and was changed an additional $2.00. For real... charged an additional $2.00 is more important than to have a happy camper. Not the KOA way.

on a scale of 1 to 10: Sites - 1* grounds -0* Pool -3 Baths and showers 2* very dated, fiber glass broken and peeling in shower stalls, floor dirth, weeds grown access to bath access', fiber call coming off wall, toilets ver out dated. wifewoos not use the baths, 4.Live on site employees trailers are dilapidated, worn, dirty, no door knobs Bath/shower access. How can I send pictures , bad!

While we still had a very nice stay, the grounds are in need of improvement. There is hardly any gravel left on the campsites, bathrooms were in need of a deep clean, and the power at our site was not working when we go there. They did get it fixed, but it took about 30 minutes, which was time our camper was not able to start cooling off. The wifi was not good. Pool should stay open later.

It was ok but to expensive for the level of campground. Our site was on a hill and very hard to get our tow vehicle rehitched. The bathrooms need updating. The location is wonderful on the lake but the whole place seemed run down.

Traveling down to Florida, and we found this KOA on Google maps. Staff was very friendly, and easy to talk to. We had a pleasant and quiet stay for the night. A nice quick and easy reast stop after a long day of travel.

Bathrooms filthy and require upgrades and repairs. Store stock has much to be desired. BIG ANT PROBLEM...GOT THEM IN MY RV. When there is a group. NEED TO SELECT AN AREA TO BE TOGETHER PRIOR to arrival at campground. Numbered site map would be nice on website .IF THIS IS A REPRESENTATION OF KOA CAMPGROUNDS WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. 60 years of camping across country this is probably the worse

Great staff onsite very helpful. When we arrived our package was ready and we were escorted to our site by a younger black man, sorry I not get his name but he was courteous and asked if I needed any help setting up. No help was required but it was nice to be asked. Restrooms are a little outdated but when I did visit them they were clean and in good shape. The wi-fi needs improvement. A+stay.

Staff very friendly and attentive to campers needs. Nice roomy sites. But we stayed for a week and must have brought 1000+ ants back with us we had to spray the 5th wheel on return trip. Anthills everywhere...perhaps the grounds could be sprayed or whatever. Also; pool needed chlorine level boosted or even shocked. The pool sides were covered in algae all week and water was greenish

We have stayed here for years, at one point we were here once or twice a month. Now we are down to once or twice a year. This place needs major upgrades! The cabins are a waste of space and money! Spray for ants, fix the kiddie pool that has been closed for a year, playground equipment needs to be replaced. ENFORCE quiet time and kids jumping off dock! Most of the employees are great but thats it!

Very nice KOA campground. Sites are roomy and very well maintained. Owners were very welcoming and helpful. Gorgeous sunset over the north shore of Lake Marion.

Beautiful park close to the interstate, easy in and out. Located on Lake Marion, beautiful beach, scenic views and peaceful. We were in H2 site and had great views of the beach and water. We will definitely be back again
