We absolutely LOVED the cabin we stayed in! It was just 2 of us and the first KOA Kabin we have stayed in anywhere that did not have bunkbeds and was so cutely decorated! Loved that there were 2 chairs and a table, bed in the middle of the wall instead of in a corner and had a fridge. The only thing we wished we had was a portable fan since there was no A/C and it was a bit warm.

Very nice campground. Cabins & bathrooms were clean. We loved the putting green. Would stay again for sure.

We can actually say that Santa Fe KOA is superior to others. The cabin was amazing, the air conditioning was fabulous, and the people were very professional, knowledgeable, and super friendly. It was a great stay. Thank you for the great stay.

Great campground! The hosts are friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and orderly. Our deluxe cabin was very clean, comfortable, and well apportioned.

great amenities, great service, quiet and serene. Love the views of the mountains from the porch of the cabin. Deb made the checking process seamless and offered great insights into the area. Listening to her provide suggestions for other travelers checking-in in front of me showed her knowledge of the area and her desire to help visitors understand all their options in the area. KOA FTW!

My dogs n I dryer to nights the Santa Fe KOA campground. The staff there are amazing, kind n very friendly. They went above n beyond what they need to, the make us comfortable. The restrooms n shower were always clean. The campground was clean n neat as well. Our cozy camping cabin was nice n cool, thanks to the air conditioning. We might stop by to n the fall.

From the beginning the staff was friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the amenities and size of cabin. The only thing I didn't like was our cabin was so close to the entrance. Everyone comes flying in and dusted us while we were outside, normally eating. We did appreciate the surprise of free morning coffee daily and finding out there was a microwave handy.

The cabin was absolutely adorable. We loved the decor and especially the fact this particular cabin did Not have the bunk beds - yahoo! It was much more roomy and loved the fact there were 2 comfortable chairs with a little side table in-between!!

A comfortable chair that you can lean back in should be part of the Cabin deal - especially now, since prices have shot up so much. You can't lean back and rest on a tall stool or a picnic table bench. I've been staying at KOA's for decades. I don't think I will be any more. Old people need to rest. And this old, soon to be retired teacher can't afford an RV or more expensive cabin upgrades.

I loved the cabin. The park was great for kids. My only complaint is the bathrooms were not as clean as I’d like. A little smelly and the toilets weren’t very clean. Showers were clean.

I love the little canin and the way the trees frame it. Walking to showers helped wake me up and I exercised some. I hope to get the same cabin in August.

Stayed in one of the upscale cabins. Full bathroom and kitchen. The only problem is limited cell phone service and the satellite TV is difficult to navigate.

Cabin was clean and bed was comfortable. Shade from trees and ceiling fan kept cabin temperature cool. Bathrooms clean. Would stay here again.

I was not happy with the staff hours they didn’t open until 9 then close at 11;00 and open back up at 1:00 ten closed at 5. The staff was friendly but not there enough to help

They went out of their way to make our visit great! Very nice facility, and we rely on your facilities. We rent the camper cabins. One of the gals even grabbed that fell off our truck heading out of the park. She disposed of it for us! Thank you!

The basic cabin was clean and large enough for 2 of us with a large dog. There was no AC (maybe they put one in later in the season) and, with the windows open, the traffic from the interstate was loud. The bathrooms were clean, the dog park was nice, but don't stay near the septic system.

Staff was super friendly! Bathrooms were always clean. Game room and putting green were fun for the kids. Maybe adding a basketball hoop would make it better for the older kids. Other than that we had a great stay!

Very well kept grounds, friendly helpful staff. I rented a camping cabin and enjoyed my stay. One tiny thing in other koa campgrounds I've stayed at there were TVs in the cabins, just a suggestion. Thanks.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean bathrooms and showers. Nice laundry facilities. Enjoyed the heater at night in our cabin as well as the mini fridge.

We enjoyed our time at this KOA very much. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the grounds, the cabin, and the restrooms. The dog park was an added bonus we didn't expect! The owners and staff were friendly and professional, they made us feel welcomed before we arrived and throughout our stay.

Very clean and cozy cabin. Three dog parks to take your dog to. Has a very relaxing vibe to the place. Saw the most vibrant blue western blue bird right outside the cabin.

Everyone was very nice and friendly/helpful. We arrived late and they had the heater running in our cabin for us. That was much appreciated. We were there during the snow storm and they asked us several times if we needed anything and if we were okay. Everyone was very kind. I hope to make it back here some day. Thank you all for your hospitality!!!!!!!

It has been many years since my last stay at a KOA. Lets me say this one should be called the KONo so many signs no cooking no this no long showers no no no no. In addition to the fact kids stay free but dogs do not? Kids use water and produces waste yet they stay for free. The nickel and dime tactics are just to much!

My wife and I stayed here for about six months from December to July renting a site on a monthly basis while she was working as a travel nurse in Santa Fe. The park is clean and well maintained and the bathrooms are spotless. It's an easy 15 minute drive to downtown Santa Fe and there is easy access to amazing hiking in the mountains. Jessica and Chris were super accommodating and it was great to talk to them whenever we stopped by the office or bumped into them walking around the park. They made us feel very welcome the entire time we were there. There is a propane grill by the office that we used quite a bit for baking and grilling. Our van doesn't have an oven and we don't travel with a grill so it opened up a lot of options for cooking that we weren't able to do at other campgrounds. The campground is in a very safe area and we never had to worry about leaving our belongings unattended even when we were gone for days at a time on backpacking trips. My wife has a standing offer from the hospital to come back any time and we intend to return and stay at this KOA again.
