It was a very lovely camping site up in the mountains. It was a bit more pricey than some of the other ones we stayed at but was more upscale. Our cable didn’t work but we got some antennae tv. Free coffee in the morning was nice.

If it weren’t for the initial confrontation with the manager about the unforeseen cost of needing an extra parking space and him pretty much calling me a liar about never having to pay this at other KOA’s I would’ve given this 5 stars. Got a credit due to some kerfuffle late one nite. Beautiful campground, well kept, and �ϋ� Jasper & Marvin.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

You arrived with an extra car and trailer. Most KOA's do charge for that. You were very argumentative to me and my staff. I was nice enough to give you a 50% discount for the second site. I would encourage you to see our other reviews. Your google review was inaccurate to say the least.

Had a great time at the Santa Fe KOA Journey. We were there for a week able to explore the area including day trips to Sante Fe, Los Alamos and Albuquerque enjoying historical and cultural sites. Gerry and Clarissa, the owners, are great, and welcomed us like family. The Hunt Brothers pizza was also delicious and convenient.

Renegade Super C 38 - October 2023. We used this KOA twice. Once before heading to Pecos Canyon SP & afterwards (cold front w/snow). Very accommodating. A cold front w/snow was arriving. They allowed us to arrive early and upgraded our site with patio, bbq grill & table w/chairs. They filled up our coach with propane pricey but convenient!Spaces are typical of a KOA but plenty of room.

Small park located amongst the scrub juniper hills. Spaces are mostly level and management directs you to best location on the site. WiFi was excellent and suitable for streaming…but there were only 10 units there while we were. Free coffee was a nice touch. Park is about 20 minutes away from Santa Fe; an issue if you have pets to care for.

Absolutely one of the best KOA's that we have ever stayed at. The staff is friendly and willing to help. The store is well stocked. And the restrooms and Showers are clean and well appointed. The cabin where we stayed was clleaned and the heater turned on so that it was warm on the cold day that we arrived. That is a commitment to service. We will definitely stay there again.

Very quaint, well kept and appointed park. We were sorry the weather meant we couldn’t stay longer in the area. The owners were particularly welcoming and helpful.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the facilities were clean, but expensive (only needed a place to sleep for the night)

We stayed at the KOA in late October. The KOA was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Weather was 40-65 so we didn't spend a lot of time outside our RV. It's about a 15/20 min drive to downtown Sante Fe. I recommend the park.

We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed this RV park! The staff were all friendly and had very clean bathrooms. We will definitely go back!

The folks here were incredibly hospitable and friendly. All around good people. This is my favorite KOA so far. I’ll come back here next visit to Santa Fe. Very clean and a beautiful spot to camp and relax

Really nice setup and we had our own private pet area that is setup extremely nice. Table, chairs, grille, artificial turf and a fire hydrant to top it off. Highly recommend and we will be back to spend more time at this one.

Very nice paw park for the pups, wish we were staying longer! Greeted by the camp host even tho we arrived a bit late. Quiet and level spot. Would stay again!

While driving to Moab, Utah son-in-law and I stopped for the night. I had made a note we would arrive after 7PM. I never checked but 3 other KOA stays I remembered office was open til 8PM. We arrived before 8 but saw office closed at 6. The office staff did an excellent job leaving a message on my phone and we were able to get our sleep. Thank!

We loved the site with the private dog run! Bummed that we didn’t have good cell service but that is what you are on vacation for right? Will come back for sure!

We did pull in late on Monday evening but the guys that were closing up the office were great. Helped back up the trailer and told me specifically how to get to the site, which was very clean. They had fenced in dog parks, coffee in the morning. Camp was quiet and peaceful. We definitely want to stay here again!

We have stayed at several KOA’s on our trip. This is the best one by far. They work hard to make your stay a great experience.

The people are nice enough and the wifi coverage is great, but the entire campgrounds is covered in loose gravel. You feel like you are going to start spinning your wheels at any second and start throwing rocks while your tires spin. Also, our site was tipped about 20 degrees. Took every leveling block I had to just get it crooked.

A beautiful, clean and relaxing stay at this KOA campground. Owner was very kind, and helpful. Wish we could of stayed longer but it was only a one night stay. Hope to be back soon and able to stay longer.

Campsites are too small, too close together and very expensive. We watched the escort staff yell at a woman trying to help her husband squeeze their trailer into their very small site telling her very rudely to back away, that she didn't know what she doing, and that he had years of experience doing this. Not only will we never visit this KOA site again, we will never visit any KOA site.

We strive for great Customer Service. Everyone deserves respect, both Customer and Employees. You only know half of the story and apologies were made on both sides. I encourage you to see other reviews. Our rates our competitive for our market. It's unfair to judge all KOA's on one event.

Our first family trip in a RV and words cannot express how top notch this KOA is! The service was above and beyond! The site itself was very clean and easy to navigate. We would definitely recommend this KOA!!

Unfortunately we showed up a bit late but everything was in order for a quick set up pf camp and an evening under the stars. The camp ground was very clean and neat and each spot had woods around them allowing significant privacy. Bathrooms were really clean. Would stay there again.
