No hot water in showers on H row bathhouse. WiFi was terrible, water at our site E3 was shut off for some time morning of departure. Maintenance details lacking, picnic tables need pressure washing, sites could use leveling, exterior light bulb missing on B bath houseems side.

We had a great time. I would recommend that they install wifi extenders so the whole campground has good wifi especially since there is no cable.

The Internet is not strong enough to support all of your campsites and I don’t know what’s wrong with your electric, but it would not even support my RV so we could not even run everything like the refrigerator because there was not enough power. You should have enough electric available for every campsite. It was a very disappointing experience!

Internet is still poor since July and we get same story about FTC is supposed to fix it since then. Under some construction now on one side. Pool needs upgrading by next season.

Dog walk is only in the front of the park, making for a very very long walk for small dogs. The campsites aren't kept nice. The lake view is beautiful bit that about all for this site. I won't return.

Area is beautiful, but roads need to be improved. They are too narrow and rutted. Campers and cars were unable to be completely off the road. We missed our turn in our 40 Class A and had to navigate through what felt like a gauntlet. I understand we are only stayed one night, & a premium spot is not a priority, but neither do I want to look out and see trash, debris, the road or propane tank.

We have all ways enjoyed the campground. The new shower house is fantastic and the pizza is still awesome.. the sun sets over lake are great. We stay here on our way home from our sons and one day we going to stay try fishing the lake

This campground needs infrastructure updating. The roads within campground are in bad condition. The sites all need refreshing. Unless this were to happen we would not stay here again.

Just stopped for an overnight on way south to Florida. Sites are fine and big enough to handle a 37" rv with tow car. The bathrooms desperately need an updrade. Staff were nice and helpful

My wife and I love staying at the Santee KOA. It located convenient to I95, sites are well-kept and long enough that we don't need to unhook for overnight stays. The staff is great! Friendly and always willing to assist!

The Santee KOA is in a great location and the staff is very friendly. They are in the process of making some improvements so WI-FI was spotty. On our return trip we stayed in the same site (A13) and we had a problem with ants both inside and outside our RV. We've stayed here a number of times and this is the first time we've had this issue. Thanks for being there for us.

All the employees were very welcoming upon arrival. I know you are doing some construction but you also need to keep up fixing and maintaining your roads in the campground.

I was genuinely disappointed by this particular KOA. Maybe I was ruined by my stay at the Baileyton TN KOA on how absolutely perfect it was. First thing out the gate, I'd not made a reservation so they were going to charge me a walk up fee. Total BS AND I am a KOA member. Anyhow, I went on the app in front of the gal and made my reservation. Not enough room to write about the rest of my stay.

Great location, lots of new stuff (new sewer hookups), doing more renos, however, roads are still dirt and gets messy on a rainy day. And for the first time ever, we woke up to ants in our camper ��‍��, and they didn't have any traps or spray in their store...

Easy in and out if campground to Highway 95. Friendly staff, and I always appreciate an escort to the site. This was a one night stay, but looking forward to seeing what the area has to offer and see the lake.

Complete bait-and-switch. The campground is rundown, the pool looks nothing like the photos, and our site was mud and so uneven that even with leveling jacks we were still leaning sideways. No Wi-Fi either. We were told the new fiber was “accidentally cut,” yet reviews show Wi-Fi complaints going back for months. I would never have booked this place if it were honestly represented.

We have enjoy everything about our stay, especially the people who work here. They're all friendly, and very attentive to keeping the park clean, even with all the construction going on, and handling any issues that may come up. Love it here

We stayed in the 3bd/bathroom house. This was a very clean and newly renovated house. It is close to the dock, play ground, and swimming area. Our visit was early October so a few things were not available; pool and putt putt. Lots of construction going on during our time but it didnt bother us. I will say that this place does not have a pool with lazy river, splash pad or fish shape kids pool, that is next door. The volleyball net needs to be replaced. The store does not supply essentials. Only ice cream and merch.

Spent a month at this KOA. Ruby was wonderful. Anything we needed, she went above and beyond. The campground is being renovated so there was some confusing things and Ruby explained everything and was just so helpful and sweet.
