Accommodating friendly staff. Have stayed here several times for overnight stays. Some things are out dated. Needs some improvements and upgrades.

Stayed just one night, wish we had stayed longer. H2 was our site, across from the beach and Lake Marion. We had issues with the electric, made the office aware. We will definitely be back on our next trip south this year

After their renovations, the campground will be very nice. Currently it needs alot of work. Baby pool or hot tub needs to up an running. Chairs on beach need to be cleaned. All staff members were very friendly.

Not maintained, bathrooms always need stocked and are dirty, dog park trash has sat overflowing with dog waste bags and people had to put their bags on top, was full time for almost 6 months and overgrown weeds all around also a ant problem. Electric boxes that don’t work . We have a 50 amp and had a 30 amp which knocked our electric out anytime I used microwave.They do not enforce pets on a lea

Would have been better had we not experienced the power shortages to our unit. Mike knew that the circuit breakers are going bad, so the company should’ve replaced them all instead of waiting for the campers to experience power outages after hours due to the old/bad overheating campground circuit breakers.

Very loud noise due to machinery on everyday we stayed. Couldn't eat outside due to the dust from constant traffic. We left 5 days early, Couldn't enjoy being outside of the camper. If I wanted to stay inside, why would I leave my own driveway?

Good campsite but not very level. The bathhouse could use a little remodel but there is plenty of room to walk the dogs and it is close to the golf courses we play.

The escort to our site was quick to realize we would need a larger site and found one that was easy for us to switch to. Although, we were disappointed when the restrooms were not available as promised, we know things don't always go as planned. Good luck with all the renovations!

Under construction which was not mentioned when I called. Hot tub was drained and inop. Sites were tight for my large rig and unlevel.

Cabin was very clean. We truly enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the construction but we understand yall are just making it more beautiful.

Just stopped for an overnight on our way from Florida to NY. The park had an easy check in process and we had no issues.

The original site had no shade, but the office staff happily moved my reservation to a site that fit my needs better. They were very welcoming & helpful!!

Great location, right on Lake Marion and not far from the 95 freeway. That made it very convenient to go travel around and see the sights. Getting into the sights was easy. We will be back again.

We reserved H-04 campsite and it was very level, clean and comfortable. The view from the site to the lake and distance to the restrooms/showers were good for all of us. My mom, who's 83 and handicapped, was riding when she was riding her golf cart and some very nice, generous folks invited her to their mom's birthday party. This was so special for mom because she loves meeting new people.

Only positive about this KOA is its proximity to I95. Run down buildings, LOTS of permanent RV’s who seem to try to outdo each other on the loudness of their music at all times, a golf cart that rides around at night with music blaring, and a pop up in the corner by the dump station that looks like a homeless camp. Not a KOA I would recommend or stay at again.

KOA Journey was great! The facilities were clean and well up kept. The staff was friendly and attentive. The lake added a beautiful experience to the journey.

I thought KOA adhered to standards, apparently that’s is not the case. The restrooms/showers were atrocious. Showers looked like they haven’t been cleaned for a while and no ventilation at all; just awful. The camp had numerous vacant sites and we were assigned a site on a hill which was a task to set up. I would never recommend this camp to anyone.

Nice fishing pier, caught some very large catfish. Super close to another public fishing area and wildlife refuge, which was beautiful. Very clean cabin and nice grounds. Welcoming and kind staff.

The sites are unpaved but fairly level. Our pullthrough site was long enough for us to stay hitched-up at 65’ LOA. Friendly staff and great pizzas. Somewhat tight interior roads for a big rig, but manageable. I would stay here again.

Most of the fixtures in the men's room were broken. The cam site was great.Nice beach.Plenty of squirrels kept the dog busy.

Bathrooms were old and not clean. A remodel is necessary in the bathrooms. Not enough. Toilet paper stalls and to search for toilet paper. . The staff is very helpful and nice and the park was clean.�

Wonderful and beautiful views of the lake. Courteous and highly professional staff. And one of the best pizzas ever! And they even delivered the freshly made pizza to our campsite!! We will return to this great campsite right off of I-95.

Well set cabin near the lake. Easy access from I95. Our only complaint was the master bedroom mattress should be replaced.

Nice convenient park right off interstate, clean lots and friendly staff. Waterfront views and a decent boat ramp. Restaurant next door is a good place for a family meal

Nice place for a getaway, but holiday weekends are crowded and noisy. Will think twice before coming on a holiday lol
