It was very nice , we only stayed-night, but would stay again if in that area. Very easy pull thru site for motorhome pulling trailer behind .

Unfortunately, our site wasn't very level so we barely fit into it. As it was, we had a whole tire completely off the ground when we leveled the rv. Also, the handicapped shower in the bath house was completely unusable because the door was askew on the wrong side of the lock and couldn't be opened more than 1 inch.

Campground did not live up to KOA quality/ standards. Site was full hookup but had no working water. Site length was insufficient, many sites were unlevel. Would choose a different campground at that exit in the future.

The place is so outdated. They have not done a thing to this place but put up a few cabins. The rest has not seen a penny in it . Very sad I know they have new owners but they have not done a thing to update anything .

This RV park oozes old time charm with pine needles covering the road and site. The beach is nice and hosts spectacular sunsets. There were only a few other campers so it was quiet except for some road noise from I 95. The office staff was great.

We love staying at Santee koa ! Suzy at the desk is so pleasant! Mike who took us to our site was helpful - we have a problem with our faucet and he looks to see if he had spare parts to fix it ! Ruby was at the bathhouse when i was checking the showers out- she keeps the place immaculate! So happy with our stay!!

It was a restful stay from all the traveling we had done. The receptionist was very friendly. The office/store/common room was warm and tidy.

Only stayed overnight due to be on road traveling but great customer service ��� Making reservation with woman over phone was simple and easy. Also gentle man brought us to site and he was very helpful and knowledgeable of sites. Would love to come back for views of lake and great staff in campground. Thank you for a great stay���������

Staff was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. The park was clean and quiet with a camping vibe. The cons were the bathrooms are old, showers were in rough shape and need to be updated. Overall, would definitely go back to stay

The entire place was very well-taken care of. The staff were really friendly and helpful and it was eerily quiet, which was amazing! We will DEFINITELY be choosing this campground for our next trip! Oh, and make sure to check out the fishing pier and boat ramp. Very convenient!!

Beautiful lake, staff was nice - but the KOA was not well kept, from messy sites, poorly kept amenities/kids activities, filled trash cans, and dog poop on the grounds. Maybe they are more geared towards summer campers and it was an off-season fluke? It has great potential though.

We stayed in one of the cabins and it was a great place! The view of the lake was very nice and the park is very well kept! Shout out to the lot attendant who was very friendly and helpful! We had a great stay and enjoyed the area. This is only for feedback and in no way a complaint, the kitchen could use some additional pots and pans �

Nice location and friendly staff. The bath house in our part of the park could have been cleaner and was in need of some TLC. 45-minute drive to Congaree National Park. Close to I-95. Some road noise but not overwhelming. Would stay again.

This is a great place to stay for an overnight rest on a long journey. However, this would not be a "destination" campground for me. The sites are very rustic. On a positive note, the sites were level and the staff were friendly. I would stay here overnight again if I came back this way.

Santee Lakes is one of my favorite stops on my trips up or down to Florida. Love the waterfront beach and fishing pier.

Really appreciated the convenience of being able to check in late. The map and instructions were easy to use. My only minor complaint, and this is truly minor, is the tent sites without hookups are located "far" from the restrooms. They really aren't that far, but I camp alone and walking to shower at night can feel a bit unnerving. Would recommend this camp ground!

We absolutely loved our site. We had such a beautiful view of the lake with amazing sunsets every night. Definitely recommend this KOA. Their staff was very friendly and pleasant. We will definitely be back.

The toilet seat on one side was loose. I almost lost my balance and would have fallen into the glass shower if I hadn't caught myself. My husband tightened the bolt. The shower walls were very dirty. There needs to be a grab bar in the shower for safety. The floors were filthy; my white socks were black. You should make sure folks know the doorways are super small and cannot accommodate walkers.

Location on lake Marion is the draw here. With new owners I thought there would be more improvements not the case yet anyway. The grounds and sights need attention. The rest room in the H area was in desperate need of deep cleaning and updating. Even minor , cosmetic repairs would help. I don’t know about the larger RR IN row B. Nice park. Friendly staff. I hope they clean it up.

I realize this is an older KOA taken over by an "enterprise" earlier this year. Fresh paint and tile have improved the appearance greatly. Two picnic tables had nails protruding...not good. Overall a great place to stay with lake accommodations and friendly staff.

This is the first RV site I have stayed at that I had gear stolen. My power cord was stolen and the management at the KOA did not seem to concerned.

Great Campground, beautiful view. They are very accommodating. Trash pickup, pizza delivery, and at night they guide you to your campsite. No more driving around hoping you are in the correct spot. My only complaint is they dont have a gate that allows you to go to the Seafood restaurant right next door. If they had a gate it would take you 2 mins to get there. But no gate means 20 minute walk

Beautiful park close to the interstate, easy in and out. Located on Lake Marion, beautiful beach, scenic views and peaceful. We were in H2 site and had great views of the beach and water. We will definitely be back again
